I really liked the story line, so I purchased the game. It has a lot of chapters, and it's a good length, but some things I didn't like:
Way too many HOS. Every time you find an item and put it where it belongs, your reward is a HOS. There are tons of them. And they're standard HOS, not even mixed up (silhouettes, pieces of items, putting things back). They're all straight "find the object", words only.
The ending is SUCH a letdown! I thought I'd at least see a nice wrap-up, but no. Right after solving the last game, it ended! Got the main menu suddenly. Really disappointing.
So here's my opinion:
If you love the standard HOS games, you'll love this
If you like more adventure and mixed HOS games, you won't.
If you like a good story line, you'll love this
If you like a good story line that comes to a real conclusion, you won't.
I don't recommend this game.

I really enjoyed this game. I would have liked a more complete ending - perhaps the release of all of the dead souls, not just the Captain and Mary. That might be in the CE. But the SE is really good. Lots of different puzzles to solve. Lots of tasks to complete. The only drawback was the animation of the talking (and a few poor grammatical choices). The mouths didn't line up with the words. The music is beautiful and it doesn't take much to get around (don't get lost). There are maps to help you anyway. And although there are a lot of HOS, you can choose to play mahjong instead!
A definite buy!!
I recommend this game!

I love this series and was hoping for something more interesting. However, the graphics are terrible. The characters look like poor-quality bobble-head dolls with cartoon bodies. The action is typical time mgmt, in that you can chain actions to get more points, but overall the gameplay isn't that interested.
Please get a better "Office" game, and I'd be so grateful!!!!
I don't recommend this game.
