This is a GREAT game. The heart palpitations start immediately. The storyline is unique and held my interest the whole time. You have to prove your sister is innocent, but how? You enter an insane asylum as a patient, undercover, to get the facts and instead discover a creepy, shadowy figure that seems to have control of her. The reason behind strange experimentation is yet revealed, making me want to know more. The music and sounds are aligned perfectly, and the puzzles are cool, and the game designers let you figure it out for yourself. The demo was just enough to scare me and excited to know the truth. I highly recommend this game to all.
Two families feud for years. The boy of one family falls in love with the girl from the other family. He dies in a suspicious fire. Then she goes missing and her parents call upon you to find her; and solve the mystery of why this supposed 'ghost' came for her. The storyline grabbed me from the start when I reviewed the Collector's Edition. I've been waiting for the Standard Edition to come out to buy it. I'll leave all the technical critiques to the experts but I am having fun playing it. The challenge is just right for me. The graphics and sounds are excellent. I haven't finished it yet, but I am excited to see how it ends. The only annoying thing is your sidekick, who, to me, isn't necessary. The story holds it's own. I recommend this game whole heartedly.
You awaken from a dream with the house on fire and you have to escape. The sense of urgency is present through the entire demo. The thunderstorm adds to the intensity. I love the music in this game. The storyline is a little tiring and reminds me of several games coming out, lately. You are a descendant who inherits an artifact for good and evil. However, EIPIX never disappoints with it's dramatic ability to hold my interest and excitement. The puzzles are awesome and some quite intricate. The only thing that annoyed me was the use of the artifact itself. It didn't seem to make sense, a major factor in holding my interest. I have to be able to imagine it, to be completely immersed in it. I definately recommend this game. It makes me want more. :)
Imagine a sunny day at a cozy Parisian cafe. People are walking around, drinking coffee and laughing. Suddenly a bright flash wipes out all life on Earth!
These are the types of games that got me hooked on hidden object games a long time ago. You simply 'look and find' with only the framework of a story. You are in a cafe and suddenly a time warp appears out of nowhere, and that's it. The story stops there. There are no instructions, no player names, no way to navigate, no levels, and 'no stress.' The game is easy peasy and kind of hit or miss with huge point awards, to what end, no one knows. I recommend this game to early beginners who just want to float through a game without pressure.
I liked this game. I'm not an expert, but it was fun and challenging enough for me. I especially liked the opening puzzle scene of having to cut the ropes in order to begin playing. And the puzzles were a variety, not all HOPS. Of course, I greatly appreciate the music not blasting me to the back wall. The storyline has been written before, but it was okay. The only thing that didn't make sense in the collector's edition was finding the little 'familiars' that look a little like Tribbles from Star Trek. The demo was fun and interesting and before I knew it it was over, leaving me wanting to know how it ends. It won't be my first choice to purchase, but I had fun, and that's why we're here. :)
The most important thing to me is the storyline and this is a pretty good one (original to me, as I have not seen it before). A camera that shoots you into a negative universe with a sinister red 'guy', if you should have the unlucky misfortune of having your picture taken with it. The reason remains unknown, at least for the demo. The graphics were pretty good and the puzzles were relatively quick and easy. The demo was easy going, just a nice flow. It does leave you with a feeling of empathy for the characters and a desire to see how it all ends. I am particularly grateful that the music did not blast me out of my chair and make me have to turn it down in the options, which is usually what I have to do. I would say this is a pretty good choice for beginners and even intermediate players. Experts may not find it challenging enough.
I read the reviews first and decided to try it anyway. It is pure fantasy and the basic storyline was intriguing to me (evil witch twins kidnap girl) but getting there was all over the place. Sometimes less is more. I'm not into fantasy much and the ferret would have been fine if she didn't talk like a ferret. Do ferrets talk? Anyway, the demo was easy enough to play and the puzzles and HOPS were pretty good. I thought the graphics were good and the interesting visuals were well done. Take away the voice of the ferret and stick to the storyline and it's a pretty good game for a beginner.
I have to get this game, I must have jumped out of my skin 5 or 6 times during the demo. I love this storyline about the Preacher and the Reapers. I have been following it since the last installment came out, and I had to get that game too. The fun gets better as you go along and the challenge is just right. The characters are believable with their dialog and the visuals are outstanding. I most definately recommend this game. :)
Eipix never disappoints and this game is filled with action the moment you begin. I played the demo and now I can't wait to see how it ends. The game is challenging enough for me, but the storyline is what holds my interest in Hidden Object games. This is a good one, unpredictable, well-thought out, and exciting. Thanks for the fun.
EIPIX Games never disappoints me and this is no exception. The storyline with traces of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is exciting and intensified with the exceptional music. The graphics are awesome and the fun kept me on the edge of my seat. I definately recommend this game.
