I bought the S/E version of this game several months ago, and didn't play it until today.
The story line is built around a series of diary pages spread around the mansion, and at first I though 'Oh No!", not another flimsy story unsuported by the game play, and to a certain extent this turned out to be true. but this did not detract from the game at all.
It's a long and a very entertaining game which did at the end leave an entre into the Bonus Chapter for the C/E version, which has now tempted me to buy the C/E version.
A great game that maybe should not be judged on the 1 hour demo, as the does'nt even begin to indicate how good this game becomes.
I recommend this game!

I couldn't fault this game. It captured my interest right from the get go. A superb Adventure/Hog.
The storyline was not only very good but it played out cohesively throughout the game.
The hint system was informative without trying to play the game for you, there wasn't an over abundance of HOG scenes, the puzzles were sensible and relative to the task at hand, and there is a very helpful journal which list the tasks to be accomplished for each character.
MEDIA ART is not a developer I'm familar with, but am now very impressed with, I will now look for other games from this developer.
I cannot recommend this game enough.

I've been waiting for this game for a long time. Absolutely loved Tiger Eye - Part 1, loved the romance, which I'm not sure has survived in this game.
I did not get very far into the game in the demo hour so cannot comment on the story line, but I found the game very challenging, which I like.
There 3 levels of play, I played the middle level, the puzzles are very different but not too difficult, some people will not like this game because the graphics are not as fluid as in other games.
Over all I enjoyed the demo and will purchase the game because I want to know what happens when (and if) Hari finds the Tiger.
Note: This is not a normal HOG although there are many objects to find.
I recommend this game!

I enjoyed the demo of this game very much, it is a well presented, well rounded game, despite the small file size. Having said that, some of my favourite games have had much smaller file sizes.
Eg.,
Awakening - The Dreamless Castle 123mb,
The first 4 games in the Dream Chronicles series ranged from 22mb to 102mb
Drawn - The Painted Tower 110mb
All great and involving games without the hefty file sizes which seem to be the norm for more recent games, not necessarily as good as those mentioned above.
I will definitely buy this game but may wait for the S/E.
I recommend this game!

I only played the demo hour, but found the game very enjoyable. I wasn't bored for a moment, and felt there was sufficient challenge as to want to find the rest of the hidden rooms and artifacts.
I recommend this game!

I’ve just finished Amerzone Part 2, and of course have bought Amazone Part 3
Part 1 was seductive, Part 2 was gloriously enthralling and I have no fear Part 3 will not disappoint.
I will play these 3 games over and over, they are so enchanting.
Benoit Sokal is the master storyteller, and a magician of concept. The complex beauty of the story, the ethereal rendering of the scenery, the extraordinary fauna and flora and the wonderfully conceived and superbly named mode of transport called “the Hydroflot“, all contribut to this gem of a game.
I will now embark on the final stage of a remarkable journey I really don’t want to end.
I recommend this game!

I enjoyed every minute of this game, which (for me) lasted about 5 to 6 hours.
Even though the story line wasn’t so different, looking for family members who are possible dead, etc., etc, but the game play is very different as are the HOG scenes and mini games.
More adventure than HOG, which is always a big plus for me. I get bored with the “find the HOG, get the crowbar, open the box and find the missing puzzle piece, which opens another HOG scene and here we go again.
This game could have been a Collectors Edition, with a great hint system and Strategy Guide.
A well deserved 5 stars from me, well done Puzzle Lab, can’t wait for your next effort.
I recommend this game!

My comments are based on the 1 hour demonstration. I played the challenge mode.
The game has a lot going for it even though the HOG scenes are difficult and items are misnamed. It took me so long to work my way through the HOG scenes I had not progressed beyond the first two island scenes when the demo ended.
The strange thing is, you can actually skip the HOG scenes, not sure you will get the items you need if you choose to skip without finding any items. I skipped a scene because I was tired of looking for the last item, and got my much needed items anyway, repaired the engine and left for the island, so at a certain point you can skip the HOG scenes.
The dialogue is quite funny but long sentences disappear before you finish reading them, although the general meaning of the dialogue is written in the diary, you miss the comedy content.
Old fashioned though it is, I think this will develop into a solid Adventure/Hog, but I will wait for the reviews of gamers who have played the entire game before I make my decision as whether or not I buy, or maybe I will wait for it to become a DD.
I recommend this game!

Bought it, tried it, deleted it.
Got to the second portal, and though it probably say's more about me than the game, I was so frustrated trying shut the 3 eyes to open the portal through the vines, I decided to go no further. Even the YouTube solutions took between 3 & 10 minutes. It ceases to be a puzzle and becomes a chore when the method works against the solution.
I agree that the book thing did not work in this iteration and maybe the devs have becomed tired of the genre, it's definitely run out of steam.
I also found the music very annoying, but was more annoyed when I couldn't turn it off without reducing the speaker volume on my computer.
I don't recommend this game.
