Their game play and storylines just aren't cutting it anymore. But they aren't the only ones...no developers are putting out games worth a crap . And I totally agree about the stars...waste of time and no one likes them, so get rid of them. What I continue to like about Domini Games is the ability to set skip/recharge to zero. And I still enjoy all of the extra interaction they put in their scenes. I find myself clicking everything to see what happens. But I would not recommend buying this game. Play the free demo and wait to see what comes out tomorrow.
NOTE* There is a glitch/broken area in the front room of the sheriffs office. On the back wall, I removed the broken lamp but it won't let me pick up the paperweight and clay. Now I cannot move forward in the game. This has happened before in other Domini Games.

Enjoyed playing (demo on Zen level) but pretty typical for this genre with very little to no variety. There are other games like this that are much better. Graphics were clear but boring and I assume on a harder level the challenge is greater. I use a trackpad and as you moved around, the cursor would go off the screen making clicking impossible or incorrect. Annoying but game still playable with some extra effort. I won't be purchasing this game (and don't recommend purchasing) but do suggest playing the demo....it's free. I gave it 3 stars (not 2) as it was enjoyable for the most part.

(based on demo) I enjoyed playing this simple HO game. Very relaxing. Puzzles were easy but fun. I skipped through the conversations, not really caring about the storyline. Not a lot of bells and whistles but an enjoyable way to pass some time playing a game without taxing your brain

This has to be one of the strangest, weirdest games I have ever played in this genre. If I remember correctly the first one was just the same. Just not my style of HO game play. I didn't feel engaged at all and I found game play to be quite boring. Apparently out of 4 reviews I am the only one that feels this way so play the demo and decide for yourself.

Just like 100 Doors but I enjoyed this one more. The graphics/scenes were much better. I only played the demo so far so not sure where the storyline is going or if there even is one. Not all levels are easy, some require some thought. Other than the hint ability there are no instructions. All thought process. Fun game.

I guess I will never find Jesse. I couldn't even finish the demo. When I first saw this game, it looked like it had promise but that was short lived. The game felt disjointed, it didn't flow smoothly. There were times when I had no clue what to do next and had to use the hint button. That wouldn't happen in a well developed game. It relies on too much darkness dispelling, made the game too dreary for me. And the glowing cat eye...silly and useless. The whole cat theme is cute but that's where the enjoyment stopped for me.
This was fun game, definitely worth playing! Cute storyline based on Little Red Riding Hood. The game played smoothly, no errors or glitches. Nice visual and audio. I recommend this one!
I try to keep my reviews short, giving enough info to help others. Why people type a novel breaking down the game is a mystery to me, unless they get something for those lengthy boring reviews

This game was an OK game. I have played better (but not lately) and I have definitely played much worse. It's cute and I enjoyed playing. Puzzles weren't bad, some I skipped because they were the type I don't like and some because explanation was horrible. I noticed a couple of times, an abrupt switch between scenes. And the endings (main game and bonus game) seemed like they ran out of time and had to cut them off. I understood the story line but it could have been done better.
Overall, I recommend playing the demo and decide if you want to go further.
One thing to note, IMO, is that the cost of these games versus the quality of what you get, is ridiculous. These games are way OVERPRICED. If BF is going to charge us these prices (even the member price) then BF needs to start providing us with better quality games.

I enjoyed the previous games in this series a lot more than this one. It doesn't seem like much thought was put into the storylines and I found them boring. Game play was ok but could have been better. Feels like this game was thrown together for a quick release. Developers could have been a little more creative with this one. Side note: I wish game developers would offer an alternative to the mini games/puzzles such as match 3. I don't enjoy the minis anymore, boring and redundant. I think the game is worth playing but I wouldn't purchase this at regular price, only on a big sale. Play the demo, it may be enough for you like it was for me.

I thoroughly enjoyed this game, which hasn't been the case with HOPA games in a long time. I had no problems downloading or playing, There isn't a lot of jumping back and forth between multiple scenes which was nice. Fun HO scenes and quite a few. Thankfully this game wasn't mini-game/puzzle heavy. The morphing items and puzzle pieces weren't difficult to find but you did have to search for them. And if you miss a morphing item, the game will let you return to the scene to find it. A game worth playing IMO
