A breath of fresh air and a terrific Father's Day present for true adventure-type loving gamers! Totally unique in every way for a HOPA. Ah! Any game with a hookah in the first hidden object scene is okay in my book.
I was pleased to discover more interesting HO objects, puzzles and adventures set in this Middle Eastern backdrop other than the same-old-same-old.
Definitely an immediate buy for this veteran gamer to add to my Collection. BFG, you never stop with the surprises! More games like this, please! If you could also slip some different Adventure games onto the Site, would be awesome!

Demo review. Unless this game takes a drastic turn, it is a somewhat cookie cutter game, great for beginners or gamers who wish a more leisurely challenge. Certainly has all the bells and whistles for a CE. I gave the 4th star because of the absolutely stunning and awesome artwork as well as all the extra content in the Collector's Edition.
Played hardest level so all you gamers out there can play the hardest level too since the game moves quickly and there are plenty of tips to move forward.
It's nice and all to have a pet squirrel to collect coins for upgrades, however, I quickly lost interest in the lack of challenge. Maybe Devs have hit on something and can develop a game specifically for collecting pets and coins for upgrades.
Long story short, I didn't feel the presence of developers believing in this one. Enjoy! -Mama Mia-

Bravo! Bravo! A diamond in the rough! Thank you for an awesome game!
The challenge is perfect and a lot of fun as quality HO games were at one time before relying on eye candy. The voice overs fit like a glove into this well written and beautifully drawn mystery.
Interesting story line draws gamer in and melodramatic music keeps gamer literally transfixed, wanting to continue further into solving the mystery that John T. Dawson could not solve and which, ultimately, drove him insane. I am wondering if his waiting 23 years to open the locked metal box was the beginning of his mental decline. :)
Playing the game on hardcore and am pleasantly surprised to find it is not that easy. Plays like an adventure game with objects masterfully hidden from view.
Congratulations to GIGANT. Hope to see more games in the near future. Maybe a prequel about Edward Smith and John T. Dawson?
I can see this was a labor of love. Many thanks and much appreciation.

House of 1000 Doors is back and has opened it's doors to new and exciting worlds. This 3rd sequel has amazing graphics, looking more like an Adventure style while the game play is more hidden objects, finding objects, puzzles and beyond objects without mind bending challenges. I gave the 4 stars as expert level played more like casual with little to no challenge. I believe it's a game meant for awesome and relaxing fun developed by vivid imaginations.
While Serpent Flame doesn't have the surprise as the 1st in its series; the graphics and music more than make up, draws gamer into the story line and opens some very cool horizons to explore. Everyone is there--Simon, Sammy, Amanda and an exciting new face has rescued and carried our heroine, Kate, to the house during a time of world chaos. This is where our story begins.
Beyond objects (40) are easy to spot as arrow turns to a grasping hand. Interactive map is quite helpful and needed as there are several tasks to complete in each scene which require back tracking. The diary is a quick summary of events, so not a lot of reading required.
It is truly beautifully drawn and I love all the players, however, I just miss games that took days and weeks to complete. Enjoy! -Mama Mia-

Beautifully drawn Hidden Object Part Adventure Game set in a time of the Old World where great ships and pirates sailed the high seas. We are on land, matey, so no need for worries of sea sickness. Helpful interactive map lays out the route with areas of interest.
Breath taking visuals and musical score with an interesting and mysterious plot unfolding--which I definitely favor in a game! Unique and creative additions to overall gameplay is quite refreshing and so needed in our gaming selections today. For me, enjoyed collecting coins to open "treasure chests" which furthers game progress as opposed to seeking morphing objects.
Not a game to dash through as the artwork and graphics are absolutely stunning. Will definitely purchase and add to my BFG Game Collection. Thank you Devs! Awesome job!

Who doesn't like the time-travel concept? Rather than a "time machine" the main character is capapble of falling asleep in order to travel through time.
The game is rendered into Chapters which, thankfully, alleviates unnecessary back tracking. Interesting storyline, clear, crisp graphics and adequate cut scenes places this game ahead of it's time and will imho hold up to the test of real time travel.
What intrigued me is that the game's simplistic approach and uncluttered scenes gives the impression that gameplay is easy. In reality,Time Dreamer is versatile with sufficient challenge to be played by all ages.
Hidden object scenes increased in difficulty and, while the scenes appeared "simple to complete," they are challenging and entertaining enough for veteran gamers as well as newcomers.
Uniquely, the Adventure portion had an equal balance with hidden object scenes, which I prefer. Had I played this game 1st, the sequel--"Time Dreamer-Temporal Betrayal" would have certainly made more sense and been easier to understand--although I grasped the concept quickly and throughly enjoyed the sequel as well as this 1st Time Dreamer game.
All in all the game kept my interest and deserved a good review.

Somewhere along the game I thought, "this is for children of all ages"! So, I happily continued playing. Was a lot of fun with the puzzles, finding differences or 12 this or that and working my way through the "house". Not only is the story unique, it's clean and there is certainly a mystery to be solved.

There's a good amount of reviews, but wanted to add this in the event Tiki Labs drops in to read.
I was loving this game, mostly, due to how real the actors were portrayed as well as the suspenseful storyline. Game length for me is longer than most as I like to stop and smell the roses--look around and capture the artists' masterpieces. How many of us simply breeze through a game and forget that some magnificent, talented artists poured their hearts and souls into their work.
If there is a lesson to be learned in this game, for me, I'd say--be careful who you follow.

As shagwendy's review states--this is an Adventure that plays like a Hidden Object! Hurray! We gamers can finally agree on entertaining gameplay! HO scenes are replaced with collecting cute little critter "beyond" objects and searching for needed items that keep gamer focused on where to go and what is needed. Unique Hint button has gamer place object inside and do the wrap-a-round to bring focus on the object and where it will be needed--no arrows pointing this-a-way or that-a-way!
A far-fetched, far-out, spooky "dream" plot kept me intrigued and my hour was up quickly! Definitely a buy especially standard version price where we can use one credit or a bonus code. Thank you Playrix Developers & BFG for a job well done! Enjoy! -Mama Mia-

Seems older HOG games were much better since developers had not bent to the demands of gamers who complain for more "entertainment" rather than a test of skills.
Immersive, spooky story line with awesome music that keeps gamers coming back for more. Journal was helpful as was hint system. Walkthrough not needed. There is walking involved as interactive maps were not the mainstay at time of development. However, the spooky atmosphere keeps gamer wondering if someone or "something" is going to jump out at any moment, thus, increasing game suspense.
The story takes shape and totally evolves. This is a game that will last through time as one of the greats!!!
