The problem was I was comparing it with the two previous games then suddenly thought, hey I must compare it with its own merits and not how it compares to others.
This game did provide me with some of the attributes that I love like being able to sort out the edge pieces, As already said 20 puzzles is not enough.
There is nothing flash about this game but it sets out to do what it promises and I particularly like the moving pieces.
Hardened jigsaw fans will probably not be too happy with this but on it's own merits it is not bad and I think fills a niche that it is not too challenging . I do feel at the moment that we are getting too much of certain genres and more variety is needed.

Apologies for the strange heading but for me this is a wonderful game which I will enjoy but maybe some could find it a bit on the darker side colour wise.
There are many options in this game and may I suggest if you want to get the most out of your demo you set the number of pieces to the minimum and leave out reading the story. You will be able to start again if you decide to buy.
You can set from 28 to 1000 pieces and adjust to how you like to play your jigsaws the only thing I would have liked which I always say is to be able to have the edge pieces sorted out.
There are 20 Story levels where you can take as long as you like and set it up how you want it.
Then we have 10 Blitz levels which you can access after 6 story puzzles are completed, where you have 60/ 84 or 120 piece puzzles to complete in 10 mins so if you are a bit slow like me you can go for the 60 option.
After 11 story levels you can access the challenge games where you have 15 puzzles but they give you the number of pieces plus the shape of the pieces. There is no time limit for these puzzles.
If you like a lot of colour in your puzzles then this may not suit but try the demo and see what you think.
The artist they use is a very talented person and so are the whole team.
You can only see the puzzles as you play them for the first time but after that you will be able to play them again with more or less pieces, what ever suits you best.
The story is ok but it is the puzzles that this game is all about . If you like Dragons and fantasy then you will love this game.
I would just like to thank Cold Coffee Studio for yet another great game

Compared to the previous match 3 this is a wonderful game although does need some TLC. This game originally was brought out on the free to play platforms for mobiles and has been adapted, hence I would imagine why you do not get to enter your name ?
You do get power ups for matching 4 or more and with 205 levels this will keep you amused for a while.
As you continue along the journey you earn prizes and meet opponents who hurl obstacles on to the level until you beat them. It is getting quite tricky now and I am finding it quite enjoyable , I hate having to wait for all the tiles to fall before your next move but it is entertaining, there are better games out there and also a lot worse so I salute the devs for making an effort.
Try the game in the demo and see what you think but you need to take it past the first few levels as it then starts to get out of the "for Kids" feel

When you first start to play this game and if you have played the first game you may feel a bit disappointed as the standard game is virtually exactly like the first one, but don't let that put you off. There are many variants to this game of solitaire, 24 in total plus supersize levels, challenge levels, quests to unlock fish for your aquarium.
On top of that there are the Mahjong levels which you are not forced to do.
Without the Mahjong this is going to keep you amused for many hours, if not days. I am super excited to try out all the different variants.
As I said earlier the standard game is almost a copy of the first . If you have never played this game or series before then I would probably say spend a bit more time in the standard game to get a feel for it.
If you, like me have played this Devs games before then use the hour to explore and see what else is on offer. There is so much.
The music is very relaxing and I think we all need that at the moment. I am happy to just leave it on relaxed but that is just my choice.
There are good instructions for every Solitaire variant and for me this is a buy. All I need to do now is find a game to go with it as it is a BOGO
Try the demo and see what you think. Your hour will go very quickly.
I do realise this sort of game is not for everyone but for me it is a gem.

Oh dear, where do I start, Firstly there are next to no options.
According to the write up and indeed the screenshots there are 4 power ups, but where are they ?
I played the whole demo which was a grind and no power ups what so ever. The whole point of a demo is to sell the game, well this was a struggle without any power ups, nothing for matching 4 ,5 or 6 tiles . Maybe the power ups come after the first 10 levels ? who knows and I am certainly not going to find out.
For me there was just nothing appealing about this game just 9 levels of matching tiles and making all the board go gold to move on and trying to do this without any aids was a chore
When I first saw 50 timed levels I thought oh no this is not going to appeal to everyone, however the time is extremely generous as each time you match 3 or more that turns gold then the time goes up considerably.
That was the only positive I could find.
Try the demo and see what you think but for me it is a no

Not often do you get 3 TM's in a row , that is fine for TM fans but feel they should provide for everyone by varying the games.
As to the game I echo what Joybelle2 is saying. I quite like the fact that it is not up there with the top TM games yet this series has it's own style and challenges.
Not happy that you have no idea how many levels there are but I am sure there will be enough.
It is also not a CE so no decisions on which one do I get ? so am sure this will be good value for money.
In the earlier games from this developer there was a lot of waiting for resources to restock. They seem to have fixed that now and I am enjoying this game.
Try the demo and see what you think. As I always say if you start in relaxed then you can get further in to the game in the hour demo to give you a better idea, then after that you can set it to your own liking.

When I first reviewed the CE I had only played the demo and was reasonably pleased with it and gave it 4 stars.
How ever I was soon to regret that decision.
When you play in easy mode , that is what you expect an easy relaxed game.
Many only play in relaxed or easy modes as they do not want a timer and that is what you expect.
This game is badly designed with half the game untimed and the rest of it timed, not only timed but impossible for some to play.
First off you start with a battle which is a put off to start if you are expecting a TM game.
The TM element of this game is very good once you get used to the mecanics of the game but that is where it ends if you want a relaxed game. Fine if you want a timed game but even then it is not easy.
When you have completed a battle scene you then need to upgrade your ship in order to be able to have a strong enough ship to take on the next battle.
To do this you go to an island then collect treasure chests but this is timed and for the first couple of levels it is doable but soon becomes so hard that you run out of time and if you like me, like to take your time it just becomes impossible even for hardened players this is a big challenge, but hello, we want to play in relaxed mode NOT timed
So why is half the game timed ? Another thing that some people did not realise is that you can skip the battles and islands and just do the 24 levels plus 10 extra for the CE.
But what is the point in doing half the game ? I have no problem at all with the TM side of this game and really enjoyed it but the rest of it totally spoiled it for me.
So for me and I suspect many others whom want relaxed, this game is not ideal unless you are happy just playing 24 levels in the SE, By all means try the battles and islands but do remember they are timed.
This developer usually provides relaxed throughout their games so I hope they take note of this and if a sequel comes out please provide a relaxed mode for the whole game.
Because of this I can only give this a 2 star rating and I do hope that a future game will take note of this.
I understand that some will like the game like this but we are not all the same.

First off I salute this developer for adding enough to this game to make some differences.
If you are used to these games you will know how they work and we now have ravens , flying carpets as well as all the old familiar things.
Max the dog does not feature so much in this but he does pop in every now and then.
As always every level is different with different tasks to do, things to make etc.
I am now in the CE levels so have played the main game.
The first few levels are a bit slow but not to fear it soon picks up a gear.
So why only 4 stars ?
I feel that they have scaled down the enemies and although you do get them they are not as challenging as they have been. It just seems scaled down to me,
Normally I struggle but I just breezed through this. Don't get me wrong it is still a very good game I just wanted more.
Another thing I struggled with and this may be just me but later on in the game everything seems on top of one another and it is easy to click on the wrong thing and with this developer you can not undo the click which I feel is something they could look in to.
The strategy guide is very good but I did not need it but it is useful and for some especially if you are on a timed mode that is where it will come in useful. I always play relaxed first then timed the second time around.
The puzzle pieces you collect are spread over the entire game including the 15 Extra Levels.
In total 70 levels plus the mini games so this is well worth a CE.
Now I am in the CE levels once again I feel they are too easy going by past games that I have played at the relaxed level.
All in, this is a wonderful game and do not let the first few levels put you off. I just feel not as challenging as earlier games, try the demo but don't give up too early.

If you are up for a challenge , love match 3 games, then strap yourself in, this is just your sort of game.
From the word go, this is a challenge and that is on the relaxed mode and I have nothing but respect for this developer and all those whom take on timed or limited move modes here.
Every single level is different, yes familiar mechanics but there is always something different added to keep me amused and challenged, like the papyrus to name just one,
I was stuck on just the 2nd level and had to sit back, think things out until I worked it out. If you are new to these games then I would say start in relaxed where you can take your time and work out the ins and outs of the game.
There is a very comprehensive guide but bear in mind if you want to get the full use from the demo just use it briefly and then study it more if you decide to buy the game.
There is no story just pure match 3 , all effort goes in to the match 3, not like some whom prefer to put most of the effort in to the story.
I am now on level 33 and it just gets better and better and as said earlier each layout is totally different. You can turn off the hints that do pop up automatically then refer to the hint button as and when you want.
I would just like to finish by saying that each and every reviewer that gives detailed reviews does so completely free and put a lot of time and effort in to reviews and I salute you all and appreciate what you do and a little bit of respect is appreciated.
