After playing Nightmare Of The Deep, Cursed Heart CE i was expecting this to be similar but i was wrong. It is ok and the storyline works well but the graphics had an old school feel about them and were not as beautifully drawn. Not to mention the constant back and forth all the time! It was quite a lengthy game and the bonus chapter was one of the longest I've played but by that point with the back and forth all the time, i couldn't wait for it to end tbh. Frustrating too when you go to use an object and have to place it about 3 times before it hits the perfect spot!! Is worth a play just for the story and length of game.

I was loving this game and was absolutely shocked to come to the end so quickly! I've paid £10.80 for a CE which i expect to be over 2 hours long!!! Even if it war a standard game i'd complain it was too short for the price. How can that be a CE? Completed it in 2 hours flat! Apart from that it was a superb storyline with great graphics and mini games. Just a shame :-(

Really enjoyed this game and the graphics are superb, i love the different chapters so there's not a lot of back and forth and the storyline is wonderful. I did prefer Death At Fairing Point though, much more romantic. but this is worth a play.
Loved this game and just as good as the first in the series, the HOS were crisp and clear and the storyline was just captivating! Loved the whole feel to it and a great length too, well worth the CE.

Was really looking forward to this but was really disappointed especially after just completing the game Nightmares From The Deep, The Cursed Heart CE, which was PERFECT!!, this game just back and forth, up and down in the lift every 5 minutes with not much of a storyline. I couldn't wait for it to end.
I don't recommend this game.

Just loved this game! in fact it has to be in my top 5 of best games and I've played a lot! Thank you for such a beautifully crafted game, the storyline is amazing and i find I'm addicted and can't put the game down! The graphics are outstanding too and it feels just like a Hollywood Blockbuster! Gives ERS games a run for their money! Spot on, just perfect. :-0
Absolutely loved this game, the storyline was excellent not to mention the graphics being outstanding! This is by far the best of the Dark Parables series and i can't wait for more. The bonus of Hansel and Gretel was just delightful, and a great way to end the game.
Return once more to the haunted grounds of Ravenhearst Manor to uncover new details about this poignant saga. What you find could very well be the final chapter of this riveting story-if you escape.
Let me start by saying how frustrated i was to find out that the bonus part of this CE was in fact the door disks !! what's the point? Once i open a new door i want to go right through, not back and forth looking around everywhere for places to place the daft discs, and the frustrating thing is, i had to click and click and click half a dozen times to get it to work!!! How can they get away with calling this a CE and charging more for it? The standard edition seems less frustrating without them daft door discs. The MOS are something different but i do prefer the original HOS. Now for the story itself, well the graphics are superb and sound track is quite disturbing but really, do we need to see such disgusting vile things in a game? It goes too far with images of childhood abuse and pop spotting, not to mention strange pregnant mannequins!!. Please, i enjoy creepy games as much as the next person but this has taken things a step too far! I wouldn't let my children play that's for sure. It would have been a great game anyway without all the gross disturbing stuff.
What a fantastic game, now this is a game i don't mind spending £10.80 on because it's worth every penny! I loved the first 2 Reincarnations but this is by far the best one. The storyline is wonderful and graphics are visually stunning. The hint system works well if you feel stuck and need help on where to go next and the SG is built in but i didn't use it a lot. Quite a long game with great bonus part too. The HOS were great and not too cluttered, will keep this in my collection.
