it is not a bad game at all but as it goes on it gets in to logic puzzles that i just can't deal with. it is not a bad game and i would recommend it for others, but not for logic challenged people like me. i did change the review title because i didn't want to drive people away from the game. others liked it a lot!!!!! this is just a me thing
I recommend this game!

Redemption Cemetery: The Island of the Lost
You crash-land on an island populated by ghosts. Like them, are you trapped here forever?
there is an interactive map. the hints are a little slower than what i am used to but no big deal. mini games were hard for me but that is nothing new. you are looking for a ghost monster that is collecting souls and feeding off their despair. will there be a sequel......i feel sure. this series has many and i recommend all of them.
there are 3 levels of play. no custom but a really good map that uses teleportation to get from one point to another when necessary. a man that was on death row was going to be electrocuted and at the last minute the only thing left was his black and white prison uniform. the jail personnel had no idea what happened. 5 years later you are called in on a murder investigation after quite a few men have been murdered but no one can understand how they have been murdered and turned into ashes. you found out that the ones being murdered are the ones that were at the execution. there wasn't but 3 left and you are trying to save them by finding out the secret of the "electric man". i really enjoyed this game. it reminded me of a book i read called "the blue nowhere" by jeffery deavers that had a simiiar premise. get it if you like paranormal and unbelievable things. sequel....i feel sure since this is one.
there is no custom level, but 3 other levels to play. an interactive map and the hint system employs teleportation. didn't listen to music so i don't know about that. you are playing as journalist dana knighstone that is on her way to a book signing and gets stranded near an old, haunted castle. you are asked by the ghost to help him settle and get his love back to him and you both find out things that surprise him. he thinks at the beginning that you are his love and continues in that vein for most of the game. i got a little confused with the different characters but that is a me thing and not the fault of the game. it is a decent length. i finished in 5 hours and 40 minutes. i used the hints a lot and skips a lot so it would be longer if you didn't do that. there seems to be more dana knightstone games as you go along. i liked this one and they are pretty nice to play
custom level and map and a good hint system that takes you where you need to be. find out why puss in boots stole the christmas star. without it santa can't deliver the toys to all the children. puss in boots is stealing things from people and no one knows why. i don't want to ruin the story so that is all i will say. sequel........probably another adventure
you are recreating the seasons for the ghosts. they are delightful and funny again in this version. i am hooked on this series. i didn't like it so much the first time but i am getting into it now. the spot the differences mini games are kind of hard and the mahjong games can be hard as well. oh i hope there are more out there after the 4th game which i have already played!!!! the kids should love it!!!!
you play as the fairytale detective. there is a custom level and a good hint system. the "fallen star" is all that will save the land from the queen that wants to destroy it. whoever has the "fallen star" will determine the future of the land. i liked it a good bit and i think others will too. i have played other games in the series and they don't disappoint. sequel.....i am sure. it is set up for it .
has a custom level. good hints and skips. there is a map. you are a journalist covering a beauty pageant and the famed liberty stone is found in your room in the hotel and you are blamed for stealing it. it is at the heart of a feud between two families and who owns it, but it is suppose to be in the crown for the pageant. you need to solve this to prove your innocence. sequel?????? i feel sure since this is one.
there are three levels. hints are fairly fast and skips aren't far behind. you wind up helping prince cedric and a minotaur healer get through the game to find out what is happening to the area. then you find out what it is and cedric doesn't want to believe it. good hint system. sequel.......in this series, yes!!!!
there is a custom level. good hints but i used them a lot because i got tired of running through the game. there are a lot of different scenes and you go back through them a lot. you enter an evil house and you find people that are actually related to you and then all at once they are gone. you track them down one at a time. you have a power you are not even aware of but it is an inner light that you can use to defeat the disease that has taken over this house and the occupants even though they believed they couldn't be affected. a sequel.......it is set up that way.
