I'm not going to reiterate the story line and play-by-play of this game, I'll leave that to the Key Contributors.
Here's my take. the graphics and sound quality are what sets Eipix games apart from most of the competition. The HOGs are a mix of very creative and the more usual.
Not being a big fan of complicated mini-games —I play more for relaxation than for challenge— I found some to be a little too much of a programmer showing just how smart he or she may be. In other words, not really fun.
Overall, I found the story line consistent and interesting; certainly not run of the mill.
The opening video, a cackling witch, should tell you just about everything you can expect from this game. Oh, and let's not forget the stereotypical well that needs a bucket and a handle!
Muddy graphics, slow play, blah, blah, blah!
This game should be called "The Adventures of Captain Cliche!"
The title of this review sums up my opinion of this game —so tired! The graphics are no better than in the first of this series, of which I have the initial two offerings. The music, ditto. The story-line, again, ditto.
I do not recommend this game for anyone who expects a better product in their games.
I am usually forgiving of a less than high-tech, full-on bells and whistles game, but this one deserves no consideration at all.
No, it is not fun to play. No, the visual/sound quality does nothing to enhance the game experience. No, there really is no challenge —except to hang on a few more minutes and stave off the strong desire to quit and delete the game.
Don't bother with this one, it's a total waste of time.
