This was undoubtedly the longest, silliest, most mind-numbing game I've ever played. I thought it would never end. You play as Katrin (or is it pronounced Kaytrin? In this game, it's either/ or.) accomplishing valiant deeds interspersed with the most tedious, inconsequential tasks, and then you, the brave, indefatigable heroine,
{SPOILER ALERT]
return the horseman's head to him and accept the marriage proposal of the poor schlub detective who couldn't get the job done without you, exclaiming that it's what you've been dreaming of your whole life. TA-DA! The End.

I've been playing hidden object games at Big Fish since 2011. I have rarely found a game demo to be so utterly boring as this one.
I don't recommend this game.

It's Mystery Trackers, not Mystery Tracker

It's okay to have more than one Mystery Tracker. Of course, we all love Elf, but he tracker in this game doesn't have a dog, and that's okay, too.
I liked everything about this game. The graphics and acting are good, and the story intriguing to say the least. I don't buy CEs, but I'll get it when the SE comes out. I hope you will give it a chance without prejudging it.
I recommend this game!

Nothing original here. The story line, the graphics, the tasks... it reminded me of being in school and having to come up with an idea for a term paper the night before it was due. Or a plot cafeteria... "I'll have a grandmother, one of those elf girls, and a villain in a black costume....
I don't recommend this game.

A Very Pretty Game

Jack, beanstalk, goose, golden egg... the cow's in the corn and you find a horn, but where's little boy blue? In this story he's an old lady instead. Ho hum...
How creative do you have to be to wrap a game around a fairy tale and for good measure throw in a moral to the story? Not very.
You do get a helper in this game... a magical, talking treasure chest. Throw in a crystal and out comes a remedy. Okaaayy...
The best thing in this game is the beautiful, A+ artwork and animations. Too bad about the story line.

I'm confused. When did Anna Gray get a husband? I guess I must have missed something.
Sorry, but the comments above aren't really a review, but in fact I started out confused and stayed that way until I finally gave up and exited the game.
Grim Tales was one of my favorite games to play when she was carrying her dad's skull around and he was making sarcastic but helpful comments throughout the game. This game is not that. Sad.
I don't recommend this game.

Why do you have to play as a man? I'm a woman, and I want to play as a woman, but apparently there's no option for that. If there is, I can't find it.

Impossible Concentric Ring Puzzle

I was having a pretty good time following the story, playing hidden object scenes, and skipping puzzles, because I always skip the puzzles in these games. I don't like puzzles, I'm not good at them, and so I just skip them and go on my merry way.
But in this game, there is a concentric ring puzzle where you turn the rings to find animal shapes emerging from the lines and squiggles. You can not skip this puzzle!! I did find three of them, but I could not figure out the remaining three. I worked on it for probably 30 minutes or longer, turning the rings around to no avail, so I gave up.
Had I been able to solve it and finish the game, I would probably have given it four stars, but this will forever be the game I couldn't finish and wasted a credit on.
