Played 16 minutes.
No voice overs - lots of reading and the program does not always give you enough time to read what the people are saying.
Lots of HOS, but not terribly challenging.
So far 2 puzzles - one is "slide the key to the the opening" type; other is a jigsaw, but very simplistic. When you drag the pieces, the puzzle highlights where it should go.
Not sure who this game is aimed at - kids may get frustrated with it; and adults may find it corny and not very challenging.
I don't recommend this game.

Based on playing all the way through:
Puzzles never get more complex than 15 tiles by 10 tiles - I would not have bought it, if I knew they did not get harder or bigger
Many puzzles are ambiguous - you have to guess where a few clicks should go
I don't recommend this game.

I enjoy these types of building games, but my blood pressure cannot stand it when I am forced to complete everything within a time frame.
Even though I can complete the level in leisure; I never get any stars to build the town.
Sorry, but I will not be buying it.
I don't recommend this game.

I love the games by this developer! All of the HOS are of the fragmented variety and everything is used in the adventure.
Story line: evil queen/goddess returns to lay waste to the countryside. You must stop her or all is doomed.
It is 1 AM here - I played 15 minutes and my pillow is calling me. When I get up, I am definitely buying!!

Two circus performers are missing and feared kidnapped by an evil witch. Review based on 45 minutes of demo time.
No junk pile HOs. Find 10 jewels; 10 pieces of a ripped up painting; find an occasional tool; that sort of hidden object scenes.
Lots of puzzles; many are more difficult that the average hidden-object-puzzle adventure games. I skipped some of the puzzles because I wanted to get as far as I could during the demo time and some of them were going to take quite a while to solve.
I recommend this game!

Played only the first "mission". This is HOS after HOS after HOS. Mini games are "match 2" and place items back in the scene.
Graphics are good quality with an occasional "dark object on a dark background" thrown in.
This would have been a good game 10 years ago, but I found it tedious and boring today.
I don't recommend this game.

This is a game that is far off the beaten path of ghosts, vampires, and missing family members. It is amusing and fun.
Pros: Interesting Story Line
Great Sound Track - and I usually mute the music

Now I remember what I did not like about the first Azkend - having to beat the clock. I only got through a couple of levels on the demo before the time ran out. This would be a great game if there were no time limits on the levels.
I bought the first game and never got it finished. I am not going to waste my money on a game I can't complete.
I don't recommend this game.

I played about 30 minutes of the trial time. Personally I do not like games where you are "on the clock". I prefer to take my time and relax. While the game play was OK, I just will not buy anything unless it has a "relaxed" mode.
I don't recommend this game.

Another game that starts with a car crash and the driver waking up from a coma in a grimy, dingy hospital. Stop me if you've heard this one before.
Of course, the whole town is deserted except for some kind of creature, nothing works, and everything looks like it has been through a war.
The only new wrinkle is you have some kind of disease and you need to keep finding "health packs" so you can perform tasks that require physical exertion.
The HOS are standard junk piles (like there is anything else in this town).
Sorry, but this is a no-go for me.
I don't recommend this game.
