This game is mostly Spot The Differences with some puzzles within the scenes. Those puzzles can be skipped. It is colorful and I love the art, but the scenes are small and it is eye straining for me. I had to stop playing after a while because of it. Developers need to take into consideration that everyone does not have perfect vision. It is difficult to fully enjoy a game when scenes are small and differences/items are so tiny you can't find them without taking hints or it turning into a click fest.
I like some of the puzzles and love the jazz music. The music took my mind off of some of the monotony of finding differences.
One of the best features to me is that you can select any scene to play from any category you like. I even played some from the CE extras.
Although, I do not care for STD games, because of the artwork and music which are unique, I will probably purchase the CE game, especially at a sale price which I feel is very reasonable and worth $6.99 or $7.99. I am sure I will get my money's worth for that.
This surely could have been made better and easier to navigate. It is slow to load for me. Although I have not finished the game, most of the scenes I have come across so far are brownish beige and sand colors. This, however, is understandable because many of these locations have desert areas. They still could have spiced things up a bit with some more color.
There is a magnifier that isn't the best, but better than nothing. Some items are so small and in dark areas, that it is nearly impossible to find them without using a hint. Hints are plentiful and I did resort to using them,
Music is very pleasant and relaxing, but at times is repetitive. It does make for a more enjoyable experience.
I like some of the puzzles, particularly the rotating circle swaps to complete a picture. There are too many jigsaws which can be time consuming because of the muted colors, but I am doing them. I hate the painting ones and the ones where you have to find fragmented pieces. Some of those pieces are very hard to find and it is more of a chore than challenge.
Puzzles can be skipped, but the timer is so slow, it is ridiculous. Whoever thought that was going to appeal to anyone is beyond me because it is a real turn off.
As you go along you earn coins to buy artifacts you can place in a case or shelf and rearrange them as you like.
I always wait for sales to purchase games, and think the sale prices of $6.99 or $7.99 for most CE's, including this one is very reasonable. I feel I am getting my money's worth and am enjoying just kicking back and relaxing, taking my time to play this game.

The puzzles can be skipped, but the long wait time is ridiculous and definitely takes away from any enjoyment for those who want to skip them. I enjoyed some of the puzzles, particularly the swap and rotate circles to complete a picture. There are too many jigsaws that can be time consuming because of the bland colors, but I am doing them. I hated the painting puzzles.
Music is very enjoyable, but becomes repetitious at times.
The scenes I have come across are muted, brownish and beige colors, but considering the places, it is understandable as some of the countries themselves have deserts. Still, they could have made some of the scenes more colorful to add some variety.
I have played the demo in both CE and this edition and am going to go with the CE for the extra content when there is a good sale. I must say, I feel I will be getting my money's worth at a sale price. For me, it is a game to just kick back, relax, and take my time to play.
The majority of the game is Spot The Differences with some puzzles that can be skipped. I enjoyed some of the puzzles. Because of the art scenes, I liked it except the scenes are too small. There would be less eye strain if there was a zoom or magnifier. Developers need to take into consideration that everyone does not have perfect vision. It is difficult to fully enjoy a game when scenes are small and items are so tiny you can't find them without taking a hint.
The music is pleasant and scenes are colorful. Hints are plentiful. You have the choice to access any scene you want to play in any category, which I really liked.
I don't care for STD games, but this one is different and unique unto itself. I would have given it another star if the scenes had been larger and if there had been a magnifier. Not a bad game at a sale price.
Too many annoying puzzles. Skip takes forever. Graphics were lovely. Music was nice, but repetitive, like many of the puzzles, which you can skip if you want...and I did just that.
This could have been a good game, but isn't. I love the Biblical aspect, but am not a puzzle fan and that is all this is. Needs to be more variety. I also got thrown out of the game with an error. It's ok, though. I am not interested.
I wanted so much to purchase this game. Wonderful graphics, voiceovers, and had a lot to offer, BUT, this game is ONE BIG MESS, full of so many glitches. Took forever to load, all items not listed that I needed to collect. Magnifier was slow to search. No instructions for mini games and didn't respond properly when having to do a jigsaw. I had to skip all of them because of poor mechanics. I had to use hints to find items that weren't listed in order to advance. When I finished a scene it went directly to the CE scenes guide. In order to find the next available scene to play, I had to back up the scenes guide to where I had left off. Finally, the game froze up and I had to shut down. It sure was a challenge, but not in the way it should have been. What a waste and another unplayable game at BF. Better try before you buy.
There is NO PROFILE option, which means, once you have obtained the collectibles, including morphs, that's all folks. All you're allowed is one time around. Unless you are bent on having the bonus, best to wait for the SE if you are planning to replay the CE. You will be in for a big surprise when you find out you won't be able to collect anything. What is the sense of buying a CE when replay is half you know what?
I deleted this after about 30 minutes. Graphics are nice. Hint was useless. I was having difficulty with a jerky cursor and play was slow to respond at times. More stress than pleasure. And I refuse to purchase a game that doesn't have a profile so as to insure there will be replay value.
Some of the scenes are so dark I couldn't make them out. I had a hard time with those dark scenes and wanted to skip the puzzles, but NO, NOT ALLOWED. The music and story is great, but the fact that I am being forced to play certain puzzles that are dark as night and can't be skipped is a total turn off. I am NOT interested in hinting my way through a puzzle because a decision has been made for me that I MUST complete it or else I can't advance to the next level. In fact, I don't want to be forced to complete any puzzle!!!! I deleted this game after about 15 minutes. Too bad, developers. I am utterly shocked that there is no skip option. Bye.
Christmas Wonderland is not a Christmas Wonderland whatsoever in this edition. No music will play, not even under the Extras in the Bonus Content. I played several scenes, checked the options music level and even uninstalled and reinstalled. All we have is background sounds and noise. Otherwise, the scenes are colorful and gameplay the same as the previous editions. I am so tired of all the glitches in games at BF. I, like many others look forward to this game every year. What good is it to play this game without the music? Just another let down. I will go back and play the previous ones. They can keep this.
What year was this game made? A misclick penalty? And a forever hint recharge? Get real. It was so annoying to have a 5 second penalty for clicking what they decided was just too many mistakes. Is that supposed to be enjoyable? Not for me.
This REALLY needs a magnifier. The HO scenes were nice as well as the music, but I will not resort to using my own magnifier because I cannot see the items.
Finding 10 butterflies and 10 designated animals was ok, except you have to be fast to click on those butterflies and if you aren't, you are going to have to endure that 5 second penalty.
The puzzles can be skipped and I had to skip them because the Clutter games would not work properly.
I did not even finish the demo because what is the use of trying to play a game that is such as an annoyance as this one? It didn't have to be that way and that is a disappointment.
