I generally like the whole series but - like so many people - I only play to relax (having enough challenge in my real life :) so I did not like the rather unrealistic time challenges in the higher levels of the game. You have to make several attempts to even pass a level - and to me this is where fun stops. Deleting and moving to some meditative match3 LOL

Westward II: Heroes of the Frontier
Navigate uncharted territories and bring the dangerously elusive Copperhead Gang to justice in this time management sequel.
Usually I love HO games but this one is really bad. The scenes are mostly very dark, the objects so small and obscure that even if you use a hint, you need literally eagle eyes or a microscope to see some things you are supposed to find. In a way, the game's level of challenge is excellent - in a bad way. I do like a challenge but I get quickly bored when I have to look for a black dot the size of a pinprick on a dark brown background :) It is not a smart or interesting challenge, it's rather irritating. Played for about 20 minutes - half of the time was sheer eye strain without any fun attached. Most emphatically not recommended. there are tons of HO games that are so much better.

The game is obscure to the n-th degree: I think my comp developed a glitch - but I wasn't even sure if it was indeed a glitch - or a game fixture :)) I am not wasting time on a smth like that. Visuals are good but the music is too soothing meditative, after ten-fifteen minutes you feel llike falling asleep.
The challenge level is not very high but the graphics and colors are so beautiful, I enjoyed it more than some other more witty games. Simply lovely.
I recommend this game!

I don't know about others but personally right now I'd buy anything with a bit of sunshine and fun in it :) All those Hidden Objects lately come with dark colors, morbid music, no color to talk about, et cetera ad nauseam. This is becoming boring. Even though the game itself is not that bad, it gets lost among half a hundred of other ones that look exactly the same.
I don't recommend this game.

That was such a flop. Sound did not work (or is not there), the helping "flight attendant" is highly irritating, screen is crowded with advice and unsolicited information. Uninstalled it after 5 minutes.

GP56 already said practically everything I wanted to say about that game. I usually enjoy time management games but this one was awful. Boring, illogical and actually irritating. I think I played for about 20 min - could not endure more than that. That does not mean it is not perfect for somebody else, but I am glad I tried it before paying money for that game. Definitely going to avoid that trilogy.
