Forget it's about elves and fairies, the characters are really funny and the a humorous story line. Music is gentle and relaxing. I haven't completed all the levels, getting REALLY hard now, but the feeling of achievement when a difficult level is beaten, is a real turn-on. OK. so I've become addicted to this game, you should give it a try for something really different. The only thing against it is the timed factor, developers, PLEASE turn off the clock!! That's the only reason I haven't given it 5 stars.

PROS ERS never disappoints with their graphics nor their easy game construction of never having to wander far for items needed. Voice overs good also. CONS Repetative music drones on and on. No challenge in puzzles, aimed for youngsters I think. Some items in HO scenes were too dark to see. Boring story.
I won't bother to play this again, have already uninstalled it. Many of the CE games are so good I play them again and again, but certainly not this one.
If you want an easy romp or to play a game with young children, I would recommend it. If you are a seasoned adult gamer, don't bother with it.
Well, have been playing FOREVER, and still not finished, but wanted you fishies who enjoy a challenge, to know that this is a great game, the puzzles are mindbending though do-able, and most are unique. At first I thought that the persistant voice of Oscar would be annoying, but I have come to enjoy listening to him, another warped character! his voice acting is superb which is probably why I have become enthralled. Dozens of rooms, they just seem to go on and on, but a helpful map indicating needed areas, and a journal to keep track of things, has kept my handwritten notes to a minimum. Graphics are good, music also. I won't prattle on, I'm anxious to get back to it! So dive in fishies, enjoy the swim!

Puzzles and HO scenes and things to find in between, it's just endless!! HO scenes are challenging, not because they're dark or tiny, but because you need to LOOK! Also interactive with some items hidden, but these are shown in green, which I like because I find all the other things first then "open a draw" or pull a curtain" to find the rest. Also, not all objects to be found are shown at once, so a good memory speeds the finding. Music is nice and varied and unobtrusive, so have been able to leave it on, always a bonus. Helpful hint system too when used outside of HO scenes. Not too much running back and forth, and new locations open up just at the right time to prevent "scene boredom". Haven't finished yet, will be quite a long time before I reach that goal and am enjoying the challenge. A LONG game.

A developer I haven't heard of before, could put some other developers to shame. OK, so graphics were a little on the grainy side, but very well drawn. Very helpful hint system that saves a lot of running around by telling you where to go next. No penalty for multiple wrong clicks, which was just as well as 2 HO scenes were still "under construction" and only by clicking on everything did i get through it, that being said, it didn't detract me from continuing what turned out to be a long game, and just when I thought it was all over, there was an epilogue taking me to a whole new area!! rather like an add on in a collectors edition. Music was good, played it all the way through. Voices were OK, though a bit ham in places, I would say English wasn't their first language, but it was acceptable and not grating. Some humour too, a newspaper article read "The hint that led her astray" and "the Hidden Object that nearly killed her". Over all, it was a good buy, so dive in fishies, help this new developer to develop!!
Another great game from one of my favourite developers. It was long and really enjoyable, from the story , music, graphics right to the amazing puzzles which made me poke and fiddle around until that "EUREKA!" moment when something happens, very reminiscent of the Return to Ravenhearst door puzzles. I also like the idea of a completely new story for the bonus content. You won't regret buying this one.
Return once more to the haunted grounds of Ravenhearst Manor to uncover new details about this poignant saga. What you find could very well be the final chapter of this riveting story-if you escape.
It was enthralling and a challenge which meant I just HAD to play this long game right to the end. They did warn us about the content, but it was way too sick for me to want to play it again, I think the humour was only relief from some of the weird scenes, I never want to poke a pregnant woman's stomach ever again,
