This game allows you a very limited time, from 25 seconds to 1:49 minutes, to make all possible matches on the board, each match acquires points toward a necessary resource to construct the city. It's fun match 3 under an indeterminate time for each board, but there really isn't any challenge. It's fun to make the matches and build and upgrade the city and its buildings and grounds, but that's all there is to it. You also have quirky characters you buy along the way to populate the city. If you want to relax with a match 3 game, this one is for you!
This has to be one of the worst match 3 games of current time! The first clue of how bad this game is going to be comes from the opening menus, where you add your name and adjust your volumes-try it, you'll agree. It does not support 'drag and drop technology' so you have to click on the tile you want to move and then click on the tile where you want to place it - a big waste of time. The dropping tiles come down so slowly it's actually boring, and you can't make another move until all tiles settle into place. I had made only 2 moves when there were no more moves available on the board and it had to shuffle itself. How lame is that? The only saving grace this game may have, if you don't mute your volume, is that the music comes close to what you would expect with the title theme. A disappointment!
The pros of this game are that it moves fast, you can change between swap, chain or group modes during game play and you earn lots of bombs. You're given goals of acquiring a number of colored gems or other items in each level, along with clearing the tiles and removing the rock blocks. The graphics are bright and colorful, but the music is hardly what you'd expect on safari, more like acid rock from the 80s. If you ignore the very loose storyline and the music, the game is fun and relaxing; however, in the one-hour trial, I completed 36 of the 100 game levels. If you purchase the game you'd be through it in less than a few hours. May be a fun introductory game for beginners and younger players.
I recommend this game!

Heaven & Hell
Journey with Angelo to retrieve the stolen artifacts
My review is based on the one-hour trial, during which I completed 18 game boards and achieved the second level entitled "Hellhound". This games doesn't have a timer-the first indication that it's for younger/beginner players. While the graphics are bright and the colors vivid, the icons are not scary-a good thing. The drawbacks to this game are that the movement of the icons is jerky rather than fluid, when you make a cascade move you cannot make another move until all icons above fall into place, when you make a great move the word EXCELLENT! appears upon the board, impeding game play until it disappears, and other than M3, there is a slide-the-piece-puzzle between levels, which you have to guess at as there is no guideline given as to what it is supposed to look like. In the 2nd level, Hellhound, as the tiles are cleared they expose the graphics underneath, making it actually difficult to see the tiles that are not yet cleared. The power ups are plentiful, but seldom where you need them.
A good way for new players to get the hang of match 3, but presents no challenge to the seasoned player.
This match three is cute, colorful and great for the days when you don't want your greatest skill challenge, or fun for the young player. The timer is plentiful and as the levels increase the game board configurations become more elaborate. Your nemeses are bats, turtles and spiders who will reactivate cleared cells so you need to eliminate them as soon as they appear. There are hidden object boards at the end of each level, where you earn new power ups. I didn't have to use any during the one hour trial.
It's simple and enjoyable fun without requiring a lot of strategy.
This game offers an unusual twist on match 3-you 'connect the dots', being the same icons, in ALL directions, including doubling-back on an icon to pick up addition icons and make your chain longer, gaining more points. Points are important here, for you need 150K points for gain additional lives. It's easy, fun and the timer is generous. The graphics are crisp and colorful and the music enjoyable. A different holiday treat!
This M3 is a simple game filled with color and music. The music is wonderfully holiday oriented and the graphics are beautiful. If you're looking for a great challenge you won't find it. This game is to play for fun, not for challenge. The timer actually counts UP, with seemingly no goal. There are no added mini-games or building of villages, etc...it's just fun match 3 play for the holiday season. Enjoy it with a cup of hot cider!
This game is a traditional M3 with a lovely holiday theme and music. The graphics are bright and the colors are vivid. As the levels increase there are double locked tiles and chains. Power ups appear as you create more complex matches. It's not a difficult game, just one you are able to enjoy and play without any added stress. You earn points to add ornaments to your Christmas tree. Not all games have to present a huge challenge to be fun, and this is one that I'll play, even when there's no snow on the ground. It IS okay to just have fun! Cheers!
I recommend this game!

Puppy Sanctuary
Rescue adorable puppies, decorate their surroundings, and play with them to create your very own Puppy Sanctuary!
I've spent today taking the one-hour trials on a half dozen games in anticipation of this coming weekend's holiday sale, and I was so pleasantly and happily surprised to have this be my last trial of today! There is a lot to read in the beginning, but as you ease into the game you are introduced to all the different facets of the game in an easily understandable way. The variety of locked game boards, the hidden stores mini-games and keeping the puppies happy with toys and in their sanctuary make the variety of this game unsurpassed by none! What great fun! Enjoy!
This games offers three modes of play: easy, normal and hard. Even at the hard level, I was completing the game board in under 12 seconds. This game is cute, easy and works on the very simple 'click on groups' mode of clearing the board. It has some great explosions in the higher levels, however, they don't clear any additional tiles, only those with the same icon in that group.
Beginner and younger M3 players may enjoy this simple game.
