Played the demo for the full hour:
I started off in expert mode, there are no sparkles which is good but there is also no change of cursor or arrows which show you where you can go. Hardened gamers may enjoy this but I got a bit confused so switched to casual mode....much better.
I liked the storyline...bit of a sucker for magic amulets etc..lol. The HOS were okay but the game overall was dark so it was very difficult at times to see anything which I found a little off-putting.
All in all it didn't grab me enough to pay the CE price so I will wait patiently for the SE.

Really beautiful graphics....colourful scenes with not a ghost or ghoul in sight...lol.
Not too many HOS and the ones there were, were interactive and fun to do. The puzzles were not overly difficult and the storyline took you to where you needed to go next so not taxing on the lil grey cells.

This game for me was a nice change from the ones I usually play, a lovely relaxed pace and pretty to look at....sometimes thats all you want!
I recommend this game!

I really like it when devs try to do something different and this game was certainly that.
I loved the fact that the HOS were part of the main scenes and yes some of the items were difficult to find, but that is all part of the challenge! Also enjoyed trying to find the matches for the picture pieces which revealed the next part of the story. This for me was a true adventure which required me to think....thank you!
The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is that the bonus chapter was a bit disappointing. I lost interest in finding the morphing objects so it was very very short. Has I bought the SE rather than the CE, I would have given 5 stars!
I recommend this game!

I am so surprised at all the rave reviews. I only played 20 minutes of the demo then deleted.
The graphics were grainy and I felt like I was straining to see the objects in the HOS. The puzzles were far too easy. You just start to move then somebody starts talking again and although you can skip the dialogue...why have it if its not relevant. There is a map but it is not interactive, and finally you get sparkles in every mode except hardcore which is very disappointing.
All in all, I got irritated very quickly...I will pass on this one.
I don't recommend this game.

Really great game from start to finish!
Nice and long, interesting storyline which grabbed you, good puzzles, not too many HOS, an interactive map and a bonus chapter which tied it all up nicely.

Having read all the rave reviews, I was looking forward to this, but deleted after 20 mins of the demo.
Far too linear, very easy straightforward puzzles and HOS.....sorry Bored!

I don't recommend this game.
An evil villain is luring people to his beautiful mansion and preparing them for a terrible ritual. Can you keep your head on the shoulders?

I played the demo which I enjoyed then bought the game.
It was a good length and the graphics were good, but overall something was missing for me. The storyline although interesting didn't really grip me, the puzzles were on the whole quite simple and at some stages of the game I ended up referring to the strategy guide because I got lost. Not because the game was hard but because it didn't flow and I lost interest.

Just finished the demo which I enjoyed despite all the spiders..lol.
What I am not a big fan of, is the real life actors who take forever to say what they need to say and you can't hurry them along, all you can do is skip the dialogue then you miss something important!
The storyline is a bit different, the puzzles good but HOS very easy.
All in all I do not feel inspired enough to buy the CE so will wait for the SE.

This is the first mystery trackers I have played and will now buy the others! It was great from the start of the main game to the end of the bonus chapter.
Lots to do, good HOS and puzzles, interactive map, helpful hiint button, gripping storyline and best of all two cute little companions to help you out along the way..lol.
Highly recommend!
