I'm absolutely in Love with this game. It started out fantastic with the adorable little doggie with the seaweed and then a fish on his head and his smile made my day!
I'm at a point in my life now that I want to enjoy fun, adorable, whimsical things and forget all about things that stress me out. This game did that. The game is on the easy side which I normally like so I can just sit back and enjoy without stretching the grey matter but, at times it is a wee bit on the too easy side by actually telling you what to do, I could have done without the hand holding. It's the only negative I can find and it's not really that much of a negative.
I love the hidden object scenes, the puzzles are pretty good so far and I've managed to do them which is a bonus for me because I usually skip most of them. I thought the graphics and scenes were very well done and the music was appropriate for the scenes.
I wish there was a great sale on CE editions today I would be purchasing this game right now!! The sale they have today would be great if there were any other CE games I wanted at 4.99 but unfortunately, games I like are few and far between lately so sadly I'll have to wait for another day to purchase this awesome game!
If you are looking for a game with exceptionally complicated puzzles or hard mini games and/or if you don't find an adorable puppy dog as a helper fun then this would not be the game for you. As for me, it's perfection!
I highly recommend this game

I enjoyed this game very much. It was a tad on the short side or so it felt to me but I really enjoyed it.
There were plenty of hidden object scenes and mini-games that for the most part I really did enjoy but it's also where they lost a star from my game score. Some of the mini-games did not work as they should have I clicked on everything and nothing would move, and some of the hidden objects were far too hidden to see without using the hints but other then that I really liked most of them and I even completed many of the mini-games without skipping a major feat for me!
After Maze broken Tower this rates as my 2nd favorite in the series.
I highly recommend this game.

Don't be swayed by negative comments, this was an exceptionally good game! I enjoyed every minute of it. It wasn't overly long like many of the older games but it wasn't really short like many of the newer games have been, it's a pretty good length. I wish I purchased the CE so I could have had more time with this game!
Something about this game just drew me in and I didn't stop playing until the game was over. That hasn't happened to me very often lately.
The scenes were clear and colorful, the music was beautiful, the sound of their voices were just perfect, nobody irritated me except when they talked a little slower than I would like.
The storyline was nothing all that new but it was told well and the objective of what you were to do and why was always clear throughout the game. There were times when you had to find ingredients to make potions or healing bandages etc. I love doing that! The hidden object scenes were fun and very interactive, the puzzles or mini-games were also fun and relatively easy because I was willing and able to do almost all of them!
I think I really enjoyed this game so much because the flow was just so good in this game and you weren't running around looking for all kinds of stupid amulets to open every darn thing!!
This game is by LazyTurtle I do not think they've made too many hidden object games before and I have to say if they keep this up they are going to give our big name designers a real run for their money! Bravo Lazy Turtle!
Yes, I highly recommend this game.

I don't know what game everyone else is playing but this was truly not a 4 or 5 star game for me! FYI this is my second review my first negative review for some reason was removed??
Anyway, I've demoed this game twice now, once when the CE came out and again just to be sure I wasn't in a bad mood or something when I originally demoed it I gave it another shot when the SE came out. Nope, I really don't like the game!
I don't like that I can't move around the scenes looking at what I want without a giant picture of the man popping up at me telling me to fix the lights! I don't find the graphics to be as nice, clear and realistic as they are in many other games here on big fish.
What really got me was when the woman is looking at a picture her now abducted daughter had drawn and she's remembering the warnings her daughter gave her she says "I should have listened to her, but no sense in crying over spilled milk." WHAT?? What mother in her right mind, whose daughter has just been taken from her would say that?? Certainly not me!!
Another thing I disliked was everything you went to click on from items to pick up in the game to menu or exit you had to click about an1/8 of an inch below that button or item not directly on it! That really drove me nuts!
I just finished playing a game that I truly felt was a 5-star game so by contrast this really paled in comparison! The mood, scenery, gameplay just did not pull me into this game. Sorry no, I do not recommend, but than again, many others do lol .
I don't recommend this game.

I love this series it's one of the best on Big Fish! This newest chapter in this series is fantastic!
I actually purchased the Ce version of this game because I felt it was going to be worth the extra money and it really was!! You don't need to buy the CE version though because the story is tied up nicely by the end of the main game.
I just adored everything about this game. The graphics, storyline, music, hidden object scenes and even most of the mini-games!
This game was so entertaining and so well thought out that it flowed beautifully. I started to play this game around 8pm and before I knew it it was 3am? I did not realize that much time had gone by I just knew I wanted to keep playing and I wasn't going to stop until the end! I saved the bonus game until the next day so I'd have something to look forward to.
This game for me is tied with Whispering Secrets Enfant Terrible for game of the year! Perfection!
Yes, I highly recommend this game.

I have to issue a Mea Culpa to Elefun games. I gave this a pretty bad review when the CE of the game first came out. Since the game is by Elefun I decided to retry the game when the SE version was released and found I was kind of enjoying so I used a free game ticket and purchased it, well I'm glad I did because it turns out it's as much fun as all the other Elefun games I've played before.
Not sure why I didn't like it the first time I tried it, I must have just been in a bad mood or something.
Music was great and kept changing to fit the scenes, the mini-games and hidden object scenes were fun and the graphics as always were very colorful and well done! I'm really having a lot of fun playing this game!!
Yes, I do highly recommend this game!

I haven't loved a game this much in a very long time! It's my pick for game of the year!
The storyline was great, the music was beautiful and or creepy which fit within each scene. The mini-games were fun and on some of the games you could pick easy or hard, the hidden object scenes were plentiful and a lot of fun.
I loved the graphics and all the different scenes which were just so well done!
Yes, like many games you find something to put somewhere else to open it which normally I find boring but not in this game. It just flowed so well, and it wasn't over done. You didn't have to find a million keys or amulets to keep the game moving!
That atmosphere was just so entertaining, you went from normal, into dreamscapes which were creepy back to a normal everyday environment, then back into someone else's dream etc. I think that's why it was so much fun because things, people kept changing.
I can't really explain why I loved it so much but I know I literally made myself stop playing a few times because I just didn't want the game to end too quickly and that rarely happens for me. There are 2 bonus games, I'm not sure how long each is because I just started playing the first of the two. The main game was approx. 4.5 hours. I rarely buy the CE of a game but I'm so glad I did with this game!!
Yes, I highly recommend this game!
2 other games released recently that were also exceptional and I highly recommend are: Paranormal Files: Fellow Traveler and Bridge to Another World Through the Looking Glass. You might want to give them a try as well.
I recommend this game!

If you are a fan of the original Mystery Case Files with primarily just hidden object scenes then this will appeal to you. It did not appeal to me at all! Do to all the positive reviews I've demoed some of the older games over the years and never did like them! I like the newer games with a story, hidden object and mini-games much better. I got bored with this game in less than 20 minutes.
I didn't care for the nasty tone of the lead girl you're forced to talk to, some might find it cute and funny I did not.
The graphics were done very nicely, the few little games within the hidden object scenes took some thinking which was nice.
I think it's a very well made game it's just not for me.
I don't recommend this game.

I loved the first one in this series but this one is just a dud to me. It's the same old same old, find something put it here rinse and repeat. Nothing new or creative in this game. I'm not even adverse so much to the same old same old if the storyline was strong and there were more diverse actions and dialogue throughout and if the mini-games had better instructions and if there were a lot more hidden object scenes. There were very few HO scenes in this semi-short game!
This was just boring!
I just did not have very much fun playing and couldn't wait for the game to end! NO I do not recommend
I don't recommend this game.
