there are three levels. hints are fairly fast and skips aren't far behind. you wind up helping prince cedric and a minotaur healer get through the game to find out what is happening to the area. then you find out what it is and cedric doesn't want to believe it. good hint system. sequel.......in this series, yes!!!!
there is a custom level. good hints but i used them a lot because i got tired of running through the game. there are a lot of different scenes and you go back through them a lot. you enter an evil house and you find people that are actually related to you and then all at once they are gone. you track them down one at a time. you have a power you are not even aware of but it is an inner light that you can use to defeat the disease that has taken over this house and the occupants even though they believed they couldn't be affected. a sequel.......it is set up that way.
this is a typical M3 that would be suitable for kids and adults. very simple. the ghosts want to do christmas and don't know how to do it. the M3 scenes build the story through the different phases of doing christmas. you have 25 days to finish the town for christmas. you have to build things pertaining to christmas. of course this is the 4th one and i guess there will be more.
custom level and good hint system. way too short. couldn't believe when it ended. hopefully any others in the series won't be like this one. i have always enjoyed this series, but not this game. i played the trial first, and had no idea i would finish it so quickly. whoever the devs are, you need to make the next one longer. i was reading other reviewers and i am not the only one that feels like this. i would recomment this game, but not for full price or game club price. maybe reduced price or free.
I recommend this game!

Lost Bounty: A Pirate's Quest
Follow Anne and the Harpie's Song around Skull Island and discover pirates, treasure and adventure!
it wasn't that hard to play and it was easy to power up the bonueses by matching the items. it is the storyline that got me. i kept playing because i wanted to see what was going to happen and the more i got into the game the more involved i got. i even had to finish it so i could go to sleep and couldn't stop until i finished it! it did end by setting up a scenario for aw sequel.......
I recommend this game!

Phantasmat: The Dread of Oakville
It's the end of the world... at least in Oakville.
there is a custom level and short hints/skips if you want. no one seems to know where the population is disappearing to. aunt mae is saying that the apocalypse is coming. you meet up with josie and the two of you work together to find out what is going on. there is a little girl that is involved. josie's father is there and she doesn't understand what is going on with him and what has happened to this place since the last time she was there. sequel...probably
you are hunting pieces of an artifact that is spread all over the egypt. you get all of them and you get the bride of your dreams. simple M3 game not hard and any age could play. it's simple, but fun.
there is a custom level. a map. a great hint system and you are going to need it. HO scenes are list but mainly silhouettes. you are looking for samanthat a journalist that records some things. you catch up to her and then poof!!! she is gone again. the mini games are too much for me. logic....and i don't do them well. there is a dead girl that doesn't know she is dead. she does help you, though. sequel....oh i would imagine.....there seems to always be one and they are good!!!
there is a diary you can refer to. you are playing in a sequel and are welcomed back by those that have heard of you. many years ago the gold was cursed and anyone or anything that touched it was immediately petrified. well, someone did free one of the demons that had been petrified and havok followed. you have a sidekick, fiona, the elder's grandaughter and she helps you throughout the game. this was a lengthy game and well worth the money!!!! there is an excellent hint system and it is a good thing because unless you can remember all the locations and what needs to be done, you will need wings on your shoes if you don't use them. a very broad area to cover and sometimes you find yourself back near the beginning thinking that you were done with that area. sequel...i feel sure!!!
fairly fast hints. it is a HO game and the items can be small. you have some items that need to be found for an accomplishment you have to find golden reindeer. it tells a story about christmas. very good to play with kids or grandkids. some of the things are small but still a good game!!! the mini games arent' too hard, but may take some time to solve.
