The storyline has interest. The background is dark, making it difficult to see items, and the graphics are not of high quality. The game play is plodding. Many question marks that name items, but there is no apparent reason for them. I let after 13 minutes.
The storyline was interesting for the first 15 minutes, then became repetitive. Good graphics and colorful. There is not much to the storyline. Not the quality of previous games in the Phantasmat series.
The pictures are visually interesting and there is some level of difficulty in finding objects. But there is nothing new. I would buy this if there was nothing else interesting available. However, there are many other recent games more interesting and challenging. I won't buy this.
As darkness falls, strange dreams from the past haunt Dianne. Help her uncover the hidden secret that lies within her dreams and unravel a love story that’s lost within time.
I had expected a little more challenge than the game provides. The graphics are ok, but the music is monotonous. There is little movement in the game, partially because things are found just as they are needed (and in the order needed). Quite a few HOGs; little variation.
A very weak ending, items are usually found right before or right after needed, and no need to look very far. You would think developers for US audiences would check spelling and grammar, but not so. In one HOG, ladybird is actually a ladybug. Glad I didn't spend the money on the collector's edition.
I have to agree with Rescue. This is ok, but not great. Graphics are ok - nothing like the high end games - but transitions between scenes are slow. The story line is ok but there is nothing new in puzzles or HOGs.
I almost didn't add my review as it echoes others. The complexity of the game, graphics, and the idea behind the story are excellent. A very enjoyable game...I hope it is just the first in a series. Very well done!
With current technology, I didn't expect to see a game like this. The storyline is predicable, the graphics are poor, comic strip windows are used instead of action, and the puzzles are simple.
I really missed the quirky music and the distinctive sounds of the first two, but after a slow start, this was interestings. The last part was the best. This is a great series.
