Played the demo for 30 minutes - had enough. Very brightly coloured. Storyline is basically a fairy digging out weeds etc, planting seeds and trees - earning points and gold bars. There was supposed to be a tutorial but it didn't teach you anything about the game and then told you that you had completed it. Too much text (no VO) at the beginning. Lacking instructions - I eventually worked out what to do.
Just boring doing the same things over - dig weeds , plant seeds, water plants.
Only played the demo for 20 minutes - that was enough for me. Offbeat storyline about a town with a bunch of crazy cats terrorising it. Graphics OK in parts - very inconsistent. Background music OK . Hint button - filled slowly and the annoying meowing every 10 seconds or so. HOS - the usual grab bag of not very well drawn and uninspiring. Very few minigames and easy to complete. Most annoying feature was the constant back and forth to find objects and use them.
Overall, a pretty boring game with far too many HOS and very little to hold your attention.
I don't recommend this game.

Mishap: An Accidental Haunting
The Burtons have just moved into a beautiful new home, which just happens to be haunted. Help them deal with the ghosts!
A different kind of hidden object game. Grahpics are cartoon-like but reasonably good. All the text has voice over. Storyline is basically Beetlejuice meets Ghostbusters with music to match. Turn the sound down as the music can be annoying after a while. There are three tasks for each room - find the objects on the list (some are very small), capture the ghost/or ghosts and find the riddle pieces. Once you have completed these tasks you then have the mini-game which consists of very quick headshots(mouse clicks) of the character - you are then awarded bronze, silver or gold trophy. You then move on to the next room.
Fun for an hour but I wouldn't play this game any longer ( becomes boring).
Quite a gripping introduction to the storyline. Graphics good and music quite dramatic at times. Not a lot of text to read - use of VO good. I liked the ringing of the ships bell when you located an item of use. HOS not too cluttered and the objects are relatively easy to find - some are interactive which is good. I liked the hint button (lighthouse shines a large light on the object) - fills relatively quickly. Not many mini-games in the demo version (only two that are relatively easy). Finding your way around the game is intuitive - but keep checking your journal for your goals. The cutscenes at the end give you some idea of what is in store for the rest of the game. Looks quite good - may be worth buying it to finish the story.
Very interesting story: helping to save special children who disappeared in an explosion at the orphanage Beautiful graphics, excellent voice over, great sound, intriguing characters, enthralling atmosphere. Throughout the story, you gain "powers" that help you move on (loved the one to increase the size of objects). Two types of HOS - the normal find an object and a put the objects in their rightful place. The HOS are not too challenging. There are some new type mini games and the usual. They range from easy to challenging, Do not forget to collect the postcards from each scene.
Finished the demo in 40 minutes - will probably buy this one.

This was the first match 3 game I bought at least twelve months ago. This is my go to game when you want a challening match 3 experience. Must be on my twentieth time through (trying to beat my points record). 7 different types of match 3 from token in hand, rotate to the dreaded logic puzzles (level 3 the most difficult of all the temples). Three different levels for each temple going from easy (level1 to hard level 3). You can complete all three levels for each temple in one go if you like. 72 games per temple by 7 temples gives you a plenty long game but you can do just a few games at a time.
Tip: for temple of thot (the logic puzzles) save up your hints for the last 6-12 games of level 3 (you will need them).
Also the tiles are not jumbled very much so look for where the most of one colour are located. If you get confused (or use alot of moves) just restart the game.
To speed up the scarab collecting discarded tiles just keep clicking on him to make him move faster.

It only got one star because that is the lowest you can go. This has to be the dumbest game I've seen. Most annoying narrator that treats everybody and everything as an idiot. Intro was far too long - at least there was VO. Initially I thought the dog was smarter than the mole but they are both pretty dumb. 5 year olds might like this but not me. Only lasted 10 minutes with this game.
I don't recommend this game.

Very disappointing. Loved the original version - this one has Jessica's sister Melissa trying to find her. Additons are HOS (not very challenging), new characters as divers and a journal with the storyline. You can pick your diver - they have different abilities and build up experience levels. It takes a while for the shop to be introduced to buy a bigger treasure chest etc. Graphics more cartoon like and the match 3 board is smaller and the sea creatures are more cartoon-like. They have added a powerup board rotation which is useful and as well as chains to break you have frozen blocks (buy the blow torch to melt them).
Overall not as impressive as the first, I only played the trial. Will not buy this one. I only recommend this for an hour of fun.
I recommend this game!

Time Dreamer: Temporal Betrayal
After joining a research team you are sent out to mine valuable krawtite. Along the way, however, something goes horribly wrong!
Stunning graphics and very gripping intro. Storyline a little far- fetched but ok to follow. Would have been nice if they had voice over all the text (a lot of reading). HOS were good with most objects relatively easy to locate. Mini-games not too challenging (except one). Hint button fills relatively fast (but the hints actually gave a bit too much away). Some of the instructions for the mini-games were a little difficult to interpret. I found the manipulation of the crane to repair the windmill too difficult (skipped this puzzle).
Overall an enjoyable game. - only played for the trial period so don't know how it ends.
I recommend this game!

Deep Blue Sea
Unravel the mystery of the aquatic people of Avalonia! Piece together the fragments of their Sacred Amulets and salvage treasures along the way!
Thought I would give this one a try - what the heck its only $3. What a good game. Just a match-3 dropping items to the bottom but good graphics and catchy music. Very brightly coloured sea creatures to match (love the puffer fish and the purple seahorse). Starts off easy but gets more challenging in the later levels. You have a shop to buy upgrades, equipment and increased powerups. There is a map that shows your progress after each level and the story unfolds at each level (interesting storyline).
Tips: Collect as many coins as you can . Buy the large chest as soon as you can. Extra oxygen tanks (gives you more time) and magnet are useful. Hours of fun for $3 - can't beat it.
