I totally enjoyed this game even though the graphics were muddy and the objects were all over the place.
I can rarely find a goofy, fun game with a good story and this was it. I bought it on a BOGO but after I finished the game would have paid a credit.
I recommend this game!

Based on the demo. This game is the answer to my wish. I've been wishing for a new, great M3 game and this is it. Bright, colorful visuals with pretty items to match. A lot going on but can play without any timed elements (sometimes even an untimed mode will have annoying things you have to do fast--not this one). Powerups are understandable and functional. I love the turtle cartoon.. Lots of fun and low stress. HOS and mini-adventures for mini-games. A sure buy.
I recommend this game!

I'm already on my 2nd time through. I realized I missed some of the great graphics while concentrating on the game. I love the background pictures Also I didn't realize that you get a new undo every level if you have spent you last one. Lots of fun for kids and adults.
I recommend this game!

Based on the demo. Even if this game is short I'd rather have a short fun one than a tedious long one. Characters are adorable but not syrupy, in fact, candy and syrup are the problem to be overcome. Very bright and colorful without being glaring. Not just for kids but kid-friendly. Silly, engaging story and all features work great. Will surely buy.
I recommend this game!

I beta tested this game over a year ago and have been waiting for it ever since. I have literally been haunted by it, remembering the scenes all this time.
Wonderful detailed graphics and spooky atmosphere. Many HOPS but mechanical puzzles are few and far between.
Being a musician I appreciated the piano tuning puzzle--it is exactly how you tune an instrument.
Immediate buy for this long awaited pleasure.
I recommend this game!

Based on the completed game, this goes on my short list of all-time favorites. Thank you developers for making such a fun and different game. Beautiful, pastoral setting, suspenseful plot that never sours. A Mystery to solve rather than occult gobbledygook. Quality is maintained throughout. I also appreciate that gameplay took place among a few scenes at t time so no long treks to find stuff. An antidote to the tiresome clones out there.
I recommend this game!

Based on completed game.
I'm a sucker for maritime tales and am often disappointed but not by this one. I absolutely loved the rougher hand-drawn art. Very in keeping with the theme and not over-pretty. I got involved in the story right away and it was truly spooky. I never got lost--the scenes were different from one another and you played between a limited number of them at a time. The hint button and all mechanics worked perfectly. I even enjoyed the shorter length as it made a nice tight package and wrapped up the story well rather than drawing things out finding more and more tools just to add to the length. I found the voices pleasant. The fact that I could return to a HOS and found the items I had found before were gone was wonderful. All in all an exceptionally fun game experience.
I recommend this game!

This sequel to Whispered Secrets: Tideville is everything I look for in a game. The characters carry on from Tideville--the grown scientist, Tim was the little boy who liked to play with science when he was young, and his mother from that game is now the future mother-in-law of the protagonist. You learn more about them and their personalities so they seem real and I care what happens to them. I like that you know something about the protagonist and what they look like rather than playing a blank.
I like the science-fiction-based fantasy them rather than the fairies, witches and demons that are so commonly featured in these games. The game-play moves along without a hitch and the scenes are different enough from one another that I don't get lost.
I appreciate that when we had to mix a potion the right thing fit and the wrong one didn't so if I made a mistake I didn't have to restart the whole thing.
I liked collecting the observers. I enjoy collecting a single item throughout the game in many games and this has the benefit that they move.
I recommend this game!

Has the bells and whistles that appeal to a modern game player--instant jumping map, cut scenes and voice-overs but no substance. Same old fairy tailish setting and plot of rescuing a loved one from occult evil. Foofy detailed super-pretty art. To skip a (boring) puzzle you have to pay a forfeit of locking the hint for a couple minutes, which is OK cause it's evident what needs to be done. Except I tended to get lost wandering around in the woods cause the scenes weren't too distinctive. The characters have no particular personality or anything to draw me into the story. I made it through the trial and then deleted. Does have some cute animals as well as trite scary ones--the usual bats and cats.
I don't recommend this game.

Based on the free trial I will definitely buy. A modern sci-fi setting for those of us tired of medieval, Victorian and fantasy. No witches or fairies. Fully fleshed out characters involved in an exciting mystery/adventure.
I recommend this game!
