I really enjoyed the first Campgrounds, and this one appears to be great as well. Based on the Demo I thought the game was attractive in appearance and fun to play with a timed and untimed mode to suit many players. I might wait to get the SE or maybe just break down and buy the CE but regardless of which I ultimately choose I will definitely be buying this game

yeah i'm pretty much in love with this game. here's why:
-great graphics! everything in this game is cute, colorful, and adorably designed in excellent detail. the town is full of zombie workers that are just as cute as they could be in a suitable setting that i found charming and perfect to the theme.
-the music is good! the music score fits the game scene perfectly and isn't obnoxious
-lots to do! the game keeps giving tasks to complete and goals to meet as well as giving you to opportunity to get many goals done your way at your speed
-buildings have options! you can use many of the buildings to craft and trade stuff. YOU choose when to make what and if you want to sell it to get money for other things. find your own strategy to earning gold or inventing new things in the lab.
-this game has a story to follow but you are in control of when you do things and there is NO TIMER so you can play and enjoy at your own pace.
-the tutorial is good but sometimes i did find myself wondering what to do on a task. I found that if i completed other tasks that i was often led to the answer to complete another thing i wasn't sure how to do.
overall this game is really lots of fun for people who like task oriented sim building type games. the zombie town is cute and so are all your little workers. i finished the tutorial and i'm buying it right now! this game appears to have many hours of play involved judging by how far i got and how much of the map i have left to open up so i definitely think it'll be well worth the money and enjoyable for people of different ages (you may have to help really little kids of grade school ages, but it'll be fun to do it together). give it a try! i hope you'll like it as much as i do.

I really liked the visual appeal of this game and the music and the foods were really cute, I liked all the customers, I really wanted to like this game BUT I've played 7 levels and my hand is already cramping and tired. You literally have to drag the food here and there, to the plate to the customer so its click drag click drag. Unfortunately I just uninstalled the Demo and won't be buying it since there is no quick click delivery method or anything, such a shame because I think this game would have been a lot of fun if the game mechanics hadn't been so hand crampingly designed.
I don't recommend this game.

yes i loved the original and bought it. honestly there is some stuff in here i'd love to play, but i won't keep buying stars to do it and i'm not going to harass my friends all day with fb posts and tweets to get stars for free. i'd rather just pay money up front all at once and own it outright instead of doing this star thingie. i hope this isn't the new direction for bfg because the market is already full of "free to play" pay for extras games, and i come here specifically for something different. again this game is great but if you don't want to keep spending to do more with it just get the original version and have fun :)

the demo of this was fun and i'll probably pick this game up soon.
i think that most people are expecting this game to run just like ranch rush or farm frenzy or some other game. it doesn't. everyone would do well to not click thru or skip the tutorial and actually read the instructions. you'll find a different twist on the farm game than you've had previously and will enjoy it a lot more if you do that.
i personally liked the graphics, the animals were cute and fuzzy and looked more 3D almost and the rest of the graphics were cute and colorful. the music wasn't great but not terrible, i turned it down tho as i usually play games to my own music.
this game isn't a 5 star game but it's definitely at least a 4+. you'll need to think and use strategy to solve each days tasks in time to get gold and i like that for a change instead of the same old click click click.
definitely worth a demo. it starts out easy and gets more challenging so give it the whole hour and see what you think and definitely Read The Directions before you try and play it like it's some other game lol. Happy Gaming
TOTALLY ENJOYED the demo time on this game and am definitely getting it!
i loved the concept of a little boy playing toy soldiers on a map, really just brings back the childhood nostalgia of having little wars with your plastic army men or cowboys or whatever.
the graphics were really cute.
even tho there wasn't a tutorial (which is a shame honestly i think that turns people off to have to trial and error stuff) i was able to figure things out pretty fast.
fun features like you can save your most upgraded units from previous battle by dragging and dropping them from the map onto circles in the lower left corner and you can buy more spaces to save units in with stars you earn. you can also buy upgrades for your units first by buying the unit upgrade itself and then it opens up specialties once you've bought a couple unit levels like more firepower and better defense. if anyone has questions or is confused don't hesitate to message me and i will try and be helpful.
2 speed options is great for increasing challenge (there are 2 challenge levels also, casual and advanced). also being able to fast forward is nice when you have an easy wave to get thru and don't want to wait. you can also pause and consider strategy for the next wave as well which is nice.
i liked the sounds because they reminded me of a little boy playing army men
i sincerely suggest anyone who likes tower defense style games to check this one out and decide for yourself instead of getting hung up on those first overly negative (imo) reviews because i was really hooked right away on this game. there is no blood or anything like that, it's plastic army men just animated and honestly i'd have no problem letting my kids play this game, it's really cute and fun.
When a bolt of lightning sends you back to the days of King Arthur, you trade in your farmer's hat for a suit of armor and set off on a journey to find the Fountain of Youth!
I really enjoyed this game and I like the mechanics of how it works, the graphics are cute, the story is kind of funny and overall its a really fun game. Unfortunately because the game is short I doubt I'll buy it as anything other than a DD. 40 levels is not enough when you blow thru 14 levels in the hour trial, especially as there are no difficulty settings so you can't even try and beat it later on a harder setting. I can see this won't be long enough to justify buying it now at regular price. That might not bother some people tho. Make it longer and it would be a definite buy for me!
this is a really cute and fun tower defense game! there are 3 levels of challenge so you can change the difficulty. the graphics are nice and colorful. the music while redundant isn't terribly annoying and the noises the bugs make are kinda cute. it runs pretty smoothly which has been a problem for me on other tower games like this when you get a lot of enemies on the map. overall i had a good time with this and i think since it has different difficulty settings it will be great for re-playability and is also family friendly. the story is nothing new but the gameplay is really fun. the only thing i would prefer is not to have to collect coins for myself to build with but it's not a game killer so i will probably be getting this one soon!
this game is adorable. the graphics are bright and cheerful. the creatures are cute both in appearance and sound (i loved the little sounds they made!). the puzzles start out really easy but get harder as you go. i only played the trial but it looks like this will be a decent amount of game time from what i could tell. this game is so fun and also very family friendly (middle school age and up could probably do this game alone or with minimal help, younger children will need your assistance but you'll have a ton of fun helping them). i will be playing this with my kids (my teens love these kinds of puzzle games too). very cute, very clever. definite buy for me!
