I don't recommend this game.

I think I have just discovered my limits. I got through the Domini game last week for 15 minutes and this time I also stopped the trial after 15 minutes. Longer would not be bearable
In addition to what I usually complain about, the new characters are added today. The nice little magnifying glass that you can look through turned into a nice little spoon in silver and red. What does Domini want to tell us with this? That we don't need to look at all, because we are already playing the same game for the 20th time? The arrow also has a new design in red and circles appear when clicked. Exactly the changes it took to turn underperforming games into overachievers (sarcasm).
A new series really wouldn't have been needed, you already can't tell now the difference between the Domini games. Is it Hidden Expedition, Labyrinths of the World, Secret City,... you only know, when you check the name of your game.
Domini Games, believe me, when I tell you that little arrows and magnifying glasses are not your problem
I don't recommend this game.

The good news first: I didn't want to tear my eyes out anymore because of the colors!
That's it for the good news, the story didn't captivate me and also the tasks are the same as in all other Domini games. I have to pick the lock of my own glove box, slide a newspaper under the door and remove the key with a pen, although I could have knocked. A nosey prince tries to explain my job as a fairy godmother to me....
When I saw a broken pipe with steam coming out of it, I stopped the game. If only someone would give me 1 EUR for every time I had to take care of flying pollen, steam, poisonous mist, etc... in a Domini game!
Because the colors are better, this time there are 2 stars instead of 1.
Also, I have a question at someone who writes for every game here a review:
How can someone finish playing a game that takes 4-8 hours, write a review, send in the review, which is then still proofread and only then published and all this in not even 3 hours? When and from whom does she get the games?
I don't recommend this game.

I will never buy another Domini game.
Before the story used to be good, even if the execution has gone bad every time after the trial. Currently, the storylines are also so boring that I can't even get through the trial period.
There are always the same actions, even multiple times in the same game. I have already had to remove fog, steam and poisonous pollen,... 5 times in one game, dig 3-4 times. In the last Domini production I played, I had to use glue to get glue and I would have many other examples.
Besides, the clues to actions are annoying: circular scratch marks on the glass when I have to work it with a glass cutter, axe marks when I have to hit it with an axe, the same color and pattern on the lockpick and the lock...
There would be a lot more material for negative criticism, but I would rather ask Big Fish Games to finally pay the developers decently again, because I find every game from 2011 better than one from 2021 (the only exception are the games of Five-BN). If you pay only peanuts, you can not expect miracles
I don't recommend this game.

Much has already been written about Legendary Tales, so I'd rather comment on the frame story:
Stolen Life was Lucia's adventure, in Cataclysm the witch who helped Lucia back then has to save the world (but differently than usual). The frame story is interesting and promises many more episodes of this extraordinary series.
Lucia's world is ruled by witches who have brought order to chaos. To maintain this absolute order, they have found ways to extend their lives for many centuries. Among other things, they feed certain creatures - werewolves are the best - to a creeper plant that produces a fruit from the extraordinary nourishment that makes the witches long-lived. Special sarcophagi do the rest.
Because Lucia destroyed the sarcophagus in the first part, one of the archewitches sets out to find a new one, and so begins part 2. In this episode we also learn about the Ancients who once lived in this world, but who have now disappeared. We don't know what they looked like, what their purpose was, but there are still artifacts and relics from that time that prove they existed.
Finally, there is the resistance, a group of rebels, completely disorganized and also ignorant, who try to break the witches' reign of terror. Our witch belongs not only to her own order, but also to the resistance, her code name is Purple Fox. Even though she despises the resistance, she wants to help eradicate the witches' injustice.
A few words about this game: it is almost perfect, the visuals are more than beautiful, the voice overs are so well made, that I have to mention them. I love that I don't have to do, what I have to do in over 90% of the Hidden Object Games lately. The Minigames and HOS are challenging (A special thank you for this), but never frustrating
I love the story and the frame story that connects the first two parts. I'm already very curious to see who will be the next lead in this adventure and how all the parts will come together.
I recommend this game!

After my mother Ruby doesn't show up at the agreed meeting place and doesn't pick up the phone, I (Diane) go to her house without further ado. Instead of looking for her, I repair a small Zen garden and accidentally create a portal to Faryon, a fantasy land where humans are no longer welcome and my mother has been locked up for that reason. I learn from a hamster (I've unfortunately forgotten its name) that my father is from Faryon and that I could therefore have unimagined abilities if I could unlock a kind of safe for magical powers.
I found the game quite choppy, more like 3 bonus chapters strung together than a main game. First I look for the keys to the safe, then for my mother and the bad guy, finally for my memories. The whole thing ends rather schmaltzy. You never have more than 2-3 scenes open, there are no challenging mini-games or hidden objects either. The only difficult thing is finding out really absurd actions with objects that are lying around in the area without any sense or plan. The bonus chapter then did the rest for me. The appealing story really deserved better.
No, this is not a game I would have expected from Mad Head Games.
I don't recommend this game.

It was already very very hard to play through the trial period, not imagining to last the whole game. Unlike the other Domini games, the story here is extremely boring, but the actions remain the same as in the last 40 games of this developer, namely illogical and also boring.
On the positive side, I did see the scenes with the wonderfully weird perspectives.
Why I'm writing a rating at all is the description of BFG: How can you talk about "destructive migration" in this day and age? This is a single affront to all migrants and refugees, who have to take the blame for the mistakes and incompetence of many statesmen. OK it's a game, ok it's about dragons, but couldn't you have found other words?
2 stars for the game, I will not even give a credit for the standard version.
I don't recommend this game.

I gave 4 stars to the original, which appeared about 7 1/2 years ago, but this cheap rip-off deserves at most one.
Not only did I play the trial hour, but I also played an hour of the standard version from 2013. There are hardly any differences, the main one being that items can be stored in the inventory that had to be dealt with on the spot in 2013.
Those who are still missing this game in their collection should either wait for the standard version or get the old one with a coupon already now
I don't recommend this game.

I must have played Chimeras: Inhuman Nature about 5 times. Always the same stories, always the same actions. The minigames are infinitely easy, the hidden objects boring. The graphics are okay, but if I want to see pictures, I can do it for free on google.
Stop paying the developers so miserably! Either they disappear like Eipix or they produce junk. There are almost no new games anymore and if there are, they are bad, like this one.
Of course, no one can deliver quality if they are paid so modestly, only we are supposed to pay the same for crap.
Apparently only Five-BN was smart enough not to get ripped off, quality is still delivered
I don't recommend this game.

Actually I wanted to interrupt the trial after only 5 minutes, but to be able to write something about it, I bit my way through.
We take a boat to an island, halfway there the steering wheel breaks off and strangely enough the lever is missing. So I jump into the sea, mend a tear in cloth - exactly underwater - and find (surprise!) the emblem that opens my bag.
To judge the plot the trial period was too short, but the actions are just ridiculous. Also the difficulty of the minigames is a tragedy. Domini even spoils my favorite puzzles, which I usually really enjoy solving.
I still don't understand that a game from the assembly line costs the same as gems like Five-BN games
Graphics, minigames, hogs, actions, creativity deserve no more than one star
I don't recommend this game.
