I didn't like this. Visually it's too dark and an eye strain to find objects. And the dumb conversations were the straw that broke the camels back. I found the game to be rather boring
I don't recommend this game.

Like the others like it this game is just ok. I enjoy playing the free demo but never buy them.
CBTX, I personally don't care what race the characters are. Make them purple. And don't be a bully...ridiculing older people because they enjoy the relaxing game. If you can't post anything nice, don't post at all. Nobody will miss your derogatory reviews.

I always look forward to the Park Ranger, Christmas and Cruise Line games. But I think instead of just rating it 5 stars and typing some fluff about how great it is, it needs to be critiqued. Otherwise the developers will continue to put out the same old stuff.
The plastic looking characters have never changed. Emma and the whole family has been stuck in an age time warp since the beginning.
The storyline never changes. If you have been playing for years, you know what's coming next. This storyline was very stale. And this game felt like it has been shortened.
The graphics need to be sharper. Some scenes are too junky and aren't pleasing visually.
The new Ranger doll was a cute addition.But what was with all the moths and butterflies?
I absolutely do recommend playing this game/series as well as the others like it by this developer. But I just think its time the developer made some changes other than a doll.
I recommend this game!

I really enjoyed this game. And I am happy that I can finally give an HO game a 5 star review.
Graphics, audio, game play and storyline were all well done. Definitely a game worth playing

I am so disappointed I don't even know what to type. This game is not worthy of the Grim Tale series.
First let's address Richards voice. I understand that his "living" voice would be different from his "ghost" voice but it's so dramatically different that it causes a disconnect with his character. And its just weird.
Thomas is creepy. No need to say more.
The game is too slow paced and IMO very childish and uninteresting. Same old tasks, same old game play....nothing new to see here people.
I hope that this badly designed game isn't pointing to the demise of this fun series. Good news is I don't know that the next one could get much worse.
I really hate giving bad reviews to the HOPA games. They have always been my favorite genre. But alas I think they have become a dying breed of game.
Based on demo play only. I am not wasting money on this game. I never buy a game straight away on this game site anymore. BFG has progressively gone downhill and needs to find some new developers
I don't recommend this game.

Game downloads and opens to main screen but when I click play it "quits unexpectedly" even after deleting and downloading again. Nothing but problems since BFGs latest update. Mac OS.
Not all wolves are big and bad. Some of them are here to save the day!

Its another ho-hum game from DO. Same poop, different game. I barely made it through the whole demo. Same puzzles, same tasks. Not to mention the 1st HO scene did not display the words of items to find (Mac OS) AGAIN. Does it every game from DO.
The most clever thing in the hour the I played was using a pipe as a funnel to pour oil over yet another rusted out piece of metal.
I clearly do not understand the 4 and 5 star ratings on this game. Don't waste your $ or game points.

I enjoy playing this series of HO games. Fun way to pass some time and I always learn something. I thought some of the scenes could have been a little crisper/sharper but overall they were pleasant to look at.
The Canada thing is a huge mistake. It doesn't take away from game play but it should have been caught and fixed before release.
To the reviewer who mentioned it should have been pigeon, singular.... the clue is correct. The item was a pair of pigeons.
I recommend this game!
