This game is OK. As other reviewers have pointed out, it's similar to other games. But the one differences that I discovered in this game (and I like it), the game is fast. Fast play and the time seems short. I had to try several times on just level two to get gold. I'm on the fence to purchase or not because I'm still playing the most recent TM game of this type. I'm putting it in my maybe list -- which is to say -- I've completed the other games and I'm still hungry for me.
I recommend this game!

This game is very similar to three other games -- My Kingdom for a Princess, Road to Rome and Royal Envoy. You have two modes -- relaxed (not timed) and challenging (timed). There are 5 episodes each with about 10 levels. There are 3 bonus levels you get to play if you 1) get expert time on all levels, 2) get all the achievements, and 3) you complete all the levels. Nothing new with the game play -- you collect resources, construct buildings and roads. The decision to purchase wll depend on a) are you looking for another TM game without much challenge, and b) you like these types of games. I'm on the fence as to whether I will purchase or not, I played 45 minutes and started to get bored. However, I would recommend this game so that you can decide -- :)
I recommend this game!

The title says it all! I played this game in timed mode. I love it. Great graphics. One of the things that I really like about this hidden object game is that for some of the scenes you have to find multiple objects to earn more money. This makes the game really challenging because you're going up against the clock -- you start with 3-hearts and as time goes by, they decrease, with that, the money also decreases. With the money you earn, you purchase items to furnish the Mansion. Fun, relaxing game.
I recommend this game!

This game started off with some real potential -- Good art work, layed out the potential for a good story
BUT . . . that's as far as it goes. I struggled to stay with the game for 44 minutes.
Once the story gets started, it looses traction. Basically, you move back-and-forth between hidden object scenes. These scenes are pretty short with only 12 or so items to find. In each scene, you have objects that require at least 2 actions. No real excitement here. After doing this once or twice, it become pretty boring.
You have mini-games, again, no challenge. You can play in two modes, I'm not sure what you get when you plan in expert mode, the game just is not challenging.
Boring probably sums up my feelings about this game. Certainly not worth the cost of a Collector's Edition. Even in standard version, this game just misses the mark.
I don't recommend this game.

For those of us that like building games, this is another one to add to the list of games that we might play over and over again.
The game offers: Time in days, gold achievement, and the usual assortment of upgrades.
While the game is similar to many of the other building games -- build various building for housing and construction, demolish for space and materials, upgrades for more money, and eco-friendly choices for plus or minus the environment -- the game is still very enjoyable.
I only played 30 minutes and completed level 5, but the game has begun to get more challenging. You have to plan and move quickly.
Grapics & Music: The graphics were OK and I usually don't listen to the sound or music.
Storyline: As with most building games, there is not much of one.

I can't decided if I like this game or not.
My Likes . . . I believe this is a challenging hidden object game. The items are not easy to find which makes it challenging
BUT... the shapes of the items don't match the name they're given. Thus, making it almost impossible to find an object. For example you would think that a rolling pin would be a rolling pin, but not so.
My like ... you can play relaxed and timed mode. In addition to the hidden objects, for the HO scenes, you also have to find two hearts.
BUT . . . sometimes a heart is a heart and other times, its almost a heart.
Other challenges with this game ... it loads very slowly ... when you identify an object, you have to wait for it to float by ... waiting is not fun.
From the beginning, a mini-game identified as spot the differences was actually a mini-game for finding the pairs. Mini-games have a skip option, but not a hint option. You need hints for this game. Also, during the spot the differences, the magnifying glass got stuck.
The more I write, the more I realize that this game has potential but it needs some work.
This being said, I would not recommend this game because I believe that it needs a few fixes.
I don't recommend this game.

Three of the things that I like doing on rainy days is reading a good crime story, watching a good crime mystery or playing a game that holds my interest. This one brought all three together rather nicely.
The game has two cases, I started with case #1. Because I read all the dialogue, I was not able to finish this case. A good thing, again, since I enjoy reading and this filled one of the three things that I enjoy doing.
The scenes are pleasant to the eye and the characters look pretty much like they do on TV. I did not have the music and sound on, so I can not speak to this.
The level of challenge is about middle range. For the hidden object scenes, you have to find question marks to unscramble some of the words. I nice twist to interaction in a scene. The objects in the scenes are very clear. So the hidden object scenes are challenging but not difficult. The mini-games are also interesting. Lots of different things to do to get cues to solve the crime.
The hints are reasonable and enough to get through the game and you can get question marks to use if you want to skip (once it has charged up).
I really like this game and for crime games, it's different from the Patterson's games.
I recommend this game for anyone who likes crime mysteries, interaction in a game, a mix of hidden objects and mini-games.
Don't be put off by the dialogue, 1) the dialogue keeps the game interesting, and 2) if you don't want to read/listen to the dialogue, you can skip it.
I recommend this game!

This game is quite a challenging match 3 game. After just a few levels, you're already having to unlock chains. You have several modes to play including timed and untimed modes. There are at least 100 levels to play. Graphics are pretty good and the music is OK. Throughout the game, you're building several locations. The one thing that is not very clear is how you earn power-ups. However, the help instructions do give you some guidelines. I was so into the game, that my demo was up before I knew it. Now, I will have to purchase the game to keep at it.
I recommend this game!

My two cents . . .
AS FAR as M3's go, this is one of the better ones in a long time. What makes this one good is that almost for each level you have both a different challenge and different goals to achieve -- stop the spider or worm etc., find the flowers, etc. The game is also timed, which I like, but others might not. You also have opportunities to earn money to purchase things to build you castle.
Looking for a pretty good M3 with a different story, I recommend you give this a try.
I recommend this game!

As the title implies, this might be an intriguing game for beginners new to both solitare and hidden object games. For others, you might want to skip this game.
MY LIKES -- The objective of the game is to find all 52 magic cards, hidden in either the game play of solitaire, hidden object scenes, mini-games, or mahjong game play. The idea of mixing these different game plays it great. However, a common theme of my review is that everything was very easy and very short. Thus, my recommendation that this game be for beginners. Once the cards loaded, playing solitaire moves quickly.
FEATURES OF THE GAME -- Hints are a plenty, mini-games, hidden object scenes and mahhong play. As you progress through the game, you "earn" tools to clean the cards -- i.e., a brush, a spray can, a key. After finding all the calls, "free play" is unlocked. There is not skip option.
LENGTH OF GAME -- The actual game is pretty short -- I found 45 cards in 50 minutes. Only seven more cards to go before the end of the game. However, there is "free play," after you have completed the main game.
GRAPHICS -- Good
SOUND -- Turned off
MY DON'T LIKE SO MUCH -- Everything was so short. Hidden objects usually 8-10 items: Solitaire play, once you found the magic cards, the level ends. Mini-games, not much to them -- put a card together. OK, you get tools to clean the cards, but after a while, this became boring -- I want to play solitaire, not stop every few cards to clean them off.
REPLAY VALUE -- Little to none. Once you've played "Solitaire Kingdom Quest," -- which I've played over and over again, you become a little spoiled.
RECOMMENDATIONS -- Beginners and young players.
I recommend this game!
