This is not a "new release". It is a re-release with all scenes identical to the game from last year. I can't say for sure that they request you find the same items but otherwise this was a dissapointment since replaying a game is not my first choice. Certainly would not buy it - again! As a result this was really not fun at all for me. If you didn't play/buy last year's you might like this.
So the clutter game is great as always but I have to admit I'm getting tired of his story - do I really want to hear about his early childhood piano lessons and mediocre songwriting? Sorry Joe, I really don't. I play with no sound (all games) so I can't comment on that part but for me this would have been a 5 if Joe would change up his storytelling.

It may not be for everyone but I found this a very enjoyable puzzle format where you have several options of how to play and this is something new and different. Pictures are interesting and complex enough to make this challenging. I played the whole demo and just completed a couple of the puzzles. This is a buy for me.
Just finished the demo and have this on my buy list. I thought the pictures were fine. There are one or two childish ones at the very beginning but the rest were more complex and the coloring goes smoothly. You can change colors at will and the thing I like is when you pass over a tiny bit to be colored it shows the number of the color so you don't have to keep expanding the size of the picture.
While it is true what the others said that this has nothing to do with mystery or detectives, the pictures are interesting with good color and you can adjust the puzzles by number of pieces, you can have it show only the edge pieces and it seems to have all the desirable features for jigsaws. The problem on reviewer had with "the arrows" back and forward was not a problem for me so might be a glitch with that computer.

I should have read the description more carefully. I thought this was a sollitaire game and it was a hidden object game. It was a decent hidden object but that's not a favorite genre of mine so check it out if you are an HO fan.
This puzzle game has all the features I enjoy using - borders, sort, highlight and drag whatever you highlight so large groups of puzzle pieces can be moved at once. You can change shape of pieces, change number of pieces, which allows for maximum challenge if that's what you are looking for. The only thing I thought was missing was the ability to make the picture larger on the screen. Some of the dark pieces lose the detail because they are so small.
I own all the rest of these games but won't be buying this one. I really dislike mahjong and they've thrown in other types of puzzles I don't enjoy and they show up almost every other turn. It seems every release has more junk and less complex match 3 which is what makes these games fun for me. As far as I can see there really is no storyline other than "I want to build a pretty place with flowers"! I don't recommend this but that's the good thing about the demo option.
I love that we are building new and interesting homes in new and interesting sites. The game play is interesting too with new variety and nice visuals. Might wait to buy until they have the regular edition or it goes on sale...but might not!
Same old same old. Suggest the developer look at some of the features of the Art by Numbers or Paint by numbers features and consider including ANY of those. I found this - again - awful to play and when there are others out there that are truly fun why would anyone buy one of these?
