This was an enjoyable HOG. It's one where you have to find parts of objects to put them together then use those items in the right places to be able to move on with the story. It had a few moments of being a bit of a challenge but that's what made it enjoyable for me.
I recommend this game!

Amazing Adventures: Around the World
Travel to unique and exotic locations around the world to help find the most expensive gem ever known - the World Diamond.
This is the second on in the Amazing Adventures series I've played. This is a standard HOG with mini puzzles to help chose the next location. The only issue I had with it was that it dragged out, but I combated that by playing other games in between.
While not an overly challenging game, it did have it's moments. Some of those items blended well. I liked the storyline. Playing this game reminded me of the Agatha Christie: Poirot series.
MCF became a series. MCF: Ravenhearst became the first of a series in a series. Despite all the others in the Ravenhearst series, this one is my favourite.
There really is nothing more I can say. Besides, others have said it already.
This is an enjoyable game. I can't comment about the sounds since I have them on mute. That is not an indication of them not being good, just me not wanting to annoy the rest of my household.
The storyline is a nice typical adventure romance that reminded me of movies from the 1950s and earlier. The puzzles, for the most part, are not that hard but there were the odd few.
I replayed this one last year after getting my new computer so I can't comment much about the different aspects of the game. I do know that it is not overly challenging if you are intermediate or expert but it is a nice way to pass time if you don't want to work too hard.
Beginners might find this a little challenging but the game is enjoyable.
Even if I could remember, I wouldn't be able to comment about the sounds as I usually have them turned off so I don't annoy the others in my house.
I've actually had this for years and am surprised I haven't left a review. What to say...
Well, everything about this is okay. Nothing stood out as overly good or bad. Except one thing... It was long. Frankly, the last few chapters were becoming a drag due to repetitiveness. As in the same rooms over and over.
I only replayed this one just so I could refresh my memory to leave a review.
Do I recommend this game? Yes, because it is a nice way to pass the time when you don't want something overly challenging.
