I wanted to like this game. I didn't. Not at all.
Simplistic, the end results are at best so-so; at least on the first levels, they are merely solid shapes. Worst of all, you have to click into every piece, one at a time, with no swiping to make this game less tedious.
If you're interested in this type of painting game, which should be relaxing and fun, with artistic results, I wholeheartedly recommend "Art By Numbers," which is everything this game is not.
I don't recommend this game.

Art By Numbers isn’t your standard painting game - it opens up an entire world of wonderful paintings, elegant designs and bright colors to explore!

A friend recently gifted me with a coloring book and pencils to help me relax and relieve stress. I enjoyed the end results, but found the physical process tedious.
This online version is, instead, delightful! Half-way through the demo, I enthusiastically purchased "Art by Numbers."
After a couple easy pictures to become familiar with game details, the artwork quickly becomes increasing complex. The results are gorgeous, and I totally enjoyed the process. I also appreciate the fact that you can either click into segments or just click-and-drag to swipe across multiple segments.
There are 72 pictures, so I'm looking forward to many hours of relaxing enjoyment.
I recommend this game!

I was prepared to really like this game, as I have been a huge fan of the Roads of Rome and Adelantado series. I played a couple levels of the demo, then immediately purchased the game. Big mistake!
I am an expert gamer, although my reaction time is a little slower than when I was a lot younger. I think it was level 10 that in Normal mode I played multiple times before I realized I was never going to be able to finish in time and thus couldn't progress to the next level. I switched to Easy mode (which starts all over from the first level), then ran into the same problem.
In addition, at this point the game kept quitting before I could reach a Save altar, which meant starting all over again after having spent 10 to 15 minutes on that level. Perhaps other players (particularly those on Macs) have experienced this technical issue as well, but without a Big Fish forum, it's impossible to tell.
My recommendation is that without any meaningful help (either within the game or in a Big Fish walkthrough or forum), I strongly advise "No buy."
I don't recommend this game.

This is an outdated time management game that reminds me of TM games available years ago. I found it to be boring and repetitious -- which is identical to my response to an earlier game in this serious (Argonauts Agency: Pandora’s Box).
I quit after 15 minutes, but it may be of interest to those new to TM games.
I don't recommend this game.

My title says it all! Although I usually prefer mini-games to hidden object scenes, these were overwhelming in their frequency, and the majority were not much fun. Too often they seemed merely time-consuming. The plot line and dialog were underwhelming. Some may enjoy this game -- I did not, and I have no idea why I bothered to finish it.
I cannot recommend this game. Try before you buy!

Hero of the Kingdom I and II were among my all-time favorites, and I have replayed them multiple times when new games of similar quality were not available. No question: the latest installment tops the first two!
Other reviewers have offered well-stated comments — this is clearly a superb game, one that is addictive. The first day it was offered, I played for 2 hours, then spent many hours completing the game the next day, and I am about to replay it using somewhat different strategy. Among other things, I will be less likely to exchange resources for coins prematurely, as it may be more useful to wait a bit, and I may not stop to collect absolutely everything in my path. In my opinion, the goal is to complete all quests rather than accumulate a huge number of coins. At a certain point in the game (after you've cleared paths forward), it also seems unnecessary to combat monsters that use accumulated resources but don't provide something in return.
Additional comments: the map, which doesn’t show up for a fairly long time into the game, functions differently from that in previous installments. However, I think it is a major improvement, and I appreciate being able to purchase and sell resources without having to travel to individual locations. I also appreciate the renewing resources. Worth noting: there are additional quests for which you will need resources after the game is "ended," and neither Hint nor Help functions are provided. This is a game that makes you think! Relax and enjoy it!
I recommend this game!

I'm not sure why this game generated so many top reviews. Initially, I thought I was going to enjoy the entire game, but midway through it, I found myself waiting for it to finally end, as it seemed I kept basically repeating the same series of sequences over and over.
Although some of the minigames were different from the usual run of the mill, after repeating those same types many times, they too became tedious. In addition, I found myself using the Hint button fairly often, sometimes because it really wasn't intuitive what to do next, but more often because I wanted to speed up gameplay.
The graphics were mostly excellent throughout much of the game, but those in the final location seemed amateurish. I also think the map feature could have been better implemented, as there was no way (other going back manually) to go from one level of the game to another.
On reflection, I wish I hadn't bothered finishing the game. As always, try before you buy.
I don't recommend this game.

I have no problem with the length of this game, and many of the mini-games were somewhat challenging until some became too repetitive. I *do* have a problem with the fact that I simply didn't enjoy playing the game, including how boring it ultimately became. For me, it wasn't worth purchasing at the Daily Deal rate; but as usual, be sure to try before you buy.
I don't recommend this game.

I really wanted to like this game, as there as so few new time management games offered. I quit after less than 15 minutes into the demo when I was unable to proceed unless I restarted the game because I failed to select the mandated actions in the "correct" order. If you're willing to deselect instructions, perhaps the game gets somewhat better as it progresses. However, from what I observed, this is just another rehash of a lot of games from years past.
This is not a game I would obtain, even with a free coupon. As always, try before you buy.
I don't recommend this game.

I own 10 games in this series. I hated this one and quit after three levels. It was not fun or in any way enjoyable. Paige was a rather ugly cartoon, Patrick was basically oblivious and far from the wonderful partner he was in previous episodes. I could go on, but why bother? "Moms vs Dads" was obviously churned out by a different team than the one that developed all but the most recent episodes.
I don't recommend this game.
