This was a fun game but I like more of a challenge. I never used a hint or skipped a puzzle. I enjoyed the music; it really went along with the story. The main male voiceover was pretty poor. He sounded like he was just reading the lines. No emotion at all. I'm recommending this for those who like an easy, relaxing game.
I recommend this game!

I've now played all the games in the Phantasmat series. They just keep getting better and better. EIPIX is still my favorite developer but there are some new ones that are coming on strong. This game had lots of good things going for it, including great graphics, good music, fun puzzles, and a nice challenge. The voiceovers were excellent, some of the best I've heard. I really believe they're using real actors at EIPIX because they're so good with the voices. A great game!

I was really enjoying this game until I started running into some things that didn't make a lot of sense toward the end. I can't really explain what the problems were. It just seemed that the game was difficult to follow at times. I would try using an item that seemed to fit the best but it wouldn't work. Then a little later another item would work that I hadn't thought to try because it didn't seem to belong there. Anyway, most of the game was great and a lot of fun. ERS is a favorite developer.

...it pooped out. I was really excited when I started this game because I thought it was going to be a great one. But it started going downhill fast. The graphics were fine, the music was good, and there were some fun puzzles. The HOP's were varied, which I like. The challenge, however, wasn't there for me. I never used a hint and I solved all the mini games without help. It would have been five stars with a little more challenge.

Not sure which game the other reviewers were reviewing. I thoroughly enjoyed this one! It was a long game, with some new, challenging puzzles (had to skip one), great music, wonderful graphics, and my favorite HOP's where you have to find pieces of objects until they come together as one large piece. My favorite puzzles were the ones where you had to connect boxes with various numbers of dots in them. However many dots were in the boxes told you how many other boxes you needed to connect them to. I solved all of them and wish there would have been more. This was a great game! Now I need to check to see if I've missed any of the Dark Parables games because I want to play them all!

No complaints. Nice game. Had to skip a puzzle (which I rarely do) so the challenge was good. Great graphics, music wasn't annoying, HOS's varied in their style.

I liked everything about this game except for some of the voiceovers. I guess I disagree with other gamers because some of the voices (the king, for instance) just didn't sound believable, as far as the emotion in them. I can overlook this, however, because the rest of the game was a lot of fun.

At first I thought this was too much like a Disney movie and I wasn't too impressed. As I got into it, however, it really grew on me. The graphics are exceptional and very bright & cheerful. The length is really great; I had several hours of fun. The challenge, which is always important to me, was superb. I hate skipping puzzles, but I skipped two. That tells me the challenge was right where I like it. Very good game that almost anyone can have fun with.
