You have to help Stan get out of the haunted house, where he has gone on a dare. Stunning graphics. The nicest HO scenes, very clear, unjumbled, non-interactive. Each mirror is a separate room. Great puzzles. Some seek and find. Nice music. You have to figure some stuff out for yourself, which makes for a nice challenge. Long game, too, 6 1/2 hours for me, casual play.
Great storyline: you have to find your twin sister and help a few other people along the way. Wonderful characters with great VOS: the children were adorable and I just loved the talking dragon. It's probably more age appropriate for young ones, but it was great fun. Lots to do. Good puzzles. Interactive HOS that were clear. Nice music. Some seek and find with no sparkles. You have to collect flowers to get the bonus chapter, which was an additonal person to help. Excellent graphics. Cursor a little slow and the skip button a bit long, but the hint button was quick and it sent you in the right direction if you got lost. Good length, over 6 hours on casual.
The grim facade games are always great. This time you are searching for a murderer of young women on a wine estate. Not the usual HOS, some very unique slants here, like interactive silhouettes. Puzzles were good, but very long skip button. VOS and characters excellent, and we get to see our friendly shopkeeper again, so be sure and collect those coins. You also collect fans to bump up your hints. Nice music. A few scary scenes. Only complaint is that, even with bonus chapter, game was only 5 hours on casual play. The SE a better deal, but the bonus chapter is a good wrap up on the story.
Plays likes a movie with great graphics. Good story. Great VOS, especially the talking crow. Nice music. HOS clear and interactive. Games were good, more guessing than strategy. Very enjoyable 5 hours casual play.
Great storyline. Graphics beautiful, nice music, no VOS, but good characters. HOS mostly clear, a lot of them, non-interactive. Good mini games. Task list, and cell phone messages. Over way too soon, not quite 4 hours. Cursor quickly moves to next scene, and hint button fills quickly. Very enjoyable, exciting game with a good ending and some delicious spooky moments.
Wonderful characters, whose souls you need to release. Really good VOS. Graphics good except in HOS, which were a bit fuzzy and hard to see without a magnifier. Lots of them, too. A little over 4 hours on casual play.
Lots of fun with the cute helpers: gnomes, a rooster, and a miner. Great graphics and VOS. HOS a bit cluttered and some hard to see, and interactive. Transport map that takes you to a scene with a click. Awesome living statues.
Good graphics, no VOS. Lots of HOS, partly interactive, mostly junk piles, but not too hard. Games a bit hard, skip button fast. You have to do 4 past lives, two of them really good, two of them so-so. A little over 5 hours casual play.
Great characters, VOS and storyline. HOS a bit fuzzy, but still easy. Put backs, which are great fun. Skip button a bit long for the puzzles, which were good but some hard. One of those games which you hate to see end. A little over 5 hours on casual play.
Great story, but kind of all other the place looking for the lost dog while encountering a bunch of mongrels. kept wondering who was watching the kids....? Good VOS, nice music, lots of HOS, a bit fuzzy and interactive, but easy. Very slow screen changes. Good puzzles. Map for jumping to other locations. Enjoyable 6 plus hours on casual play.
