I really enjoyed this game. The humor was entertaining. There is quite a bit of switching around and going back to scenes but I like that. I could've given it a 5 but there was a couple of puzzles that did not work for me and I had to skip them. The graphics were really nice.
I recommend this game!

I liked this game for its relaxing quality in sound and story. I enjoyed the humor in the scenes. This is not a challenging game but is sweet. Would be great for children or to reduce stress. I only played the demo & haven't decided to buy it yet.

I only played the demo but was not impressed with the animation at all. everything very stiff with the characters moving the mouth and then a balloon with words. Seemed a little old fashioned like those from years past. Graphics were OK and very clear but appeared too regimented for me, like out of a story book. Music was fine. HO scenes were pretty easy so a little boring. Coloring was very nice. An educational game for Greek Myths so has some value for kids to experience the story. Just wasn't fun for me.

I loved the beginning. Everything is so sharp and clear & the music was up beat. I liked finding the bonus objects and appreciated the sparkle hints. As the game went on I began to find the audio annoying especially the door knocking so just turned it off. Visually it is beautiful. The objects are often very small or only part is shown. Objects are added as you find the first ones. I found that a little taxing for me because of the challenge to find all of them and the bonus objects. It makes each scene last a long time. If you really really like HOGs you will love it. I would like to move from scene to scene quicker. I like puzzles too so probably won't buy this one but recommend it to all the HOG lovers. Very nicely done.
I recommend this game!

I have a lot of HOGS and love it when something is a little different. The story line flows, hints are right on & hidden object scenes use different lighting techniques. I liked the way you had to distinguish between plural and singular such as "mushroom" versus "mushrooms" to find objects. The puzzles were pretty easy in the casual mode but if you like to relax while playing this is a plus. I played in the casual mode liked it enough to purchase the game and will switch to the harder mode. I usually skip the voice overs because I read faster but the sound was good overall.
I recommend this game!

Return once more to the haunted grounds of Ravenhearst Manor to uncover new details about this poignant saga. What you find could very well be the final chapter of this riveting story-if you escape.

This game was the most frustrating one have played. I had to go to the strategy guide often and even then had to struggle or go to the walk through. Don't buy the collector's edition it is not worth it. The walk through is much better than the strategy guide. I didn't like the disgusting parts both visually and auditory. I play these to relax and feel good. This was not the experience. Graphics and sound track quality was good but not enough to out weigh the negative. Loved their other games but very disappointed! I have tons of these games but this one will be deleted.
I don't recommend this game.
