Amazing game! Crisp clear graphics, extremely well done VOs and cut scenes! More to do than I can name. Several options of play level, customize the sound levels. The music and background sounds are lovely and appropriate. I love the integrated SG, parable stories you earn by collecting items. Morphing objects which as you collect increase the recharge speed of the hint button, excellent hint button features(good in iHOS and outside in game play), iHOS, map that shows areas of interest and objectives to complete however not interactive. The bonus game play is really more of a prequel but great non the less. I own all the Dark Parable games and look forward to more to come.
Explore the vastness of a ship lost in time, what mysteries will you uncover amidst its Mayan idols, menacing sea creatures, and exotic treasures? Find out in this exciting new Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure game on the open seas!
This game has it all! Ghost ship, pochers, good guys and evil spirits. There is definately no lack of things to do in this game. Plenty of iHOS(and if you don't feel like iHOS you have the option of switching to Mahjong game play), collectables such as Mayan Calendar pieces, humming birds, morphing beyond objects,Mayan idols and ancient artifacts. The puzzles are somewhat new but not too difficult, I only skipped 2. Several modes of play to choose from (I played on Regular mode just for fun). A really nice interative map, a journal(didn't really need it though). Graphics are clear and nicely done as well as the VOs. Appropriate music and sound effects for the atmosphere. And last but not least, the Bonus chapter, it really makes the game, giving closure and hope for a sequel. Without the Bonus chapter the SE game with probably leave you feeling unfinished with no clear ending. This is the type of game I really like, soo much to do it really makes it worth the CE price.
This game has it all! Excellent graphics, well done VOs, new puzzles and a great storyline! IHOS and a cat that you find is your best friend. It has multiple levels of play. The HOS are clear and not too junk piled. It is a nice mix of adventure and HOS, puzzles. There is a map, although not interactive and a diary. Hint sysem is useful in HOS and regular game play. The bonus chapter is really great and brings closure and a hope for a sequel, something you don't generally find in a SE version. I look forward to seeing more games of this type. Its long enough to keep your interest but not so long that you want to switch to a lesser game as a break. I don't go over the storyline simply because BF gives you enough in their description and I feel its over kill to go over it again in a review. I think most players look for a review that gives them insight into the game play and what it has to offer, not a synopsis of what you already know. I hope that my reviews give a player that extra insight into the game that will help them decide whether to buy/try the game or not.
Review is based on completed game. While it starts with the missing children from your old summer camp, it turns into an adventure dealing with Celtic lore. The graphics are supurb, VO's are good. Plenty to do, finding objects as you go along, iHOS(but just the right amount) and new mini games to challenge your grey matter! The story line is somewhat fresh and very enjoyable. Find your way through the abandoned camp to help release the souls of missing children and destroy the Maze that is the heart of the Dryad power. A mother's love knows no end. Earn achievments as you go along and there is a interactive map(+bonus on my scoring, yet does not indicate areas of interest or objects to comlpete) and a journal of notes. Hints recharge quickly depending on which level you play and are available in HOS and regular game play. Do beware on HOS, somethings are listed by names most would not assosiate with the objects and you may find yourself needed that hint button. I found the game overall a good challenge and especially enjoyed the Bonus Game play that is unlocked at the end, it gives closure to this installment and leaves me looking forward to seeing more from this storyline.

What a refreshing change of pace on the solitare game. The graphics are clear and crisp, no VOs which is a disappointment I think it really would have been a bonus to the game. The storyline is captivating and I love the way they have integrated mild HOS into the game! It's like having a HOPA all wrapped in a great game of cards! I look forward to seeing more of this type of game in the future.

I really wanted to only give it a 4.75 due to some severe tech issues but overall if you ignore those it's a 5 all the way. It's like 3 games in one, 4 counting the bonus chapter. The graphics were well done, cut scenes are a nice mix of graphics and real actors. The puzzles are moderately challenging and a good mix of HOS and IHOS, unfortunately they are mostly junk piles but clear and fairly easy to find items. Each story was interesting and covered a broad range of themes. Great game for Intermediate to Expert players.

As a C. Harris fan i knew I had to own this game. The storyline kept me interested from start to finish. VOs were well done and the graphics, although cartoon style were very well done. There is definatey no laack of challenge in this game, will keep you on your toes! HOS are dark but clear and flows with the storyline. The only disappointment is there was no clear end, it made you think you would just continue on to next episode but then it rolled ending credits and said to look for Dying for Daylight II. What a disappointment since this game has been around for a good while and no sign of the sequel yet. Guess we can keep hoping! Happy "Hunting" all u Vamp fans!

An extremely captivating story! I knew I was hooked in the first 5mins of cut scene and game play! Well done graphics is an understatment, excellent VOs, nice array of HOs and challenging puzzles. CutScenes are crsip and clear, extremely well done. Bonus Chapter is a prequel to the whole story and ends where you begin your actual game play, nicely filled in blanks and added heart to the story! I can't wait to see the next intallment in this series!
Great twist on the TriPeaks Solitare! Good graphics, mostly light reading hardly any VOs. Excellent levels of challenge, especially with the added goals for each level in order to go on to next level added to the fun of the game rather than simply just clearing the cards. The store where you can buy extra items to help you is a plus. Still, it's a short game but well worth it for light game play and a break from hardcore HOAGs. A must for any solitaire lover!
I recommend this game!

Nightmares from the Deep: The Cursed Heart Collector's Edition
Dive into an epic journey as a museum owner in pursuit of an undead pirate who has kidnapped your daughter in Nightmares from the Deep: The Cursed Heart!
This is an excellent game, well rounded with a new twist of romance added in makes it unique and wonderful! The graphics are superb, the VOs are well done, and the cut scenes are some of the best I've seen in quite awhile. There is a map however not interactive. Non-linear game play so a fair amount of back and forth. The puzzles are a good variety of challenge and fun. The HOS are a mix of straight find and interactive, not too many junk piles and not overloaded through the game. I loved the romance added into the spooky theme and hope to see more with this added charm. The bonus game play found in the extras brings a form of closure and definately adds to the game play, long play time all around and is never boring!
