Dotsee is a different kind of game, although the concept or at least a variation of it, has been offered as a mini-game within HOPA games for years. It's as simple as it gets as far as game mechanics go, click the dot and drag it around (up to 360°) until all the dots combine to create an image! The images couldn't be more amazing, they are simply beautiful, but I just don't see why someone would want to drag a bunch of dots all around the page, maybe one or two, but it becomes nothing more than a dreaded task after a few pictures. At least with a jigsaw puzzle, you have to focus to find the right pieces which makes it rather zen, so I guess I'm not able to see the forest for the trees because I have no desire to complete such a monotonous task, 300 of them to be specific.
There is an Eco Mode available which allows you to switch to a black screen instead of a white screen, and there are 8 different language settings. You can download your own images as well as earn 18 Achievement Trophies, and the completed images are stored in a gallery that allows you to revisit completed images.
There are 25 images within 12 Categories:
Flora & Fauna~Travel~Pets~Nothing Real~Sweet Dreams~Decades~Tropical Zone~A Bit of Everything~Things~City Life~Sci-Fi & Fantasy~Art Gallery, and 25 slots for your custom Photo Collection.
Give the demo a try and perhaps you'll be able to see the trees for (and/or through) the trees.

There's no Bibbidy-Bobbidy-Booing going on here folks, and Walt would never consider hiring these writers! (Do you hear that? That's just Walt turning over in his grave) I have been looking forward to this new addition to the Domini family since I read about its upcoming release. Fairy Godmother Stories had so much potential, a Fantasy Game with a Fairy Godmother who can make someone's wishes come true with a wave of her wand sounds so magical, so whimsical, so fun! Instead, what I got was a Fairy Godmother who doesn't do ANYTHING MAGICAL, she doesn't even use her magic wand until the final scene and that was a scene that was anything BUT MAGICAL! Don't let this title fool you, the Fairy Godmother is nothing more than a Detective, the storyline is nothing more than an average non-magical plot, this game is NO different than any of this developer's other game series, which always involves a detective with a gimmicky device! Note to developers: Would you like to hire me as a writer? I guarantee my imagination is far more creative!
Morphing Objects & Collectibles: There are 15 Magic Devices of Fairyland that are way too obvious and morph far too quickly to present any kind of challenge. There are also 15 Magic Shoe Collectibles that are a tad bit less obvious. Each scene has a Zoom-Zone Moonstone Collectible of varying amounts (with the exception of the final scene in the BC) The Moonstones are used to purchase 15 Magic Potions Ingredients. The Collectibles and Morphing Objects are available throughout the Main Games as well as the Bonus Chapter (CE version)
Hidden Object Scenes: There are 12 Hidden Object Scenes +5 in the CE Bonus Chapter with an optional Match 3 Game available. The scenes aren't very creative, in fact, the #7 HOP required you to find an object that would be created if you combined the 2 Silhouetted Shapes (sun + Glasses=__) and I was able to correctly pick all but 1 item without looking at the Combo Silhouettes shown! There are several variations offered such as Interactive Listed Items, Keywords in Sentence Finds, Listed Multiples of Item Finds, Find & Replace Items, Combo Finds, Spot the Difference Finds, and a Follow the Recipe Find HOP's,
Mini-Games: There are 20 Mini-Games +9 in the CE Bonus Chapter, most of which can be played in an Easy or Hard difficulty mode. Domini did a terrible job with the instructions, in my opinion, simplistic puzzles would have detailed instructions while complex puzzles would contain one line that didn't explain anything?? Below are brief descriptions of some of my personal favorite puzzles from the game.
1-Chose paths 1-3 at the correct time to sneak past the guards. 2-Use directional arrows to pick up the gems scattered around the board and place them into their slots in the center. (gems or groups will cling to the central gem) 3-Swap lock sections from the left and right to complete the openings. 4-Use directional arrows to guide the pointer through the maze to unlock 3 different lock pins. 5-Drag various vials & toppers to place them into square grids w/o overlapping objects. 6-Select golf balls that move in varying speeds in the correct order so they all reach their holes at the same time.
Bonus Chapter: (Collector's Edition version only) A Fairy Godmother's work is never done! The Fairy Godmother receives an urgent phone call from Charlotte. one of the students she met at the college, who believes something terrible has happened to her Grandmother Amanda. This is a fairly-lengthy chapter that takes place over 9 Scene Locations with 9 additional Mini-Games and 5 Hidden Object Scenes, You will pick up the remaining 4 Morphing Magic Devices of Fairyland, 5 Magic Shoes, and 8 Moonsouls (of various amounts (one moonsoul may be worth 1 or 3) which allows you to purchase the final Potions.
Collector's Edition Extra's 10 Wallpapers (all with uninteresting characters) 10 Concept Art Pictures, 5 Music Soundtracks. 27 Cutscene Movie Videos, 17 Replayable Mini-Games, 17 Replayable Hidden Object Scenes, 18 Achievements to Earn. 15 Morphing Magic Devices of Fairyland, 15 Magic Shoes. 53 Moonsouls (used to purchase Ingredients for Potions) 6 Main Chapters +Bonis Chapter, and a Builti-In Strategy Guide.

What a whimsical and fun little Time Management game this is! I'm a huge Disney fan and Robin Hood: Country Heroes kept reminding me of the Oo-de-lally song, "Robin Hood and Little John Walkin' through the forest, Laughin' back and forth At what the other'n has to say" (bet it gets stuck in your head now too lol) The graphics are just as whimsical and fun as the game itself, and the tasks were unique and theme-related, a welcomed change of pace from the same 'ole pick up loaves of bread, build a sawmill kinda game.
There are 45 Levels (and I'm assuming several CE Bonus Levels, but they are keeping that exact number a complete mystery?) and you can play in an Easy or Normal difficulty mode. It may have a whimsical story and cutsie graphics, but that doesn't mean it's an easy, breezy game, in fact, other than the first few levels, it gets quite challenging and requires using strategy and TM skill to earn all 3 stars.
Each level is crammed full of fun tasks as Robin Hood and Little John recruit new merry men posses to join their cause, stealing from the rich to give to the poor while thwarting the greedy sheriff and his tax-collector minions. There are still the usual TM tasks of clearing paths of debris such as grass weeds, and deadwood, repairing bridges or opening gates, catching fish, picking an apple and/or nut trees and berry bushes, but there are also unusual tasks. You may need to repair village houses, repair woodsmen housing, Sheer sheep for wool to make ropes (you'll need a lot of rope) gather food to feed the village pheasants, and even pour some ale. Robin Hood is the best character because he has wicked archery skizizels! After digging trap holes, Robin shoots an arrow at a bell to trigger a snare to trap the tax collector's, or shoot flaming arrows to light the sheriff's effigy, (bwahaha) or simply "stun" the knights in shining armor, and I thought it was a great TM idea.
Although others have stated that the graphics are small, I didn't have any issues with the size of my graphics, in fact, they were the same size as all the other TM games I've played recently. I actually LOVE this game, I love-love-love the story and the Robin Hood characters, I loved the uniqueness and creativity of the graphics and tasks, BUT, I really don't think the CE has much to offer other than a Strategy Guide and perhaps the mysterious CE levels, so I will wait patiently for the Standard Edition version or perhaps a BOGO sale.
This Collector's Edition version includes 8 Character Skins (similar to before & after concept art) 4 Music Soundtracks, a Strategy Guide (click the Treasure Chest on the top of the screen) and Bonus Levels (but it doesn't say how many??)

The solitaire games by this developer are always super fun and super addicting, in fact, I play a few levels nearly every day. I will give you a heads-up though if you have purchased any other solitaire game by this developer, you already have this game as well because although the story and the graphics have changed, the solitaire levels themselves haven't. The solitaire levels are the same levels as all previous versions, they are even presented in the same order with the same number of cards and layouts, the bonuses are the same (with different names) the achievements are the same (with different materials/resources to collect)
You can set the resolution so the game fills the whole screen (instead of the black bars on each side) and there are 3 Cursors and 3 Card Fonts to choose from, either theme-related or a large font with no graphics) There are 18 Achievements to earn, most of which are available in 3 different categories, and they too are the same.
You can purchase Jokers and Number Specific Wildcards in the shop with the golddollars you earn, and as you progress, helper cards become available that refill as you play a specific suit, such as Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs, and Spades. After completing chapters and collecting the level resources, you will upgrade or build with the materials.
One of the biggest reasons I love Solitaire games by this developer is the fact that the piles of deck cards are so numerous, and there are so many cards to remove from the boar. Not only is it more challenging this way, but it gives you the opportunity to strategically make long combos, and by long, I mean that if done correctly, you can make combos of 20, 30 even 40 (yes it's possible on some levels, especially as you progress further)
Here are a few of the features I love about the solitaire games by magnussoft:
*The piles of cards to remove from the board are numerous. *Those piles sometimes give the appearance of a single card. *There are no "Special" cards to remove. *You can remove all cards because there are no special cards. *You can replay the levels as often as you want. *Clicking anywhere speeds up the process to the next level. *Large Combos are possible if you use strategy and/or Wildcards. *Mini-Games and HO's break up the monotony of Solitaire levels. *The card Fonts are easily identifiable and easy to see. *The graphics are colorful. *The Music is familiar but relaxing. (although the music seems to get stuck at times on this version)

Bravo "Big E"! Nowadays I'm rarely impressed with HOPA games by this developer because they are so linear, so easy, so boring, so "I know where to look, when to look and why to look" kind of games with very uninteresting graphics and storylines, but I gotta tell you, lately, these guys have really stepped up their game! This time they actually set-up the plot the right way. I've said this over and over, game after game, "Never show the monster/bad guy till the time is right" but they almost always showed the cheesy monster 5-10 minutes into the game, but chapter one passed by...what just happened? Chapter two comes and goes...who was that? Chapter three...was that a...yep, that's the way a good creepy movie/game is made, ya gotta keep 'em guessing! (especially when most games have such cheesy, fake-looking, laughable sticky-mist-monsters)
I wasn't bored with the tasks, I wasn't bored with the plot, in fact, I wanted to keep playing because I wanted to know the who's, what's, where's, and when's. I LOVED the graphics, I loved the CE morphs, (because again, they did it right, if a mushroom morphs into a baseball in the middle of a forest that's gonna be so easily spotted, but if it morphs into something you'd expect to see, as a branch, for example, it's harder to spot!) I kinda even dug picking up the CE collectible trash lol. I've always loved the creepy abandoned, everything got left behind n a rush, I'm the only one here scenario and they really did pay attention to the detail to make it seem realistic, to make the player feel like they are playing as a character within the game, not just pushing an avatar around in a game, does that make sense?
(just a thought to share if I may) I read a review once where someone stated a game shouldn't receive a 5-star rating unless it's a perfect game. I disagree, the rating is a personal preference which is why it says "I loved it, I liked it, it was okay, I disliked it, I hated it. I include the in's and out's of the game so that other gamers can decide if it has the features they are looking for in a game, but the star-rating is how I personally felt about the game. Just because I give a game a 2-star rating or a 5-star rating, it doesn't mean that the game is a really bad or a really good game, it doesn't mean the developer is a bad developer if I disliked the game either, it's just my opinion as to how much I enjoyed or didn't enjoy playing that game. This isn't a perfect game and it's not a "brain-burner" hard to figure out what to do next kind of game (which I actually prefer) but I really enjoyed playing the game, it just worked for me. I know I speak for many of my fellow reviewers when I say, we love playing games and we love writing, but most of all, we love being able to help other gamers by sharing our thoughts and opinions, We all enjoy different plots, tasks, and game features, but we're also required to give a star rating in order to submit our reviews, so let's all agree to disagree once in a while, if you don't agree with someone's star rating, that's awesome! It proves we aren't all the same right? :) I just don't want reviewers to get discouraged from sharing their opinions when the reviews get voted on according to the star-rating or profile and not the content because this is now the only way we have of telling the developers what works and doesn't work :) :) :)
Hidden Object Scenes: There are 14 HOP's +3 in the CE Bonus Chapter. I loved that most of the HOP's required you to enter a code you discovered, or solve a puzzle first, it was kind of like unlocking a treasure chest! Most of the scenes were Interactive List Finds or Silhouetted Shape Finds. Although there wasn't a whole lot of variety, the scenes were decent and the scenes were located in somewhat interesting locations.
Mini-Games: There are 32 Mini-Games +3 in the CE Bonus Chapter. Most of the puzzles are easy to solve but for the most part, enjoyable. Below are brief descriptions of some of my personal favorites:
☢~Gather all the leaves in a single pile by clicking on highlighted spots to combine smaller piles into larger piles until only one remains x3. ☢~Use directional arrows to roll a barrel sideways or top to bottom to reach the X. ☢~Place cash register buttons so that each column and row equals the sum of 15.
Bonus Chapter: (Collector's Edition version) This is a somewhat short chapter that takes place over 7 Scene locations, most of which are scenes you visited in the main game. There are only 3 Mini-Games and 3 Hidden Object Scenes but the collections continue with the remaining 7 Collectibles, 4 Morphing Objects, and 2 Magnetic Cassettes Tapes. Once the Bonus Chapter is completed, the Souvenir Room becomes available to search for 19 hidden objects after completing 5 puzzles.
Collector's Edition Extra's: 4 Wallpapers, 4 Concept Art Pictures, 8 Movie Videos, 7 Music Soundtracks, 20 Achievements, 19 Replayable Puzzles, 15 Replayable Hidden Object Scenes, Secret Room with 19 Souvenir Room Hidden Objects (Souvenir Room requires 5 Codes & 5 Puzzles) 38 Collectible Acorns/Cups, 19 Morphing Objects, 10 Magnetic Tapes, 4 Main Chapters +Bonus Chapter and a Built-In Strategy Guide.

Beeeeeeep--/\|/\/-|/\-------------One minute you're flatlining, the next thing you know you're face to face with Chronos the Keeper of the Temple of Time who tells you there's been a mistake made, wait, what! Priestess Hecate has gone completely insane and she's on a rogue murder spree killing innocent people way before their clock is supposed to stop ticking, and you're one of her victims...but why? Only one way to find out, save three innocent souls in the Redemption Cemetery...(why do I always have to fix everyone's mistakes????)
૮σℓℓε૮ƭเɓℓεร & ɱσ૨ρɦเɳɠ σɓʝε૮ƭร: There are 24 Collectible Hourglasses in 8 different colors (3 of each color) The colored sand is used to "paint" an image correctly. (select the "Check" button to briefly show the colors' placements on the image and then select the desired sand color and the highlighted areas to fill) Each of the 26 Scene Locations also has a Morphing Skull.
ɦเ∂∂εɳ σɓʝε૮ƭ ร૮εɳεร: There are 12 Hidden Object Scenes and 11 smaller Zoom-Zone Hop's +4 in the CE Bonus Chapter. They are mostly Interactive List Finds and almost every scene is repeated at least once. There are also Swatch Finds, Silhouetted Shape Finds, Multiples of the same Object Finds, Picture Finds, Keywords in Sentence Finds, Description Finds, and one fairly creative scene where you have to place Stencils onto highlighted areas that become animals even though it doesn't look like an animal before the stencil is placed.
ɱเɳเ-ɠαɱεร: There are 30 Mini-Games +8 in the ૮ε Bonus Chapter. They are decent puzzles but fairly easy to solve. Here's a list of games that I enjoyed the most during the game:
☠~Drag Horizontal & Vertical strips to complete the image. ☠~Use fire to push the tiger away from the edges toward the jungle path. ☠~Swap various statue decor between 3 statues. ☠~Use the green spider to jump and eliminate red spiders. ☠~Arrange triangles so the colors of their adjacent sides match. ☠~Swap tiles to make connections of wicks from each color-coded bomb to its matching sparK. ☠~Guide 4 elemental tiles to the crystal of life (Earth beats Water, Wind beats Earth, Water beats Fire, Fire beats Wind)
ɓσɳµร ૮ɦαρƭε૨ (૮ε ѵε૨รเσɳ σɳℓყ) Save your own soul in this slightly above average-length bonus chapter that takes place over 8 new Scene Locations. Play as Bernadette who loses her life while rescuing a young girl named Ginger who became trapped in a camper during a fire at the campgrounds. Chronos tells you there has been a mistake, you shouldn't have perished and sends you to untangle the Threads of Time which will reverse the incident. (why do I have to fix his mistakes...again!?) There are 4 Hidden Object Scenes, and 8 Mini-Games and you will continue searching for the final 8 Morphing Skulls and 6 Hourglasses to finish the sand painting.
૮σℓℓє૮ƭσ૨'ร є∂íƭíσɳ єхƭ૨α'ร: 8 Wallpapers (some w/o characters yay!) 7 Concept Art Pictures, 6 Screensavers (decent images yay!) 4 Music Soundtracks, 12 Achievements, 18 Replayable Hidden Object Scenes, 15 Replayable Mini-Games, 24 Collectible Hourglasses of Time which allows you "paint" an image with the sand (3 of each color: white, purple, orange, blue, pink, green, aqua, yellow) 26 Morphing Skulls, 4 Main Chapters +Bonus Chapter, and a Built-In Strategy Guide.

What if art could cleanse our souls and bring us peace and joy. What if we could paint a perfect world with just the stroke of a paintbrush? A world that would keep our loved ones safe for eternity, a world with no sickness, no pain, and no suffering, Such a beautiful world of bliss would surely come at a high cost and such a peaceful solitary Eden would surely become lonely. What if one grieving father created such a perfect world to keep his baby girl from suffering but loses his soul in the process? How can there be a happily ever after Utopia if everyone lives in fear of the artists' brushstroke especially when the artist is a father who just wants everything perfect for his little girl?
Hҽʅρҽɾ/Gαԃɠҽƚ: Art and Soul have a Gadget and a Helper! The "Gadget" is the newly revised Mystery Tales Glasses upgrade, a Cell Phone that allows you to make and receive calls from the Dearly-Departed which requires a big stretch of one's imagination to contemplate. For me personally, the glasses made more sense, whatevs, but the fact that Domini felt the need to add this "Gadget" so that it could be used ONE SINGLE TIME throughout a very long, drawn-out game, including the CE Bonus Chapter, is utterly ridiculous!
The Helper is a talking cat named Morty who has quite the sarcastic "tude" since I happen to thrive on sarcasm, I was totally fine poking this begrudging bear. He's actually adorable and reminded me of my beloved cat (without the bi-colored eyes) besides, he's only used 8 times during the main game and not at all in the CE Bonus Chapter, and like most felines, he sleeps most of the time. I would suspect he was just as bored with this game as I was...just saying...
Hιԃԃҽɳ OႦʝҽƈƚ Sƈҽɳҽʂ: There are 13 Hidden Object Scenes +5 in the CE Bonus Chapter. The objects are easily spotted and the scene types aren't very creative. There are Listed Item Finds, Interactive Listed Items Finds, Silhouetted Shape Finds, Combination Silhouetted Shape Finds (SS+SS=?) Multiples of Item Finds, Keywords in Sentence Finds, Matching Pair Finds, and Item Replacement Finds. There were only2 Scenes I enjoyed, one required aligning pictures that had a shaped hole into the scene where the missing item was, the other one was a Riddle Description Find that at least some effort was put towards its creation. There is an alternate Match 3 game available which doesn't allow you to make fast consecutive matches because you have to wait for all the tiles to stop falling before you can make your next move, and there's no Time of Move Limit which kind of defeats the purpose of the game, unless the purpose is to allow you to skip the HO scene to which I say, "why not just have an option to Skip the HO scene"?
Mιɳι-Gαɱҽʂ: There are 23 Mini-Games +6 in the CE Bonus Chapter. I'm a puzzle geek but most of these games were recycled games from previous games, not to mention the fact that they were super easy even on the Hard Mode. Below are a few brief descriptions of some of the mini-games that were more interesting"
≻ Rotate 4 Maze sections to allow the ball to travel through each maze to the exit. ≻ Rotate picture fragments that are connected by hinges. ≻ Move musical notes to highlighted slots to align them withing their color-coded columns. ≻ Create a path to the exit by swapping tiles that will change your direction when landing on them. ≻ Arrange clock numbers correctly by rotating the face and swapping the numbers. ≻ Select sliders to rotate different loops to fill the center square with Gargoyles and the outer with Phoenixes.
Bσɳυʂ Cԋαρƚҽɾ (Cσʅʅҽƈƚσɾ'ʂ Eԃιƚισɳ Vҽɾʂισɳ) This is a lengthy, boring tedious, sequel with a ton of repetitive tasks. After receiving a frantic video call from a potential new client, the Detective is convinced that Scarlett Dubois is dealing with paranormal activity at the Modern Art Museum. When he arrives at the museum, no one seems to know the whereabouts of Madame Dubois and foul play is suspected. There are only 6 Mini-Games and 5 Hidden Object Scenes taking place over 10 Scene Locations which just shows you that there's a lot of meaningless filler tasks added to stretch the game. You will find the final 3 Postcards, 4 Morphing Paintings, and 10 Coins which allows you to purchase the final items to decorate the Study. Morty the Cat's services aren't required i this chapter, nor is the Otherworldly Paranormal Mobile Device, even though Morty is still visibly napping the entire time.
Cσʅʅҽƈƚσɾ'ʂ Eԃιƚισɳ Exƚɾα'ʂ: 5 Wallpapers (all with characters...why can't we get wallpapers without characters? why can't they just add character profile pictures separately?) 10 Concept Art Pictures. 5 Music Soundtracks, 29 Movie Video Cutscenes, 37 Achievements, 15 Replayable Mini-Games, 18 Replayable Hidden Object Scenes, 15 Morphing Portraits, 15 Collectible Postcards (learn more about the Art Gallery Museum) 65 Collectible Zoom Zone Coins, 15 Study Items to purchase with Coins, 3 Main Chapters +Bonus Chapter, and a Built-In Strategy Guide.

Prince and Princess's little Princess, Princesses Princess Aurora (just wanted to make an abundant amount of random princess runs to show how absurd the generic princess names are) is all grown up now and doing what every HOPA princess does best, getting kidnapped. Gather the Stone Troops, send in the Stone Bassett Hounds (can they still sniff stuff?) and grab your shovels, we're going underground to pluck Princesses Princess from the powerful plundering sorceresses grasps, Prince can be filled in later I'm sure he won't mind...oh btw, don't forget to bring a box of tissues, you're gonna need them! (preferrably the softer, non-stone brand)
Collectibles/Morphing Objects: There are 26 Morphing Flowers and 12 Collectible Character Statues that quite small, but they are fairly easily spotted. The 48 Zoom-Zone Puzzle Pieces, however, are fantastically blended into the scenery so well that I had to concentrate to find some of them, so Bravo my peanut-loving friend! The puzzle pieces are used to assemble four 12-piece jigsaw screensavers.
Hidden Object Scenes: There are 8 Hidden Object Scenes + 7 in the CE Bonus Chapter and 5 smaller Zoom-Zone HOP's. Some of the objects are nicely blended into the scenery which is a rare feature from this developer! They vary with Interactive Listed Item Finds, Silhouetted Shape Finds, Keywords in Sentence Finds, Swatches Finds, Multiples of the Same Object Finds, FROG's, and Matching Pair Finds. There are no alternate puzzles available.
Mini-Games: There are 17 Mini-Games +6 in the CE Bonus Chapter, some of which are multi-layered. These are all rehashed puzzles that appear in all of the games by this developer, not a single puzzle was original! Here's a list of a few of the games I enjoyed the most:
❀Move plates between panels to restore each character's image. ❀Place flowers with partial stems onto highlighted slots correctly. ❀Swap horizontal tiles to complete the image on 2 cabinet doors. ❀Rearrange plates to create 3 different keyholes.
Bonus Chapter (CE version) Aurora calls in a Detective to help locate a special Reedpipe after her mother's mental health declines. Explaining further will ruin the plot of the main game, but I will say that this is one bonus chapter you need for closure after such a sad main chapter-ending :( This is a slightly above average length chapter that takes place over 8 scene locations from the main game, with 7 Hidden Object Scenes and 6 Mini-Games (one of which is a 3-part game) You will pick up the remaining 8 Morphing Objects, 3 Character Statues, and 12 Jigsaw Puzzle Pieces which allows you to complete the fourth and final Screensaver Jigsaw Puzzle.

Unlike all the rave reviewers from the CE version, I had a hard time getting into this game. Sure, it has an enticing premise of traveling to Wonderland as Alice but Wonderland was a bit of a letdown for me because there were so many missed opportunities. The chosen colors are dull hues of yellow, gold and brown with just a dash of reddish-brown and an occasional blue, just like all the other TM games out there and not at all what I'd expect from a fantasy wonderland. I'd expect a very colorful world with bright contrasting colors, at the very least a warm array of pastels.
The Candy currency could have been something far more creative than a hard round peppermint, a candy nobody really loves, the Halloween candy that disappoints every kid when the cheap neighbor throws a handful in their bucket, the kind of candy you'd expect to see sitting in a dish on the secretary's desk or at the principles office...yea, that kind of candy...wouldn't a Truffle or Skittles be more colorful and appealing???
In the end, it's the same ole, same ole, Sawmills to produce wood, that's not very creative and is certainly a missed opportunity, again, this is Wonderland, a world created from a child's daydream imagination (and apparently from a color-blind child at that!) Gravel and Potholes to fix, bridges to fix...all the normal TM stuff, none of it theme-related. One of my favorite TM series is Vampire-based and everything about that game is theme-related and very amusing, I love how creative the developers for that game are, and they keep coming up with new ideas!
You can play in a Chill-Out, Normal or Hard Mode of difficulty and earn up to 3-Stars per level (40 levels, +12 Bonus Levels in the CE version) There is an option to disable all dialog in the settings menu which is a rather cool idea. Both versions have Achievements to earn but the CE version has 7 Additional achievements. In the CE version, most levels have a Puzzle piece that allows you to complete a Jigsaw Puzzle as well.
The Bonuses are given to you as Magic Spells that are either instantaneous or temporary :
-Collect More Resources-Run Faster -Bargain Trade (resources traded at a better rate of 3-4) -Get Candy Pile (generated on altars) -Get Gold (generated on altars) -Fill Altars-Speed Up Workers -Freeze Time -Speed Up Production -Endless Candy (obstacles are temporarily disabled-max 3 objects) -Endless Gold (obstacles are temporarily disabled-max 3 objects)
The Collector's Edition version Extra's include: 12 Additional Levels, Bonus Quests, Puzzle Pieces, 7 Additional Achievements, Wallpapers, Concept Art, Downloadable Soundtracks. There is NO Strategy Guide!
