Great story line, great characters, gorgeous scenery, and a lot of tasks to do that don't involve killing enemies all the time. What more could you ask?
Ok, one drawback - the constant feeding of the main character is a bit annoying. But what the heck - boys of that age DO eat a lot....

I recommend this game!

The best thing about this game are its graphics. They are really cute.
The story line is almost non existent, and the music is downright annoying. I mean, how many times can you humanely listen to variations of the exact same simplistic melody phrase? The producers of this game seem to think that the answer to that question is "forever".
That's too bad, because the match 3 levels are well done.
With a better story line and good music, this game could have been a winner. But this way, it doesn't meet my expectations.
I don't recommend this game.
The survival of an ancient kingdom has been threatened. Restore the four elements with help from an adorable fairy in this enchanting Puzzle game.

If you like to be dazzled, this is the game for you. Visually, it is splendid. So much so that after a while, my eyes hurt. It's more of a do a little something, then sit back and watch what happens game, than a game where you are the one who is really engaged. I'd rather have more playing and less watching. But that's just me.
I don't recommend this game.
Investigate the threat shrouded in the approaching fog. Plunge into danger to bring a mysterious island's secrets to the surface!

This was a very interesting Nancy Drew game. Good storyline and easier than most: I needed a walkthrough only twice. I feel wonderful about having been able to solve it almost completely by myself.

Vagrant hearts is quite a good RPG game, though not of the same quality as Aveyond. The best thing in it is the story line.
The graphics are a bit repetitive - most villages look very much alike, for example, and the inside of the buildings are quite similar too.
Some places in the game get to be annoying, because you have to battle the same enemies over and over.
And one thing that is frustrating is that you never know which of your characters are going to be in your party next, so that it's hard to adapt their equipment to the challenges you'll encounter.
Another thing that is disappointing is that you don't find or win items that really make a difference for your characters.
And there are no secret rooms, or hidden caches, so don't loose your time looking around too much.
All in all, a pretty good game. Yes. But not in the same league as Aveyond.

A good Nancy Drew game, not extremely long or complicated, but still quite challenging, especially towards the end.
Some reviews say it's boring - it's not! That just means they were stuck. If you're stuck in a Nancy Drew game, the game doesn't continue because you still need to "do" something before the storyline can continue.
This game had a very good story, clever puzzles, and was quite surprising at times. The only disappointment was that the fashion portrayed was totally ridiculous - except for the first lady's dress...

The Fairy Kingdom is in trouble in this exciting fantasy Strategy game. Restore Avalon`s Garden to its former greatness!

You help fairies mend a broken island, discovering its secrets and helping its animals. Gorgeous graphics, magical atmosphere, a peaceful time-management game with one-of-a-kind mini-games.
Organizing the fairies and collecting extras will keep you interested while your fairies work.
A game that I play again and again, every couple months.
