Just a great, LONG game with lots of puzzles (some easy, some more difficult), HOS's, good music, great graphics, and everything that makes a really good game. I can't understand why people think the little girl's voice is annoying. It's much better than the games where an adult tries to sound like a child. This was a real child's voice, and she's quite the actor. I was impressed. All the voiceovers were excellent, in fact.

I'm surprised that more people weren't frustrated by the confusing puzzle/mini-game instructions. I wasn't always sure what I needed to do, and the puzzles are usually my favorite part of these games. Guess it's just me that had a problem.
The game is so much like the other ERS games. ERS used to be my favorite developer but they're slipping, IMHO. I won't give up on them quite yet.
I'm still recommending this game because there are lots of good things about it that have already been mentioned by other players. I thought it had good length.

The Mystery Case Files games (especially Ravenhearst) keep getting better. Lots of puzzles and just a few HOS's. I found this game to be quite challenging, especially the full-page puzzles, which are my favorites.

This didn't really remind me of the other Ravenhearst games but I didn't mind a bit because it's a great game. Long, challenging (even had to skip a puzzle), some superb puzzles (especially the Rube Goldberg type puzzles where you have to complete several smaller puzzles within a large puzzle), and even a decent storyline for a change.
All in all, a really fun game that I highly recommend!
I recommend this game!

Very disappointed. Guess I should have done the demo first. Way too easy and way too many helpers. I'm really tired of all the helpers in these games. It doesn't add a thing because the game tells you when to use them. The voiceovers were real children, so that part was cute. I rarely buy the CE but I did this time because it was a 50% off sale. Should have just stuck to the SE. Was ready for it to be over. Children will love this, so I'm recommending it.

I couldn't believe I was at the end of the game. I only got a couple of hours of playing time. Only one other reviewer mentioned the short length. I can't understand that. It was all over before I really got into it.
This could have been a great game if it had been at least twice as long. Three stars for me.
I don't recommend this game.

A good enough game, but the instructions for the puzzles were quite vague. I was able to figure out what to do by trying different things. I'm not a very good chess player, so I ended up skipping that puzzle because I was going around in circles, and so was my opponent. The chess game could have gone on for hours so I finally had to skip it. There were some other really good puzzles that almost made up for this, but I couldn't give the game 5 stars. A strong 4-star game for me.
I recommend this game!

I've been playing (off and on) for two days, and I'm not even close to being finished! Truly one of the longest games I've ever played, and this is the SE!
Big Fish kept telling me I would love this game, but for some reason I kept passing it over. Sure glad I finally paid attention and purchased it. One of the best ever, in my opinion, but not only because it's very long. It has great graphics, nice HOS's and puzzles, and even the music is good. The little girl's voice is terrible but I can overlook that because of the other great qualities of this game.
Just buy it! Don't overlook it like I did!
I recommend this game!

These have to be real actors doing the voiceovers, especially the old woman with the round red cheeks. She's the best I've ever heard! Just a great game with lots of fun puzzles and several hours of playing time. Loved everything about it. Be sure to play the next Dark Realms game in this series. It's even better!! Mad Head is becoming a favorite developer of mine!
