Seriously. A loading screen to start the game, a loading screen to choose to play, a loading screen before the intro, a loading screen after the intro, a loading screen before a level, a loading screen after you complete the level, a loading screen to get to the main menu, a loading screen to get the heck outta here! I could not enjoy the snippets of actual game from all the loading screens. The cute little piggy that pops down isn't so cute after the 5th or 10th time!
I don't recommend this game.

If you ever played Cooking Stars, this game is an awkward mimic. The graphics are bulkier, the gameplay slower and not as refined, the characters almost the same (the only thing missing is the dude doing all the cutting board stuff saying "what have I done to deserve this!?") If you haven't played Cooking Stars, this game is probably okay enough. It's an average dash style diner type game. But go over to Cooking Stars for better quality.
I recommend this game!

Poor text editing, nothing new, uninspired, poor storyline. Yet again, Delicious proves they believe a woman can't have an adventure or career without men-related drama involved. This time, it was even less imaginative than Emily's sister's fashion story. Almost insultingly so.
Never mind the weak story which feels like a mix up of past Delicious plots combined - you can't buy upgrades or scenery, the levels and challenges per level are ridiculously easy to achieve which makes each level feel more like a long gruntwork/chore to pass through, and you can't line up multiple compound-items onto your tray in advance (like choosing a cupcake then its topping 2 times in advance ... the second attempt wipes out the first.) And then the challenge of "have nothing wasted on your tray" forces you to serve one customer at a time despite your tray having the items for another open order.
I feel this game was rushed to get out.
I don't recommend this game.

I can't imagine how the collectors edition makes this game any better. It's pretty boring! You move back and forth between two screens of air travelers and give them food and drink and items as they need them. That's it! Nothing more. As levels progress, they ask for more and the pace picks up. Really, there's no challenge, no thought involved. You just put your mind on autopilot and fill requests like a trained monkey. I've been longing for a good time management game that doesn't involve unblocking roads and collecting wood and food and stones. Was seriously let down with this one.
I don't recommend this game.

I got stuck on level 5 when I could not clear the sand tiles and could not figure out how to since there was no tutorial or in game help/hint to help me figure it out. There is a one line "instruction" whenever they introduce a new tile into the mix, but it's vague and does not help at all. It's a real shame because this game could have been a great puzzler. No time limits, no slide limits (at least, not as early on in the game as I was forced to stop).
I don't recommend this game.

The fact that there are many little details to unlock in this game gives it 3 stars, but that's where it really ends. The music is never-ending and I turned it off after about 15 minutes. This is an open-ended game really. There is no timer - you work and build at your own pace. There aren't any different levels. You merely keep leveling up as you play. This makes it rather boring in my book, but it's also mildly addictive to repair and refurbish cars so you can work toward the next upgrade. Many of the elements of this game are reminiscent of the Fix-It game series, which was far better than this. There is no real story line here, no varied locations, not even a pause button! Click on the gear symbol to be taken to the options screen and the game keeps playing behind you. But, as I say, there is no way to lose this game and no one gets angry or drives off on you, so there is no worries about letting it run unabated. I'd say, it's an okay time waster if you have a credit. Not sure I'd recommend it beyond that.

This is a hidden object game emulating gardenscapes, manor memoirs etc in gameplay - but it falls short on all the finer details that made those games awesome. The hidden objects in this game seem rather haphazardly placed; they're not really well integrated into the scenes and look like cutouts against the background. There is a zoom option, but all I found it really did was pixelate the screen as I moved in and I never used it. A few level songs were annoying, but luckily, someone must have realized this when developing the game because they put a nice mute button right on the gameplay screen for you. In terms of "decor" for the room you're supposed to be working to redecorate, I didn't like any of the options I was given, so I found it hard to want to play when I wasn't liking what I had to make.

I've been desperate for a new time management game that isn't a "gather resources, build buildings and defeat road obstacles" type, so I may be giving this one more stars than it's worth. It's a cute time management game, although the graphics are a little retro. Customers come in, you get their flower order, sometimes with a ribbon or a pot involved. The part I don't like about this is when you get a "helper", it actually makes the game more complicated as you have to remember to click between helpers to use them. Forget to click the right helper and you may mess up your current flower order. I found this a little frustrating so I'll be avoiding purchase on this game.

I thought maybe this was a kid-geared game, but any kid I know would point out the same issues I found. This is a primitive little game based on the same "clear roads, get resources, fix buildings" game theme that BFG seems to favor for time management games most. The problem with this game is that the graphics are very simplistic, and pixelated at times. Your resources, aside from candy canes, are either white cubes for "sugar" or colored cubes for "jelly" and lacked interest. There was an occasion when speech bubbles from the creepy Willy Wonka-esque guy were completely empty before a level started leaving me to wonder what he was supposed to be saying. The voices of the little oompa-loompa type workers are annoying and all I can picture is some poor game developer on a recording mike doing his best Stitch impersonation. This is a no for me.
I don't recommend this game.

This is a fun, at your own pace adventure game. Lots of things to explore and a heck of a lot of questions to cycle through ahd ask of every character you meet in the game. Clearly the game writers wanted to write a novel but decided to turn it into a game instead because there is a lot of story, a lot of dialogue and even a lot of mindless banter, and the opening animation is very long in general for a bgifish game. But it's a great storyline set in an imaginative and original world. A lot of thought went into this game, which isn't immediately evident from the crude animations. The voice actors are great - the main character reminds me of a young Wallace from Wallace and Gromit and I love that. I'll buy this one.
I recommend this game!
