This is like the first Twistingo with a bird theme this time. We're summoned again to help restore a beautiful paradise, after a ravaging storm. I enjoyed the original game because of the variety of games and its beauty. The artwork is gorgeous.
The spectacular graphics graphics are drenched in brilliant color, the scenes are bright and beautiful, the characters are so well done. There is no ho-hum appearance anywhere which makes the game so enjoyable for me. Rebuilding the birds' homes in the rainforest involves searching the rubble and collecting resources. I had lots of fun with it and enjoyed all the games. I love the HO scenes which includes looking for bingo balls and coins.
The CE has some extras and additional puzzle levels that make it a worthwhile purchase, imo. Even though the gameplay is basically the same as the first installment, I'm picking up this one merely for the beauty which will brighten up my space and cheer me up every time I play. This is one time when challenge is less important to me. Mixo really has a knack for beauty and it really bumped up the quality of this hidden object game.
I recommend this game!

The graphics are sharp and very colorful, lots of clutter puzzles, not much to do with Christmas. The game should be more holiday themed but it is no different than the other Walker clutter games, except for the number really. I think it a good idea to save my $$ for something more fun. There are far better Christmas games than this. More sun emblems, more over-filled junk piles, more boring gameplay with a human wannabe family. Not my idea of fun. It really is old and tired after 20 of the same old thing every single time. Many of you probably adore this series and the endless hunt for items that display little imagination or variety. Sometimes plain old simple is what pleases the most. But for me, my brain needs more stimulation, less yawning.
I don't recommend this game.

I love the Christmas Wonderland games and enjoy the CEs for the bonus locations and extra puzzles. Although I would not be unhappy with the SE if my budget doesn't allow the splurge.
They keep me busy for the longest time! Not just because of the oodles of things to do but also because they are quite the challenge and some of the puzzles are not all easy. And believe me, I am not complaining! The challenge increases the fun and there's quick help with the hints if I need it.
All the objects are hidden so well due to the scenes being packed full of Christmas and more Christmas. I really have to look carefully and spend more time in the locations than I do in other HO games. I've found the snowglobe items and those hiding in pockets, etc. to be frustrating, especially since I try to avoid hints. My goal is always that perfect score. And my Christmas wish would be for a super-duper magnifier for help with those too-hard-spot items I sometimes come across.
The game is loaded with features, festivities, games/puzzles, lovely music and fun for the entire family. The graphics are bright and sharp, colors are beautiful, the scenes with people and animals are cheery, no cartoon animal families. Excellent replay value!! But I buy another each year anyway. think it's safe to say I'm addicted!
I had to rewrite this review because the entire thing disappeared when someone else's was posted. Thank goodness I had it all on paper this time. An extra something I really do not appreciate having to do, Big Fish!!!
I recommend this game!

This is a HOG, no adventure. It is very short, only a couple of hours! Way too short. There's a variety of list styles. The items are all around a room rather than in a group like we normally see. Most items were very easy to find, there's a raccoon and a silhouetted item in each scene that earns extra points. The few mini games were too simple. It wasn't really a bad game. There just wasn't enough of it. Just to pass a little spare time it may be worth picking up with your game points. But I think it is not a good value!
I don't recommend this game.

Here we go again into another fun HO game from this wonderful dev, on the search for some of God's most wonderous creatures. I love birds, their colors, their songs, their freedom! I own all these games but was happy to add this one to my collection, even though it plays just like the others.
I have trees all around my yard so I get to enjoy bird songs all day, sometimes at night! I just can't do the birdhouses and feeders anymore due to my disability but that doesn't matter because they still come to visit. My search skills are put to the test more in this game. I love the challenge Even the great big non-backyard birds weren't always easy to spot. The graphics were sharp and beautiful. The birds are hiding in beautiful nature locations, indoor/outdoor scenes, amongst everyday items. The scenes are full and all are real, as usual. Again the mini games are simple and fun.
I always go for the CE if budget allows, for those bonus locations, I loved the wallpapers, loved the demo.
I recommend this game!

This dev is one to be reckoned with when t comes to hidden object games. Tiny Little Lion has treated me to the "I Love Finding" series and if critters are your thing and cats and dogs never fail to cheer you up, these games will definitely please you.
Now with "Nature Escapes" we get to enjoy natures bounty. Beautiful flowers everywhere, nature scenes, gardens, estates and the plants come with interesting trivia. The scenery was lovely, I learned lots of interesting facts about plants and enjoyed some simple mini games. I love playing HO games with real locations, much more enjoyable.
The graphics are sharp and gorgeous, the game has lots of good features. I had lots of fun relaxing and finding all the plants and flowers. In the CE version you can decorate your own garden and there are 6 bonus chapters, so I opted for that since my budget was working in my favor at the time. But I can't imagine the SE version not being lots of fun without those.
I had to rewrite my review 3 times. Each time my text disappeared while I was typing my last paragraph. GRRRR! Why hasn't the review page been fixed yet, BF???
I recommend this game!

It takes more than a long story to make it a good one. Coming from Domini means it probably is filled to the brim with tasks. Hours and hours of them! The CE format is the same but that was expected. You'd think for Christmas we'd get some new numbers for collectibles or something other than another room to decorate, Maybe next time!
There's an option to skip everything but that would remove most of the activity from the game, which isn't a good thing to do, especially considering the CE price. However, it's nice that we have the choice of skipping. Also noticed that it isn't so easy to figure out what needs to be done in a scene. That's a nice improvement! Without every action being so obvious, I think it's a lot more fun and interesting.
In the first HOP it was difficult to tell what to do and where to place some of the items. It was a good challenge, kept it from being boring. I loved the puzzles, played in Hard Mode, weren't overly difficult. I've a good feeling about the HOPs and puzzles in this game, which is rare these days. Not too crazy about the graphics but there was a lot to see and very Christmasy. Just not the best, imo.
Why was it necessary for a rat to say what the "heck" in a basement scene? A stronger word was actuaslly used. What purpose did it serve? Bad idea! Lots of anger displayed in this story! The demo was again laden with tasks, saw little of the action. Not sure, yet, if I will purchase.
I recommend this game!
Animal Kingdom is a unique hidden-object game straight out of the wilderness!

All sorts of animals and sealife to find. They are not so easy to find because of size and color mostly. Locate multiples from the list. Scroll up/down with arrows to different scenes. There are snakes but with hardly any detail, so they're not disturbing. 5 cameras, 5 pawprints are part of your search in each location. There's also a trophy room, trivia and coins, score board. The trivia is really interesting and you have a multiple choice with facts. Easy, Medium, Hard play modes. Hints are 10, 20 or 45 seconds. No special fun features, pretty basic gameplay. Progress is not saved when you exit. I'm a bit tired of animal HOGs so I'm passing on this one. Although it isn't a bad game, it just isn't "all that".
I had to rewrite my review two times, review page is still messed up. Very frustrating when my text disappears when I'm typing. When will you fix this??????

Your objectives, play mode, level and current score are always displayed at top of screen. I played Timeless for most of the demo, but Limited Moves is a favorite. The boards are dar, I had trouble seeing the brown tiles, the tiles aren't very Christmasy, movement is sluggish. Decorations are bought with coins that you click on or drop from the board. The Christmas scene is very basic and items are moderately priced so progress is easy. There are p-lenty of bombs, dynamite and other useful powerups. Helpers are acquired with large matches and do a good job. There's a variety of obstacles, I found the chain most frustrating. The Shuffle was very handy. The Rainbow Gems and Star Essences each match with tiles in a different way. Mini games consist of Jigsaws, Sliders, Pipes and Memory. All of average challenge. Al the bonuses obstacles, special tiles/runes etc are covered very thoroughly in the tutorial. Instructions not complicated. I didn't enjoy the game very much but I'm sure others will.
I recommend this game!
Solve a series of tough cases full of intrigue and drama!

It immediately started with those aggravating tasks so right away I knew I'm in for a boring game. All filler, none of that pulse-pounding suspense mentioned in the synopsis. The glitches caused too much frustration. I lost interest in the game early on because there was not enough of the storyline to keep me enthused. The HOPs were challenging only because of the small items and dark scenes making things too obscure. The puzzles were either too easy or too illogical. I finally just didn't care anymore and had no desire to be a part of this Domini disappointment. The CE again offers not much of anything, the same format as always. The demo had me stuck in a building so my detective skills were wasted, alas! But that's nothing with this dev. Basically this game is just one of the old ones, with a new title and new characters anyway. So no great loss!
I don't recommend this game.
