Even though the graphics are somewhat pasty, but nice, the game itself is a winner. It has a nice story line of the classical villein of the old West. The levels are challenging but not difficult to figure out to get 3 star awards in the timer mode. The music is of the appropriate theme but has this Scandinavian flavor twang.
It has easter eggs of owls that get posted on a varmint wanted poster. You can go through the casual untimed mode to find them initially but one you go to timed mode you back to square 1. But once you find them in a particular mode you can go back to the replay if you didn't get the 3 star and not have to find them again. Good for kids.
The game also has arcade shooting galleries if you like that sort of thing.
I think this game developer will have sequels, if it becomes as popular as I think it will, hopefully with improved graphics.

The game is just as colorful as it's predecessors with good animation. The game arena has very good and sharp graphics, the interplay transition screens are more impressionistic at a cartoon level. The music is boring though. I got through all levels with 3 stars in timed mode. Won all the awards except great seeker 192 locations, which leaves me wondering since I found all the hidden easter eggs according to the indicator popups.
This version has some really tough levels beyond level 20 in the timed mode, many are just in time. I recommend you go the casual mode first. Search for the hidden easter egg objects, even though you will lose the finding award in the timed mode, to get an idea where they are.
You should do a preliminary search before starting the game timer to see where all the easter eggs are. You could create an alias to go through the game in casual and then use your player name to do the game in timed mode.
What is nice in timed mode, you can later search for the easter eggs after level completion in timed mode without penalty, even if you don't get the 3 star award on the 2nd go around.
There is no walk through nor guide help, you get an end of completion bonus game plus 6 extra bonus games and bragging awards, plus the usual music and wallpaper downloads.

Colorful, balanced graphics and challenging. Play is similar to it's 3st generation. The game has 4 modes untimed, easy, normal and hard. I completed every level in Easy mode- walk in the park. There are easter eggs in this game or artifacts you must find.
3 have to do with a circle in the top RH corner of the game, you must find all 3 segments on every level to go to the bonus level below every area doorway.
The 2nd you must find when the traveler pops up with the item to find or the artifact disappears, there is a little time bar to let you know how much time remains. The items have to do with bragging rights. The items to find appear at the loading of the game level and at the end when scores are posted.
No pirates appeared in this game in the easy or untimed modes. The hardest part is finding the hidden artifacts.

This is an unusual game. It would be nice except for some of the puzzles are too tedious. 1 is ambiguous due to the poor graphics. Some of the text leadins are ambiguous as well. I had to skip out of 2 of them for arcade tedious reasons. The graphics could be sharper.
I didn't like the music, it was too repetitious and boring.
There are 2 types of easter eggs to find, a crescent moon symbol and a morphing object which varies. They are hard to find in some scenes. The morphing object will fill a room scene in extras section. If you complete the main game and the bonus one, it unlocks 2 extra puzzle games.

The game has nice Christmasey graphics but not as nice as another competing Christmas game story, they lack sharpness. The music was not as good as the other game either. There are no easter eggs in this game.
The story is nice but not that good. 2 of the puzzles are wacky, have no logic.

Continuing adventures of agents of the League of Light agency. A menacing plant entity has invaded an island and is taking it over. The agent must find plant specimens to formulate a toxin against it.
The game is kind of boring as most of the time you are going out and finding plant specimens and fighting them and their captive townsfolk minions. When you find enough specimens you return to formulate a more powerful toxin via solving a molecule puzzle.
A few of the puzzles are tedious. Finding some of the items at each area came to be very challenging as the graphics are not that sharp. As in previous games there are owl easter eggs. If you don't find them while playing the game, you can find them at the end of the main and bonus games.
There is no scarecrow boy to help you out as in the previous game series.

I recommend this game!

It has some nice graphics that appear to be of the technology of 20 years ago. The mood music is good too. Most of the puzzles are solvable without hints.
One of the features is collecting hidden puzzle pieces and solving them in a diary book. The pieces were hard to manipulate, and I had trouble finding 3 of them, had to use the online walkthrough at Bigfish. It's not bad if you have nothing better.

Colorful, balanced graphics and challenging. Play is similar to it's 1st generation. I completed every level in Normal mode that the game labels Casual mode but it still is timed. There are easter eggs in this game or artifacts you must find. One is hidden outright, the second one you must find when the explorer pops up with the item to find in about 2 minuets or the artifact disappears. At the end of the level the artifacts found or to be found are displayed.
There are some very nick- of- time levels, especially in the bonus section. There is a mode called arcade that is a pirate that pops in to mess up your progress. And he pops in at the very last bonus level making it hard to complete the game in the Casual mode.
I thought this game would win the end of year awards. It's very colorful with rich Christmas decorations and the puzzles are not overwhelming. It has nice Easter eggs of Christmas tree decorations and tokens to decorate a lovely Christmas room. The music can be kind of weird at times but it's not bad.
One thing to note, on finding some objects- they are buried in other hidden objects you have to examine, search carefully.
I would have thought this game would fill everyone with the Christmas spirit.
