I really enjoy the Spellarium series and look forward to each new release. There are new twists with this installment including a red coin that is movable, new game pieces and new blocks to overcome. The levels become increasingly difficult as you move through the game.
They also updated the Mahjong mini game making it more challenging which I enjoyed. The other mini games include solitaire, jigsaws and spot-the-differences.
It you enjoy match 3 games, I highly recommend this series.

I really enjoy this series. For this game, the wizard decides to create a new world with trees, a windmill and various other spaces.
The game boards are colorful and fun to play. They get harder as the game progresses which keeps you engaged. The mini games consist of solitaire, mahjong, find the differences in two scenes, and find objects in a scene. The mini games come in random order.
If you like a slightly quirky match 3 game with fun mini games, you should definitely try the Spellarium games.

This game is very similar to the Big City Adventure series. It is a classic HOG. Each scene comes with some interesting information about the location. This scenes are not very visually appealing but they are not the worst I've seen.
You have to find a racoon, some trash and random items in each scene along with the list of items. Some of the items are oddly large. There are mini games, some of which are confusing. The suitcase mini game in particular is confusing.
If you like the Big City Adventure series, I would recommend checking out the trial to see if this game is appealing to you.

I really enjoyed this game. It is a classic HOG. Each scene takes you to a different area of the park. The CE provides additional scenes at a different park. After each scene you play a mini game.
If you like light-hearted HOGs, I highly recommend this game.

I enjoyed this game but some of the objects are almost impossible to find without using hints. I found this frustrating especially as the game progressed.
Game play moves through various places in the park and mini games are interspersed between scenes. I enjoyed the various scenes aside from the difficulty finding some of the objects.

I really enjoy these games and wait for the new version to come out every December. This is a classic HOG with mini games between each scene. The CE version has extra scenes to play.
While the story is not complex, the game is colorful and fun to play. You move between scenes at the North Pole and in Springfield.
If you want some light-hearted Christmas fun, I highly recommend this game!

I really enjoy playing HOGs. This game takes you around Europe and each location has a HOG scene. There are mini games every few scenes that are not overly thrilling but somewhat fun to play.
One thing I really enjoyed with having a magnifying glass to click within a scene to find some of the smaller objects. Each scene also had a small animal and some silhouette objects to find. You collect points for each scene and can "spend" them purchasing souvenirs.
I recommend this game to players who enjoy old-fashioned HOGs.

I really enjoy the Spellarium games and this one is another great addition to the series. There are some changes to this game that made it both more challenging and more enjoyable. The two I like the most are the colored pillows can only be cleared when matches of the same color pieces are made in the pillows and the addition of the colb which is filled with tiles you have to match to make it disappear.
This game starts with falling stars and the Guardian needing to recapture all the essences to replenish the stars. It was a fun story to follow. The levels are more challenging the further you go in the game. Mimi games are the usual solitaire, mahjong and find the difference. I muted the music, so have no comment on that.
I wish the developers would allow replay of the mini games after finishing the main game. I really like the solitaire mini game.

I loved this game. It is an great HOS game. Each scene has a list of objects to find (some are hidden within other items, some you have to combine items to complete, golden angels to collect and silhouetted "lost" objects to find. You can also take a "picture" of most scenes while you are playing.
After most scenes there are mini games to play that consist of jigsaw puzzles, word search, match objects and move or rotate tiles to complete pictures. The graphics are nice throughout the game.
I highly recommend this game for people who like old-school HOS games.
