I love these types of games, but I should've known it'd fall short when I saw several typos within the first 2 minutes of the game (aromat instead of aroma?). Carelessness is clearly the fault here. Within the first few challenges, a new item was ordered. An arrow pointed to a new machine, which I clicked on, then nothing happened. No way to proceed. It could've been good but they were very lazy putting this one together. It's a shame.

I play these types of games all the time and found this one infuriating. It takes forever to do anything, there are no boosts, and no way to pick what type of play you want to do. I checked options and other menu items and couldn't find anywhere to select relaxed, normal and hard. It just seemed to me to be hard period. Too much work and very little fun.

I have enjoyed the previous Cadenza games, but this one falls flat. The video is not good quality, very flat. And the guitar sound - not a guitar. It actually sounds more like a mandolin or even a harpsichord. Strange.
The HOS are just OK. The "special" features include a crudely drawn diamond in each scene, and one morphing object in the HOS.

If I want to get carpal tunnel, I'd rather get it with a more interesting game. It's disorganised and boring. Multiple windows with no instruction, all you have to do is figure out what to do in which order, then go crazy with your mouse - clicking and moving up and down or around.

The story line is interesting and, even better, the HOs are very different. No word lists (yippee!). You have to find outlined objects and use them in various parts of the scene to get the final object. The puzzles in general aren't difficult, especially if you've done these games before. The game is a good length, too. I haven't yet made it to the end but have had many hours of fun with it. The conversations can be clicked through to speed things up, but be sure to at least read them, because you'll get some hints you'll need later. Excellent game!!

You basically have to travel through ancient lands to put together artifacts to restore Atlantis and defeat Seth.
You get pieces of the artifact by matching items under it so it drops out the bottom (look out for blocks).
good game, but it offers no untimed play, and you have precious few bonus items to use. You can easily go through all of your lives in the later stages.
Because it offers no untimed option, I am not recommending this game.

This game combines adventure with strategy in a great story about digging around an ancient location. The only other game I've seen like this is Artists' Colony, but this is even better (better storyline and more to do). BFG PLEASE get more games like this!!!

I usually like this type of game, but this one wasn't much.
- Music VERY annoying (techno-endless) - Can't carry more than one toy at a time - Can't tell how long a toy has to finish being made (there's a picture, but no discernible progress line) - Reindeer actually look like they're shady characters - like a goon squad! - You don't know what they need until you seat the elves, which is a bit time-consuming (it takes a while to grab them and seat them), so there's a lot of pile-ups
Had this come out before Christmas, it may have made more sense, but timing plus the terrible music still make this a 'pass'.

I absolutely love HOGs that don't use word lists! For the HOS, you get three sets of objects that you have to find. As you finish each set, a third of the object is built. Once you finish all, you get the finished object.
The story line is really good, sort of like revenge of red riding hood. Eventually, good triumphs, of course, but it's fun getting to that point.
Morphing objects and extra chapter in CE, as well as a couple of bonus games.
