I love this cute little game. I would have given it five stars BUT, it runs sooooo slow on my computer. I don't know why. I have lots of games and none of them run slow.
I would buy this in a heartbeat if it ran faster. There are lots of puzzles in this but you can skip them in just a few seconds if you don't want to play one. There are find matching objects, connect things, shoot things, match birds........all sorts of puzzles. And there are HO scenes.
Just lots of things to do....free caged animals in the forest...just lots of things to do.

Where do I begin? This game is SO confusing and irritating. First off there are SO many dialog boxes to click through and it's still confusing as to what you're supposed to do here. I see food to pick up....grapes, bananas, frozen (frozen?) chicken....so many things laying on the path and you quickly run out. I didn't know what to build, if anything, or where to build it.
People mulling around all over the game grounds and I don't know what they do. I ran out of food right away and there was no way I could see to get more. WAY too many 'things' on the playing field and no real way to know what they do, how to use them or what to do next.
Wow.....what a horrible game. I quit the game after trying to replay level one FOUR times. I still didn't know what to so. Yes, it gave you goals, but not how to achieve them. At least I didn't see it anyway.

I like this game and it's fun to play BUT, I have the game "Argonauts Agency: Chair of Hephaestus" and I don't see ANY difference between this one and that one. There is NO difference. I only gave this five stars because, if you don't already have the other game, this will be a fun game for you.
Come on guys....you could have made SOMETHING different. I don't see ANY reason for me to buy this game when I can play the one I already have........it's the SAME game and you just gave it another name.

I love TM games and I'm always excited when I see there is a new one, but this one just didn't do it for me. I don't think the graphics are up to par with others out there and I just didn't care for the story line.
For me, there were just too many clicks I had to do to build something and things on the board were just too difficult to see and distinguish what they were.
I could go on and on, but I'll just say I did not care for this game at all. I only played four levels before I decided I did not want to go on. I have way too many other TM games that are really fun to play no matter how many times I play them.

This game is really just a sort of clone of Gnomes Garden. It even has the same sounds throughout the game and when you complete a level. What bothered me most was the graphics. WOW! Really bad. It hurt my eyes to try and see what items were on the path, what the obstacles were and what the building types were.
I can't comment on a lot of the levels because it was a no-go for me almost right out of the gate. I did play about 6 or 7 levels but it got no better.
I don't recommend this game and I won't be buying it. Sometimes I think the developers just sort of throw a game together to get it out there and on the market. Nope....that doesn't work for me!

I instantly bought this after playing a few levels. I'm a huge TM game fan and I guess I have most of them. Some get boring after a while but not with this one. It's TOTALLY different. Yes you have to gather and collect and build and so on. But it's different because you don't go down a chosen 'path' like some games.
I love the graphics.....beautiful.....and the way the game is laid out. You run all over town instead of in a path. It takes a bit of getting used to the layout and what buildings are what but, after you get used to that, it's really fun and makes you think......"what building do I need to get to first?" "What do I need more of or less of?"
In this one you have different buildings other than just the regular food, wood, gold, stone......you have a brick factory, metal factory, you have to plant flowers, collect rent, pay off people....and so on. After all, you're trying to get elected to office here.
Go head, give it a try, I think you'll love it if you're a TM game addict like me. Now I have to go.....I have a town to build!

I only bought this game because I had a free punch. It's a cute game and a bit different. But, and it's a BIG but, I had a very hard time making out the items to collect. The graphics are good but the gameplay screen is very cluttered making it hard to make out items.
It's kind of fun but not much different than other TM games. You pick up food, gold and other items. You have to chase away wolves and get rid of poison vines. But not much of anything different. I've only played the trial version and cashed in my free punch just because I love TM games and thought I just had to get it because it IS one.
More levels will tell if it gets any better. I wish BF had a way to add to or change our reviews so we can give different opinions after we play a game for a while.

I first bought the Pyramid Rising 2 of this game and fell in love with it. I then bought this one and it's fun too....a bit more primitive (pardon the pun) and both of these really make you think and plan out your moves.
Both games are very cute and different....one with a cave man theme and the other with an Egyptian theme. The graphics are well done and everything goes well with its theme. It's not just a "fun little game". They both really make you think and plan ahead. I love both of these games ......and here comes the "but".
I have a HUGE gripe about the time you're given to finish these levels. I can see NO way you can beat the time on them once you get past the first levels that make it sort of easy until you get to know the game. I have played both of them several times and, even following the Strategy Guides, I see NO way to beat that time clock after....oh, maybe the fifth or sixth level.
And, as if the speed of the timer isn't bad enough, when it gets to the points of passing a line on the timer, the DARN thing starts TICKING and you can hear that when you're trying to figure out your moves.........VERY irritating and nerve wracking. It sounds just like a bomb ticking....AARRGGHHH!!!
Come ON developers. You could at least give us the option of playing with no time until we get the hang of the game OR you could PLEASE slow down that darned timer.....it's WAY too fast. I want to play these games to have fun, not to make myself a nervous wreck trying to beat that timer.
That is why only 4 stars.....that TIME CLOCK!!! If you make sequels to these two games, and I hope you do, PLEASE give us a no-timed option and SLOW DOWN THAT TIMER please.

I wasn't expecting too much from this game at first. It had sort of a cartoonish quality to it but, after playing a few levels in the trial version, I just knew I HAD to buy this and I'm glad I did.
There are so many different things to do. You collect fruit from trees....not like the little bushes in some other games....you buy camels or an elephant to help with the work, yes....you build buildings too, but it's different than the other buildings in some games. It's in a desert-like setting so things are just different....too many things you do in this game to go on and on here. Buy it and see for yourself.
This is the most fun and certainly the most challenging game I've played in a long time. I can see I'm going to have to play it a few times to get ANY scarabs (just like stars in other games) at all on the higher levels. This is not one of your "easy games" to play. This game really makes you think and try and plan out your strategy.
I'm so glad I bought it and hope I can get higher scores the more I play it. The ONLY thing that really irritates me is the noise those guys at the markets make when they have a deal....SO irritating....I just want to stuff something in their mouths or something to shut them up.
But this is really a great fun and really challenging game. I highly recommend it.

Personally, I really loved this game. The graphics are very well done and the story line is easy to understand and know what's going on.
I liked the animals in this game....it's refreshing and cute compared to a lot of games coming out with creatures popping out at you, blood and gore, ghosts.....and so on. It's great to see a game with none of this.
I also like the fact that the puzzles are rather easy....not so easy that you don't have to think and just easy enough that you don't have to sit and rack your brain trying to figure out what you're supposed to do. I play these games to relax, not to get my mind tied in a knot.
I played the trial and bought it right away afterward. I want to see what happens next and try to find all of the collectables and morphing objects. I think it's a keeper.
