This game is really a lot of fun. It's colorful, the characters are really cute, and it's challenging. It isn't as hard as some people in previous reviews are making it out to be. The challenge is there but you CAN REPLAY levels to earn more gold for upgrades so if you can't pass a level go back and earn some more coins for upgrades to make it easier. I would suggest upgrading the monster slow down feature first, it makes the challenge much more manageable. i love these types of lane defense games and i was happy to see this one! Definitely give it a try. Happy Gaming!
So this game is just a lot of fun. I'm enjoying it immensely and have no hesitations about buying it. It's really more like exploring than just playing a regular match 3 game. My only wish was that when in relaxed mode the torchlight didn't shrink. The way that its described in the menu when you choose between timed and relaxed makes it seem like everything stays the same the whole time, but you will end up with a very small amount of light at some point in relaxed mode and that's kind of annoying to me. I think in relaxed mode the timer should be gone off the torch entirely and it should never lose light. Otherwise its a lot of fun.
I feel like the other negative reviews are a bit too harsh. This game isn't the best ever or particularly ground breaking but it is fun and definitely deserves more than only One Star. Its similar in style to other resource gathering time management games with a few little differences. you have the option to play it timed if you uncheck the hard mode box. One thing this game does a little differently is that you dont need to clear away all obstacles, there is often more than one road to get to whatever your objective is. For instance if you're trying to fix a bridge there may be two different paths to take and you can decide which way might be easiest. Also (spoiler alert) there are portals on some levels that once activated randomly generate different supplies needed to finish the level so you have to keep collecting from them until they give you what you need. Overall its reasonably fun. The map is a bit boring looking and i would have liked to see more levels and a bit more flash but again just because something isn't 100% original doesn't make it trash or only worth 1 Star in my opinion. There are many fun games in the genre and most of them are a bit more cute looking but this game is ok. I'd probably buy it as a daily deal at least. Just try it for yourself before deciding based on some super critical reviews. If you enjoy it that's all that really matters anyway.
If you liked the Beach Party Craze then this game is pretty much the same thing with a few little tweeks. the mini games are slightly different and more interesting and fun in my opinion. they also changed how you buy upgrades a little bit and the map is different looking and also functions differently. i don't think the "people" graphics are as cute as in Beach Party Craze. the whole concept of the game is the same tho as BPC. its got the same beaches and the same sounds and the same mechanics. this developer likely bought the rights to use the sounds and graphics and game engine from the people who made BPC and added a little something to make it different. overall its a fun time waster and different enough from BPC that if you liked the Craze games you'll likely enjoy this knockoff.
after reading the positive reviews i was really excited to try this game out. sadly it didn't end up being a winner for me. i found the story to be somewhat nonsensical and tired. the locations were dreary. this game also felt kind of old, not something up to par with other similar games coming out today. its worth trying out to see if you like it but i wouldn't instabuy it if you like this series. try it first.

I've really enjoyed the Amber's Airline stories so far and this is a great addition to this series. Loaded with color and cute characters, interesting storyline, and high quality cut scenes. I've just finished the demo and will definitely be buying this game. Can't wait to see how it all wraps up!
The game plays beautifully. The graphics are very good. The minigames so far seem fun, they're not very challenging but they do provide nice variety.

as a big fan of Farm Tribe 1 + 2 i was really looking forward to this one. i have replayed the previous games many times. this one i didn't even finish the demo. its kind of just your typical farming game in its mechanics. grow crops, make products, fulfill requests. nothing really new or exciting. none of the charm and cute storyline of other farm tribe games. if you like all the other farm crop growing chicken feeding type games you'll probably like this as things seem to go a little faster and you obviously dont have to add friends to play it. overall it just left me wanting more.

Omgosh! SOOOooOoo happy to see this game today! First of it was a delight to play the trial and I bought it right away. This game is lots of fun and full of challenge. It's a great addition to the franchise and the quality of the graphics, sounds, and game-play is excellent. I haven't finished it yet so I'm unsure if it's worth the collector's price just for ten more levels HOWEVER I got it on a holiday sale for a little less and I'm willing to pay a bit more IF it will encourage Big Fish to get more quality TM games back into their line up instead of the same old dreary horror HoG's. I've had enough possessed children and dead/missing fiances to last me a lifetime! Thanx to everyone who brought us Garden's Inc 3, I am in love! If you're not sure about the price for value I would suggest at least definitely picking up the regular edition when it comes out, this really is a super fun game!
Based on the demo: Probably in the minority here but, sadly this one just didn't grab me. I remember when I played the first Dire Grove and how I was instantly interested, creeped out, and thrilled by everything that was happening. This demo had none of that. SPOILER ALERT, oh no somebody offended the forest druids or their gods or their wolves...this storyline feels tired to me right from the start. I literally have no interest in finding out what happens next. All the graphics are nice, but everything I'm doing seems so blah, counter-intuitive, and pointless. All the stuff you search for seems so implausible and at some pints I forget why I even have stuff in my inventory. i also didn't enjoy ANY of the puzzles. I hate to be completely negative about this game because I absolutely loved the first Dire Grove and a few of the other MCF's. This is a poor sequel and very lacking in my opinion. I'm afraid it's a 'no' from me.

if you're looking for a fun tower defense + a match 3 experience try this game. i had a lot of fun with the demo and will definitely be picking this one up today! it's different and cute and engaging in the game play. the story is just kind of there to move things along but i thought overall this game is definitely worth a buy. -3 levels of challenge -lots of upgrades -some town building type features -cute dragons -match 3 mini game to play for resources -tasks list to help you know what to do next and move the game along
