First and foremost, I wish the developers would not put out a game that isn't a "screen filler". Everytime I start out with a game that doesn't fill my touchscreen, I'm not pleased with it right off the bat. Other than that, this game was pretty good. The background music was eerie and fit the bill. Graphics were done well and this game seemed to have a good balance of adventure and HOS. I really appreciate the interactive map where you can easily hop from one scene to another and it's always nice to see where a needed action is located. This map went a little further by showing you what scenes had the "beyond" objects so that was a real plus. I always enjoy the interactive HOS which makes them a little more interesting and challenging. Great gameplay!
This was a mediocre game. Interesting to play but not as well developed as I had hoped it would be. Puzzles were fairly easy, music was mysteriously good to storyline and I did like the way the HO scenes worked in that when you clicked on the rune, it would change a few items into what you are looking for. Pretty much a linear game with not alot of going back and forth. Somewhat entertaining but not sure I would want to purchase at the regular price.
This series has truly been improved upon! I think it's the best one yet. The storyline is interesting along with the mechanics of the game. Sound effects are good and graphics clear and crisp. Even on hardcore, the puzzles are do-able. Just enough HOS to enjoy a variety of things to do. Lots of eye candy to see. Nothing to collect along the way but at least there are achievements to be had which helps to qualify this as a CE. Good job Boomzap!
I wasn't impressed with this game. Not that visually appealing and a little on the slow moving side. One glitch happened when the cursor wouldn't change back from the "gear" moving type to the normal arrow for a little while. I did like the way the hint system worked, it would show you the scene you needed to go to and had the word "go" underneath the scene picture. I haven't seen it done like that before so that was unique. There were alot of HOS's and I like to see more of a balance in HOPA's. It is a sad storyline but different from most. It's just an "ok" game to play, not exactly worth the CE cost.
Loved this game! Everything about this game was developed well. The only complaint I have is that alot of the time when you went to grab something to use from your inventory, that action would take you from the item you were zeroed in on. Don't know if that was a glitch in the game or if I was clicking too fast but other than that, graphics were great, cutscenes great, VO's great. Not too many HO scenes but just enough to have fun. The game flowed easily and I always enjoy collecting a certain item to be on the "look out" for plus getting achievements for certain accomplishments. Thanks BF for a really great game and a great way to start this month out!
This was an interesting game to play. Graphics, background music and flow of the game were very nice. Always enjoy getting achievements and HOS are spread out well so there's not an overkill of them. Enough adventure with the dark creature-like thing showing up often. Nice to have an option of switching from the HO scene to being able to play the dominoe game instead. All in all, not a bad game!
I recommend this game!

Unfinished Tales: Illicit Love Collector's Edition
After the Raven Queen crashes her wedding, Thumbelina must save her prince to reclaim her happy ending!
Elephant Games is one of my favorite developers. They use all of the bells and whistles to bring great quality to their games. This one is not disappointing. Great graphics, cutscenes and voice overs. You collect butterflies along the way and you just get to interact with so many things throughout your adventure, even in your HO scenes. Never to be bored while playing this game. There are also achievements to be had which is always a plus. This is more like what a Collector's Edition should be like and more worth the money. Such a magical time while playing this one!
This game came just in time to go along with Halloween! I enjoyed everything about this game. I never came across a HO scene in the demo but it's an adventurous game. The graphics are beautiful and realistic. It was fun to have the holographic cat helping out with the animals you come across. Puzzles are pretty easy with exception of the monkey one which tried my patience. The game may be worth the sale that BF is giving right now but not so sure I would want to pay the complete CE price. I look forward to playing the rest of the game to see if I lose my head!
I did like the theme of this game because it's different from others but I just wasn't overly impressed with the game itself. The graphics were ok and sound was alright but when it came to the "old man" in the bug museum talking, it was terrible! It looked like he didn't know his lines and he kept looking down as if he was somehow reading his script after every 2 or 3 words. The HO scenes were alright and the map was good to be interactive in getting somewhere quickly and the mini games seemed to be pretty good. Spiders creep me out but knowing it's just in the game helps me to handle them. I really wish every game coming out now didn't have to be a collector's edition because first I don't want to pay that much and secondly, most aren't really worth it. BF please let more SE games come out more often.
I own all of the mystery trackers games and have always enjoyed the great quality of these games. Elephant games is at the top for developing the best quality games. There was a new twist for the HO scenes with things that needed to be opened or turned on where you had to find the clue to know how to do it.....haven't quite seen that before, interactive HO scenes yes but not quite like this so that was a real plus. I saw in other reviews where there was supposed to be morphing objects but I didn't see any in the trial game anyway. Maybe they come a little later or I'm more tired than I thought! I always love collecting extra things cause that's more to do and less boring. This one's a winner BF!
