This game is very basic and easy. I was disappointing at how easy the HO's were and how frequently you see them throughout the game. The story line was so so and the graphics were not that great and choppy. My biggest issue was that this game was super easy and then all of a sudden the last puzzle comes along and its pretty hard. I didn't mind it being hard, but it was weird.
I don't recommend this game.

I really enjoying playing as two different characters. The puzzles were different than the norm and some were pretty challenging. The story was great as were the voice actors and graphics. It was just solid game play. I love when developers just get it right and they definitely did with this one. You got to play detective and medical examiner and lover of cop shows like my self just live for this stuff.
I recommend this game!

My main issue with this game is the story line. It made sense in the beginning then got weird in the middle and came back at the end. I was just disappointed in it since I would have liked for it to be better than hope diamond and it wasn't. I really like HE for the cool locations and this game did not really deliver on that. While it kept the fact cards and had a diverse array of puzzles something kept this game from being awesome.
I recommend this game!

I really enjoyed this game. The puzzles were clever, the characters were interesting and the music was appropriate. I loved this games take on the HO's and how solving them logically made sense in advancing the story line. The ending definitely has a strong set up for an amazing sequel and after the awesome game play I am excited to play it.
I recommend this game!

I must say I was a bit disappointed. The story was not that great and I was not impressed with the challenge level. I think the games developer either wanted a new direction or their is a new developer. Besides that the graphics are really impressive and I liked the Smithsonian museum. The little fact cards were really cool as well. The game play seemed to be dumbed down which was disappointing.
I recommend this game!

This game was definitely a win for Mad Head Games. I will definitely be looking out for this developer. The music for the game was phenomenal and the graphics were amazing. The game wasn't hard, but it was definitely a cool take on the standard HO scenes. Although I was not a big fan of the Nevertales series I do enjoy this game. I think the story line was interesting and unique. The HO's were one of my favorite parts of the game. The CE is worth it just for the extras and music. The bonus game wraps up any lingering plot holes and questions, which I love. Do not get the SE this version is the best.
I recommend this game!

So I brought this game based on the high reviews. I even brought the collectors edition, because everyone said it was definitely worth it. On the positive side the graphics were great and the HO scenes were even better. But it was not a spectacular game and the story line was dull in my opinion. I have played other surface games that I liked much more then this. I also think the bonus chapter was not as awesome as I had hoped. It was a good solid game just not a stand out game.
I recommend this game!

This has easily jumped into my top 3 games. This game had great music and built on the suspense. The story line was great one of the better ones I have played in awhile. My only issue were the missing objects and the choppiness of some scenes, but I am sure an update will fix all that. Also the main heroine seemed to lack many facial expressions, which was weird for an CG character. The HO's were pretty good and the puzzles made sense, which I liked. I appreciated the change of scenery that took place since the locations were rather drab due to the ambiance.
I recommend this game!

I loved this game. It was very clever with the back and forth through the timelines. The mini games were very diverse and the challenge level ranged for easy to hard. I liked how the game let you be a detective and having your suspect hot on the trail. The game was very fun for me and I thought it was very different from the average fairy fun game. I am shocked at the fact that not more people are recommending this game. I would like to see more games like this in the future.

So this is the game that got me addicted to the series. The graphics ere so nice and the story line was really good. I thought the mini games were clever and the HOs were good. I think I liked this one so much, because the Dana plot was new to me. In her other games it seems to be a repeat of the same old stuff, which I do not like. But this one had different settings, which I loved and offered the player a chance to do stealth things which I liked.
I recommend this game!
