This game is really cute. As the levels go up you are challenged more and more as you are in all good find 3 games. the HOG's had me getting my nose right into the screen. I would recommend this game if you are young at heart.
For me this game had a lot of technical glitches. It took a little while for scenes to change. The cursor got stuck as a grasping hand or turning gears. I sometimes had to back out of a scene and go back in to get something to work. Once these are fixed it will be a fun game.
This was a fun game. I liked the live movies. I only have a few minor things that annoyed me. One guy kept pointing his shotgun at me even after we made friends. The nagging voice at the endgame was so annoying that I had to turn off the sound. At the end of the game I still had a piece in my inventory. Odd.
The characters were funny and colorful. Was it just me or did one actor look like Dr. Oz?
Bad art, bad animation, bad storyline. This cartoony game started out with me having to decorate a birthday cake, which made me think it was a child's game. Then things got ugly really fast. Pick an age group and stick to it, guys.
I didn't mind the human eating plants but some of the details of this story were just wrong. Was I looking for my child or just trying to save my own butt? I wasn't sure. I'll pass on this one.
This seemed like a game for a teen or preteen. The colors were too bright. The objects were too obvious and cartoony. So I can't recommend it unless you are young or young at heart.
I don't recommend this game.

This game is eerily good and wonderfully creepy. You find yourself in a house that has more doors than the Winchester mansion. The art and music put you in the perfect somber mindset. Even the dead bodies are nice to look at. If you like sitting up late at night with all the lights out watching old Vincent Price movies you will love this.

This game has the same music as one I played before about a haunted mirror. It even looks like the same girl. Saying that, I think the music ( Mozart's Requiem) is haunting and beautiful, and suits the game. At one point I just let the music play.
I found the puzzles to be obvious. The HOGs at first were so easy to find it was almost insulting. Objects were more hidden as the game progressed.
One thing I found annoying was that in the HO scenes you were expected to move or open things just to find that the object hiding behind or inside was not what you needed. Another annoying thing was an object that only moved a little when you touched it but never did anything else.
The colors were well done. The house looks very old and haunted. The graphics are photorealistic and wonderful to just look at. The detail is astounding.

This game is a bit too much like many of the other games I have found here. I almost know what is going to happen.
In too many of these games there is a car or a horse drawn coach parked outside of an elaborate gate. There is something inside the car or coach and something inside the trunk, or a chest. There is a bridge that catches fire or blows up or falls down when you try to cross it.
Some of the scenes looked like they were just copied from other games and changed a bit. Same scene, different tree, same scene different horse, same scene different demon. You get the picture.
Having said that, it's not that bad in itself. I like these sorts of games and I may buy this one. I just have to get over the yawn factor when it comes to sameness.
