OK, Boomzap, I hear you loud and clear! You are making a very strong statement with The Heartland. The places are amazing, the level of challenge is excellent, and without a doubt the music is wonderful! I purposefully took my time a few times just to listen to the music! All I can say is wow! Keep doing what you're doing.
The Blue Chamber has surpassed my expectations. I have always loved playing this series but this one has taken it to a higher level! It ticked all the boxes for me, generous game play, well written storyline, visually stunning, and a bit of a challenge. Friendly Fox, this truly knocks the ball out of the park for me.
I remember asking the question, "is this the end of GT?" Boy was I wrong! I am bowing in reverence to the Master. Yes, Elephant Games, you are the Master! This Grim Tales was suspenseful, visually beautiful, wonderfully written and simply a joy to play. I have not been able to say that in a while about this series. I had a lot of fun with this one! It brought me back to the earlier installs. Well done! And I say again, Well done!
I stopped mid trial, got the game free (because I had credits but would have paid), and now reviewing. Point 8 has yet to disappoint me. These games just tick all of the boxes. Great visually, generous game play, fun facts to learn (who knew you could go to jail for cutting down cacti?), the music is amazing and just plain fun! I love these games and they always take me to a happy place. Thank you Point 8 Games for staying true!
I actually liked this Domini game. What? Not Domini? You could've fooled me. Would have given 5 stars were it not for that dang purple hue (can't stand it!). Story line works. No keys breaking in locks (that's a first) and I am excited for another install of City Legends. So, yeah, for this one, I recommend.
I'm 10 years too late for this party, but boy am I glad I came! Simply perfection. The storyline, the music, the game play, the creator's interviews! I have so longed for something like this! Again, simply perfection.
Oh Domini, same broken keys in locks, same purple hue (can't stand it), same old, same old! It's really unfortunate because I loved the first Twin Minds. Can't say the same for this one. Bought it out of boredom. Money not well spent.
I bought this without even playing it first. I have an expectation from Casual Arts and this series that has yet to let me down. I eagerly anticipate a new Vacation Adventures in the same way I can't wait for Christmas Wonderland. The cast of characters and extras are just like seeing old friends. The scenes are wonderfully vibrant, the music great, and the game play is always generous (for CEs). To tell you how good these games are, there have been horrible attempts at knocking them off, bootlegs to be exact. The original cannot be duplicated! Well done, once again, Casual Arts!
Point 8 Games has, once again, ticked all of the boxes for me. Generous game play (so called CEs are trending way too short), visually appealing, and great music to name a few. No, it's not chasing ghosts or saving the world(s). What it is, however, is enjoyable. I am able to just relax and take my mind off of all the chaos going on. If you want to have a really good time, make no mistake, this is one to buy!
Yes! Sign me up! I have to admit, when I didn't see Elephant Games I was very skeptical. The game did start out a little Dominish (I know that's not a word, just go with it). With the character movements and that hint of purple that's in EVERY Domini game. However, when I got to the end of the trial I wanted to finish the game. So with all that said, it was enjoyable. I bought it. I have all installments of Paranormal Files and this one does not disappoint. Looking forward to the next install!
