Based on COMPLETED GAME and BONUS chapter:
I have just finished playing this game and it was AWESOME! Others have already mentioned the beautiful graphics, so I'll just add that the PRINT-SIZE and object size is large enough to be seen even by older eyes like mine. Which is great, because this is a long and fantastic game. Absolutely loved the hidden object scenes, and most of the puzzles. I'm not very good at puzzles, but I was able to do a lot of them and they were FUN! The storyline is exceptional and there is tons to do. ENJOY!!
I recommend this game!

This is an INCREDIBLE game!!! I love fantasy adventure/hidden object games, and this actually PULLS YOU INTO the magical kingdom like no other game I've played before. It was quite long...took me the weekend to play, on and off. If you are having a stressed out or sad day, this game will immerse you, at least it did me!!
The graphics, besides being awesome and colorful, are also large enough to not strain your eyes, a real plus for older players like me. To sum up, if you like the demo then you should definitely buy this game!!!
I recommend this game!

Wow. Truly one of the best hidden object/adventure games I've ever played!! I had beta-tested this game awhile ago, and have been anxious for it to be released. It seems the producers even took a few of my suggestions into consideration for the final game.
For those who think the demo is too easy, let me assure you that it DOES get more challenging as you get into the game. The puzzles seemed just right for me, as I'm not usually good at them, so they were enjoyable. However, a fast Skip button is available.
As far as length of the game, I actually think this was the longest HOG/adventure game I've ever played! Of course, I'm adding the bonus game into that. Yes, I took my time as usual, so everyone's time will be different. I TOTALLY recommend this fun and entertaining game!!

Wow. This was a beautiful and fun game. For any of you older players...The graphics were just right for older eyes, including the hidden object scenes. The game ran VERY smoothly, no glitches or dragging cursors. I did switch to system cursor, but I do that with most games.
I was addicted to the storyline from start to finish, just couldn't stop playing! And tons of locations to explore, all pleasant, not creepy or gloomy. (As far as I can remember, and I just finished playing.) Highly recommend !!
I recommend this game!

Based on demo AND two hours play so far....
Well, I am definitely hooked. Could hardly tear myself away from the game long enough to write this review.
This is certainly NOT a hold-your-hand kind of game! But it is intriguing, has very nice and cheerful graphics, and the story is great! Some of the objects in the HOS scenes are hard to find, but the hint button refills VERY quickly. I am walking around with quite a bit of inventory (which I love) and am having the time of my life. Oh yes, I am confused as to what to do next, but that is the adventure. And the storyline had me hooked from the first 5 minutes.
At least give the demo a try!
I recommend this game!
Follow the trail of the mysterious woman in white and discover the secret behind her terrible task!

WOW. This is a terrific game! Elephant Games and Big Fish Games have done it again!!
I actually did not like the first two "Hallowed Legend" games, but this one gripped me from the beginning and didn't let go until the end of the bonus play. MANY places to explore, the hidden object scenes were great. They were fun without being a strain on my older eyes.
I actually prefer games with lots of back and forth, so I never got tired of that OR used the map to transport. It's fun to remember where everything is you need to do or collect.
The game is meant to be a bit spooky, but the scenes are lovely, not dark or gloomy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!

Well, this one took my breath away. It is a beautiful fantasy adventure game, with great hidden object games and puzzles. The graphics are very good and the sound is perfect !! The ambient sounds put you right into the game.
I played this on and off for 3 whole days, not rushing, and I feel I certainly got my money's worth!
The hidden object games were fairly easy, but that is how I like them, large enough to be easy on my older eyes.
The game ran PERFECTLY on my Windows 7 laptop, even during the animation scenes. I would really hope that folks would at least TRY the demo..the story is great and doesn't drag you down!
I recommend this game!
The family saga continues when your nephew Brandon encounters the mysterious Stone Queen in a lonely mountain town.

WOW. What a fantastic game this was, including the bonus chapter!! It's true that it wasn't exactly like the other Grim Tales, but Elephant Games has brought us another beauty!! I can't even guess at how much time it takes, since I take my time and try not to use the hint button or strategy guide unless I'm really stuck as to what to do next.
The hidden object games are a joy to do, as the items are large enough even for my older eyes. I think that if you enjoyed "Detective Quest: The Crystal Slipper" and "Christmas Stories: Nutcracker", you will certainly love this game!!!! Highly recommend!!

Wow. I am completely blown away at how fun and beautiful this game was. I played on the middle difficulty setting and was quite pleased. As many reviewers have already said, the graphics are awesome, the settings beautiful, and I found the game to be long and quite fullfilling. I certainly didn't rush through, it was too stunning for that!!
Another great thing for us older players, the HOG scenes and their lists were NOT small, making it easier on the eyes.
Please just TRY the demo of the game. And if you liked the game Royal Detective: The Lord of Statues you will certainly love this game!

WOW !!! What a wonderful adventure! I just now finished the bonus chapter, and it has taken 2 to 3 days to complete the game....it is LONG and totally fun. Don't be turned off by the fact that it has Thumbelina and her Prince. This is a game for us grownups,but without the dreary darkness that some games have. .The bonus chapter in itself is long and VERY well done. Oh, I did have to turn off the custom cursor, as it made my computer drag, but the system cursor worked just great!
Please give this one a try...I think you'll be hooked by the time the trial is up!!!
I recommend this game!
