I read reviews before I bought this...and was a bit let down. It just wasn't exciting for me. What grabbed my attention 1st was the better voice acting of the enchantress than the lead character Belle....every time she spoke I could visualize her in a studio? One other small irritation: don't tell me WHAT to do in a game and with what sounds like an attitude??? Omgosh, 'there's really nothing else to do here, I should consult my journal'....geesh, how many times did I have to hear that phrase? I LIKE to spend some time looking around!
On the brighter side, I never knew this story before playing, never read or saw the movie...so I did enjoy that. I also enjoyed the side-kick characters, the owl and the gardener #very cute#.
Note to producers: Your main character must be the most talented and not shown-up by the villian or her side-kicks!
Over-all more fun than not and graphics were very nice and I guess I like my puzzles on the easier side as these were.
Enjoy...and don't necessarily worry about the voice acting, I've been in the ad business, so I'm gonna be picky.
I recommend this game!

You know it is a love story by the title so no one will be disappointed if they thought they were getting something else. Starts off a bit slow, poignant but it does build interestingly. More searching for particular items than HO scenes...if that is your preference you will like this. Puzzles are more easy than not. This game is carried by the story. I enjoyed it as much for the story as the break from the norm in catching villians/demons, etc This game has beautiful beach scenes that I really liked as most people do...
I recommend this game!

Yes she was funny and kinda reminded me of Me! I really liked the fact that she talked about being very hungry...it makes a very unbelievable story...more believable! This game was just plain fun and kept my interest going...as one or two nights I played longer than I should have, past my bedtime. I had played Devil's Triangle and remembered enough of that story to pick right up in this one, only this one was better IMHO. Try it out, it is a very good adventure!
I recommend this game!
