I loved Book One so bought this as soon as it was available. I'm really enjoying it and finding even better than Book One.
It has some great 'convenience' updates that Book One didn't have, such as: - you can now demolish buildings - Adelantado automatically collects treasure from the barrels and urns - you can now save a chapter when you log out instead of having to start again - you can improve the efficiency of older buildings.
The graphics in Book One were excellent, they're even better in Book Two. I'm also finding there's more strategy in Book Two as you need to start certain missions in order to complete others. Secrets are not only found under trees and bushes, so I found I needed to keep an eye out for them.
I played the trial for 30 minutes then bought the game. It is similar to MKFTP in that you clear roads, build bridges, etc. But you also have to plant flowers and bushes. It requires strategy and reading the clue to get the right flowers planted. There was just the right amount of challenge for me. I like that you can queue jobs. Graphics are gorgeous. An enjoyable game to play.
If you enjoyed KAC1 you will enjoy part 2. Its similar to KAC1 with resources to collect, things to build, etc. I found the graphics different on this one with the little builders/collectors seeming more close up and more 3D, very nice. Each level get harder and there are some real challenging levels as you progress in the game. Thoroughly enjoying it and hope there will be a part 3.
I enjoyed this game. It is very similar to MKFTP series, Roads to Rome series in that you build and repair a kingdom, in this game a Viking kingdom as you look to free your 3 daughters. I like the option to multiclick so you can queue tasks.
My one con with the game is that the 'storms' or whatever they are cause lights to flash across the game screen. I found it hard on my eyes and started to feel a bit sick as I worked through chapter 1, so I now play this game for just a couple of levels and then stop for a while. Not sure if this could be a concern for people who have epilepsy or migraines.
I hope that there will also be a Southern, Western, and Eastern Tale in the future minus the flashing storms.
An enjoyable TM/building game that I will play again.
I enjoyed Farm Tribe 1 and found this one just as good. It has a much larger map and the 2x button allows you to speed up tasks, which FT1 didn't have. Another difference is actually making goods for customers to buy so income relys on you making and selling products. I like the Virtual Villagers series and similar game genres so this one will probably appeal to people who enjoy these types of games. Very pleased with this game, worth buying.
Discover the fabulous secrets that a jungle hides in Adelantado Trilogy: Book One! Help the brave and noble officer, Don Diego De Leon, to find and save the lost expedition.

I thoroughly enjoyed this game. Its similar to Kingdom Chronicles and the Roads to Rome games. I found there was strategy involved in working out what to build, when to build it, and where to place the building. On my third time through easy mode I've finally got a strategy worked out. Yet to try normal and hard modes. Its worth taking the time to explore as there are secrets to be found and some are not obvious. I'm really looking forward to Book Two and Book Three being released.
