In this SE version you still get to find the owls and earn the achievements plus the shoot em levels .
To be quite honest I feel this is the better option as you still get 50 levels but 10 less extra levels and no strategy guide, which I did not use once. It is action packed and I still have not got to the extra levels but will eventually.
So ,if you have not bought the CE , seriously consider this one. Which ever you go for you will not be disappointed,
This game is from the same team that give us the New Yankee series so I just knew we were in for a treat. We are back on the railroads building and repairing railways to get our heroes further in to the wild west. From the very start there is a lot going on, no slow levels its all go from the start as you would expect from these developers. I like the additions of switching points to get the right trains where they need to go then you need to allocate workers which is a reminder of the New Yankee games but it is totally different with the wild west in the forefront. The owls have returned and are not easy to find however you can look for them afterwards if you wish to play in a challenging mode . Because there is so much going on it may be an idea to play the demo in relaxed mode in order to get you further in to the game. You can change the mode if you wish at any time during the game but you would need to start afresh for each mode until you progress with each mode then you just start where you left off. In the previous game I had to change my cursor as it was very jumpy but that does not seem to be a problem here.
Try the demo and see what you think but if you like your TM's then you will love this, a great challenge. Show Less

I like different and this game is different, not sure it is a good idea to start with a battle though but quite enjoy them.
So why just 4 stars if I like this so much ?
Easy, Just 24 standard levels, I am already on level 10.
An average se time management game has 40 levels, this with all the extras excloding battles just scrapes in at 40 and this is a CE.
Also. it is not an easy game and took me a while to work out the ins and outs of it, There is such a lot going on here and you need to scroll to get all around the levels which get longer the further you get in.
If this had more levels then it would have been 5 stars but I feel this is a bit mean.
Try the demo and see what you think. I do wish it did not start with a battle as it gives the wrong impression.

I normally love this developers games but this is not up to their norm in my opinion.
Apart from the fact that the card fonts were not as clear as per normal, straight off I was put off that I had to pay 4700 to see how many cards I had left which on other games from this developer you could see straight away how many cards you had left.
For me that was very off putting and yes I know you can buy this feature but not in my demo time and even the dev that can't be named gives you this feature without any charge.
So for me I am not going to purchase this however it is a good game with a good story and they do try and change their games which I admire them for that but please make your fonts more pleasing on the eye.

Tells you something about a game when the 1 star reviews get more votes than the 5 star reviews.
Same old thing with this developer and the only reason I try the demo is to see if there are any differences and that the game does not finish when we get all the gold cards , but alas no.
Once again I find the card size way too small ( Have they ever looked at the card size on other developers games ?) Don't make a mistake as that is your undo gone and you need to pay an extortionate fee to get another one.
This game came out almost 2 years ago on Mac so why such a long wait for it to come out on PC ?
Time and time again we ask for some difference in the mechanics of these games and time and time again it is the same old thing apart from different scenario etc.
Try the demo and if you like it then buy it but there are so many out there with identical mechanics .

The first thing that puts me off these games is the size of the cards. For me it really is a strain to see the cards and it starts with many cards so this for me was a big put off.
The graphics were dull and the game is the same format as all from this developer.
You do not get another undo at the start of each game, you have to buy them so be careful not to make any mistakes. Nothing is cheap either.
I, as others, get really annoyed when once you have all the gold cards, that's it, game over. I managed to last the demo out but it is so boring and despite the write up saying explore the world of Red Riding Hood, this has absolutely nothing to do with Red Riding hood at all.
I am not a fan when things are claimed and nothing happens. When this developer starts improving things so will my score ,
If something is worth a higher star rating then I will give it but sorry, this does not do it for me.

What on earth is going on? This is the 3rd Jigsaw offering from this developer in 2 weeks and the previous 2 got less than 2 stars so why more of this rubbish ?
And what makes it worse is it is nothing but food,
Many of us are stuck at home and need great games to keep us amused and all we get from this outfit are hundreds of food puzzles which is great for any weight watchers.(Not)
Really , please, we are absolutely scraping the barrel now and surely there has to be better than this ?
I don't recommend this game.

On the surface I like this game and each level has a variation and the more you miss the target each time of matching the same color you lose dust untill you have no dust left and you need to replay. Sounds very good , but and for me it is a big but. You cannot replay a level to improve your score, if you get through with just say 20 % dust left , that is it
This for me is a huge let down as I want to better that score.

6 days ago we were given a 1001 Jigsaw game which did not achieve more than 2 stars and now we get yet another one.
What is going on?
As per usual the images are dreadful, I had trouble getting the pieces to fit even though they were the right piece it took several attempts before it would be accepted.
You can't save, it does not mark off each puzzle as you do it so unless you start at the beginning and methodically work through you are not sure which ones you have done.
Time and time again we ask for variety then we get a virtually identical game in the same week.

I took my time on placing my review as I wanted to get further in to the game as some games have a habit of changing or becoming boring the further you get in to the game.
Not so with this one in fact it gets more interesting the further you get in. Others have explained the ins and outs of this game so will not dwell on that.
I was interested to see that some were finding the game lagging on harder modes, I did not have that problem on my 64 bit machine so out of curiosity I loaded it on to my older 32 bit machine and it worked fine until I went into a timed mode then the lagging started and it became almost unplayable.
I switched back to easy and no trouble at all.
I am now back with ny 64 Bit and this is such an amazing game.
What I love about this is you can switch modes after each level so if you find it too taxing you can change for an easier mode without having to start again
As you get further in to this the battle scenes become more interesting and yes you can replay that level harder or easier depending on where you are. This is a great challenge even on the easier mode and so well thought out. I even like the music,
The guide is very comprehensive but not sure if it is available in the SE. Is it worth a CE ? It states 40 extra levels plus an extra scene, one would assume though that the 40 levels are in the extra scene. I just could not wait to buy this, this is a match 3 made in heaven for me with so much more than the normal offerings in a match 3.
Try the demo and see what you think. Personally I would start in easy mode just so you can get as far as possible.
Regarding the comment about getting no extra time, at first you may not realise it but when you match 4 you get 3 extra seconds which when you match 5 should give 4 or 5 seconds but can't be sure of that. This time is automatically added which you may not realise.
All in this is one gem of a game and Dev's please can we not have to wait nearly 10 years for the next one.

I looked at my review for the previous game and to be quite honest I could have used that review as these 2 games are not much different apart from the theme.
I also found this was way too easier. I flew through the first 20 levels wheras the previous game I had to think.
Still a very good game though just feel they need to make them a bit more exciting and a few differences.
Try the demo , see what you think. It does get harder the further in you go and this may be ideal if you have never played these before.
